Roberto came as promised, on time,with another person. He checked before starting that I was still ok with the work on the trees and then wasted no time in starting. The two of them worked without stopping all morning and cleared up beautifully. They were pleasant and polite. I highly recommend Banstead Tree Works and will use them again.

We recently hired Roberto and his two team members to remove a large conifer hedge, cut down a cherry tree, prune our oak tree, and safely remove a tree next to a telephone line — and we were extremely pleased with the service. From start to finish, Roberto was professional, punctual, and communicated well throughout. Despite working during a heatwave, the team worked tirelessly all day and completed everything to a very high standard. The work was carried out carefully and efficiently, especially with the difficult tree near the telephone line. They also left everything incredibly tidy afterwards, which we really appreciated. The price was very fair for the amount of work completed, and we would happily recommend Roberto and his team to anyone looking for reliable and skilled tree surgeons.
Roberto and colleague did a wonderful job cutting back some unsightly conifers on the boundary of the lodge, of 26 apartments. He completed the job just as promised and left the area clean and tidy. Friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend him and would use him in the future with no hesitation.

Roberto and his team did an excellent job on crown reduction. They removed everything including the leaves and left our garden in a state better than when they started. All we have now is much more light in the garden. And on top of this the price quoted was very competitive.

They were careful, consulted us at all stages to make sure they understood our needs, and used their knowledge of trees to offer ideas and explain outcomes. Excellent job: worked completed according to job spec, included last minute changes no bother & cleared up assiduously. What an improvement - it is so important to keep hedges in check. The garden is beautifully finished.
Roberto was very professional reducing a row of poplar trees. I was able to burn the wood in my field and bigger pieces were cut for firewood. The place was left tidy and manageable for me to burn the wood, making it more cost effective. Would highly recommend!
