Our heating and hot water kept shutting off. We had a plumber round who replaced some parts, but the issue kept occurring and there was nothing more they could do. We then called House Martin. Steve is very knowledgeable and a true heating and water technician. He spent a lot of time with us, patiently explained the potential problems and constructed a step by step plan to locate the fault, through a series of trial and error. After several visits, the fault was located and fixed the very next day as arranged. The job was more complex than he anticipated, but Steve stuck to his word and did not charge us any more for the extra time. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the professionalism and quality of the work carried out by Steve. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Clean and tidied up after too. 5 stars.

My hot water cylinder was badly leaking. Contacted Steve at House Martin Heating. After trying to save me some money by trying to fix it (unfortunately this was not possible) , Steve got a replacement and replaced it. Very professional, tidy and reasonably priced. Couldn't fault the service and the fact it was done so quickly. Highly recommended. Thanks Steve.
Our boiler stopped working and Steve came and repaired it urgently for us, even though it was his day off. He found the problem quickly and replaced it and repaired it. Five stars for us and will be using again.

I’ve just had Steve attend my address as arranged for an annual boiler service, further to his installation of the same about three years ago. As always, he was on time, polite and professional. Charges are very reasonable and I’d have no problem recommending House Martin Heating to anyone.
I have waited until now to give Mr Steve Martin a chance to do what he said he would, but sadly he has let me down totally. Last Friday 30 Sept, I rang and asked if he could do a gas safety certificate etc by today. He said yes and asked for details, which I sent that day. On Saturday he confirmed that he was about that week. Then I heard nothing further. I texted on the Tuesday saying that I was now concerned that the certificate would run out and asking him for his help. Nothing. Nothing. And nothing. If only he had said he couldn't do it, that would have been fair enough, but to say he could and then to simply refuse to respond further is totally unacceptable. Very untrustworthy.
House Martin Heat serviced the boiler and conducted annual gas safety check in my tennanted property at short notice. He provided an excellent service, was very clean tidy and efficient. Good communication with myself and direct with my tennant for access.
Needed my boiler serviced so called Steve, he did the job in hand and fixed a leek that had appeared. Nothing was too much trouble, on time, cleaned up after himself and was completely Covid safe. I will definitely be calling on him again.
A very professional and resourceful engineer who showed tenacity and commitment in diagnosing and solving an unusual problem in our blocked up central heating system.

We have used House Martin heating since 2012 for 2 installations and annual servicing without any problems.
When my boiler broke down I called Steve from house Martin heating. He came round to see me , ordered the parts and it was all fixed by midday the next day. I was very impressed with his service.
