Those that work for HSL are excellent. They clean my windows regularly and also do other less regular jobs such as soffits and facias which for us is great as all ours are white. They are about to clean our solar panels which really need it as our electricity from the panels has dramatically dropped. Our special thanks to Kieran!
Great service had them for years with my window cleaning
HSL cleaned our windows, gutters and render a few months ago and did a really great job. I then asked them to carry out a regular window cleaning service and this was set up on a 6 weekly basis. I understood that due to bank holidays this may take a little longer than normal. I checked in at 6 weeks to see if this was still going ahead and was told it would be, but they could not say when. However, after 8 weeks our windows still hadn’t been cleaned yet. When I checked in on this I was told I lived too far away and it would be better for me to find another window cleaner closer to me. It would have been helpful to know this 8 weeks ago so I could have had my windows cleaned by someone else in this time. Had I of not checked up on whether the cleaning was happening I never would have known and would have continued to wait. I would recommend HSL for a bigger cleaning job but not for a regular service as it seems this cannot be provided despite them offering this on their website for the area I am in.
Today we had HSL to clean our Solar panels as they are now 2 years old, a very polite employee arrived exactly as expected on time introduced himself and commenced the clean. All was done superbly, asking me to check all was done exactly as expected. If this is the level of the service provided I have no hesitation in recommending them.He even cleaned out a gutter during his work. When required again they will be first on my call list. We used this company last week for driveway cleaning , repointing and sealing aswel as patio cleaning and sealing in the back garden. Cairan was friendly, professional and helpful from the initial messaging , coming round to quote and lastly carrying out the work with his team. Fantastic standard of work received and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again . Many thanks .
Used this company to have my leaky, unsightly gutters cleaned and repaired. Front of house - gutter replaced and fixings re-hung to improve drainage, front fascia and windows all cleaned. Back of house - replaced gutter, fascia and all drainage. Then all windows/gutters/backboards/fascia etc were cleaned thoroughly. Quote was provided quickly and seemed a really reasonable price for the amount of work that needed doing. Once I accepted a quote the works were booked in with a minimal wait. The workers arrived promptly at the time they said they would each day and worked efficiently. Work was completed on time, the staff were friendly and kept me informed of the progress as they worked and were very clean and tidy. The standard of the work is excellent and I would use this company again should I find myself in need of similar services in the future.
