Quorn Stone Winchester

I couldn’t recommend visiting Quorn Stone in Winchester more , nothing was to much trouble and having visited other tile shops ,Quorn stone compares more than favourably in terms of cost and quality. Thank you Alice for your patience.

Beautifully curated collection, just the right number of options. Exceptionally helpful and nailed my requirements in under 2 minutes. Highly recommended. Alice is a consummate professional with a great eye for colour and detail! Very grateful indeed!!

Szilvia was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to choose tiles for two different bathrooms. She even helped with wall colours! And was extremely patient with me constantly changing my mind. A lovely shop with a wide range of tiles, great service and tonnes of inspiration. I have placed order and the delivery was also fast and efficient.

Thank you, Emily for helping us to choose the tiles for our bathroom - really appreciated your guidance and expertise!

Ordered tile samples which arrived promptly. The samples were top quality and would look here again next time tiles needed. I Would recommend to look and get tile samples from Quorn Stone.

Love love love this showroom. Lots of choice and very helpful and knowledgeable staff especially Dominika who was just a dream boat to deal with. She gave us some great ideas and inspiration and definitely knows her interior design and had some fantastic ideas. Will be ordering as soon as I can decide.

Wow, what service from both Cameron and Alice. This was my first time in Quorn Stone Winchester, and it definitely won't be my last. They helped me with tile colour and recommended wall swatches to match. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Super service from Szilvia. Thank you for spending time with me going through different selections and for the lovely cup of tea. I received my samples really quickly. I am very happy with the service I have received from Quorn Stone Winchester so far. Thank you!

Dominica was very attentive and knowledgeable. We liked the choice of tiles available and look forward to receiving samples in due course.

We were greeted by Cameron when entering the shop. He was friendly & really helpful. We were blown away with the quality & vast amount of stock. Cameron spent time with us trying to navigate around a new build! Thank you for your time Cameron, looking forward to seeing the samples!

Very impressed with the tiles and service provided by this store. Alice was an absolute star and helped us enormously with design advice. We’ll definitely be back.

Emily was incredibly welcoming and helped us narrow down our selection on our visit to Winchester. The shop is really nicely laid out and has a great selection to choose from.

Wonderful experience at the Quorn Winchester showroom. A brilliant range of floor tiles and options to choose from and great advice from Randa who was absolutely fab. We were guided based on our preferences and have now chosen a stone that would be perfect for our kitchen. Highly recommend visiting the store and looking at options as it’s not the same as seeing it online.

We popped into the showroom having ordered some samples online previously. Cameron was a huge help in deciding which tiles to ultimately use in our small bathroom space. A lovely showroom and great staff - highly recommend!

A lovely showroom with very knowledgable and friendly staff

Excellent staff, professional, knowledable and customer oriented. Super selection of tiles to suit all budgets and taste. Absoutley worth a visit.

Visited the showroom today and was helped by Cameron, he was extremely knowledgable and helped us order a sample to help with our decision for patio tiles!

Randa was incredibly helpful in explaining the different options and finishes available. She found the availability for the different types of product I was interested in and gave helpful advice about grout choice. The store itself is beautiful, really helpful to see the tiles laid out to get a clearer idea of what they will look like.

I had the pleasure of visiting Quien Stone in Winchester today. It’s not a large show room, but they have a very good display. Most importantly, the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Cameron who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a follow up email with answers to all my questions. It’s not the cheapest place around, but the quality looked very good.

Having admired the selection of tiles online, I was excited to see a few I’ve been eyeing for my bathroom project in real life. I was helped by such a thoughtful, kind sales lady - Szilvia - who really couldn’t do enough to help me as I mixed and matched to try to settle on a colour scheme. She was super quick to get me some samples ordered so I can now make my final decision! Beautiful shop and great, friendly expertise!

Many thanks to Dominika who was so helpful in advising us about porcelain floor tiles, and ordering samples for us.

Excellent service and follow up from Emily in Quorn Stone, Winchester. They have a very good selection of quality tiles.

Alice was incredibly helpful!

We’ve used Quorn Stone three times now – once for our kitchen and twice for outdoor patio areas through our landscaper. To start with the positives: the products themselves are excellent. The Lullington Beige tiles we used in our kitchen last year look amazing, and the Dijon Tumbled Paving Cobbles and Dijon limestone porcelain tiles we’ve ordered for the garden are also lovely. Unfortunately, the delivery and customer service experience has been extremely poor on both outdoor orders. On the first garden delivery, we waited all day only to be told at 5pm that the lorry had an issue and the delivery hadn’t even gone out. We were promised an AM delivery the following day. Midday came and went, then 2pm, and the order finally arrived around 4pm. Today we had a second delivery issue. Again, nothing arrived in the morning. We called the office at 12pm and were told they would look into it. By 2pm there was still no update, and after chasing again we were eventually told after 3pm that the driver was ill. Across the two deliveries this has cost us three days of lost work for our landscapers, which is incredibly frustrating when trades are scheduled around these deliveries. What’s most disappointing is that Quorn Stone simply pass the blame onto their delivery company rather than taking ownership or resolving the situation. As the customer, that doesn’t really help – the delivery is still part of the service we’re paying for. So while the tiles themselves are beautiful, the delivery process and customer service have been so unreliable that I would seriously think twice before ordering from them again.

Great support - took the time to talk us through lots of options

Calm and unobtrusive environment, with friendly and helpful advice for our bathroom renovation - many beautiful options and samples both taken home and ordered for home delivery to see in our own space. Highly recommend!

I came to the store with a floor tile that I needed to complement with wall tiles. Emily and Cameron listened to my thoughts, were very patient and helpful and guided me in my decision making. It was a very personal service. I would highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff.

I had such a lovely experience visiting the showroom. I spoke with Emily, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. It was great to see everything in person and talk through my project. The material samples arrived quickly so I could see the colours at home and were beautifully presented. The service from start to finish has been excellent, and I would highly recommend Quorn Stone and visiting the showroom to anyone.

What a fabulous shop! Emily was so helpful and knew exactly what we were after. I was so impressed

We visited the Winchester showroom recently which has a great array of tiles on display. Cameron was very attentive, he spent a lot of time showing us different options and offering advice to suit our vision. He had a lot of knowledge on the products, was patient and helpful moving samples around the showroom for us. I received an email the same day, with all the information we had discussed, along with images of the tiles we liked. He also arranged for bigger samples to be sent to our home which has been really helpful.

We just popped in to browse and may be get some ideas on a weekend visit to Winchester. As it is a small area that we are looking to cover, we were not expecting to receive the personal attention and really useful advice from Dominika. She was so helpful and we will definitely go ahead with our order. Many thanks Dominika.

Lovely welcoming staff with bits for the children to do. (Winchester showroom)

Visiting the showroom in Winchester was such a pleasant experience! The layout of the shop is fabulous and provides a huge range of tiles to view. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Emily was delightfully helpful. Would highly recommend a visit to this shop.

I am absolutely delighted with the help received from Alice and her colleagues, for selecting tiles for a family bathroom and a shower room. She put together several different options that tastefully combined colour and texture. I left feeling genuinely delighted with the choices made. She couldn’t have been more patient or helpful. Her advice even extended to some ideas for beautiful ceiling colours. Many thanks to Alice and the team.

We spent an hour or so with Alice last Saturday (24 Jan). She couldn’t have been more helpful and patient! Beautiful shop, and products. We’re still deciding on exact combination of tiles but excited about the gorgeous options available ✨

I love the Winchester Quorn Showroom - so many great tiles and Cameron was extremely helpful and patient.

Lovely shop, beautiful selection of tiles and fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Our visit to visit the Winchester showroom was very successful. Alice was super helpful and knowledgeable. Ideas discussed and samples ordered. Excellent.

Was so pleased I popped into Quorn Stone today, the staff in there are welcoming and helpful and they have a wonderful selection of tiles. It was hard to choose! Really pleased with my choice, now to properly fix them to the wall! Thank you! Susie

We had a lovely visit to Quorn Stone, Winchester today. We were greeted by Emily who then helped us go through our plans and recommended various styles to look at. Fantastic team and a very warm welcoming showroom. Highly recommend.

Very warm welcome from Alice, I am delighted that free samples are available and will be sent to my home so that I can see the tiles in situ. I look forward to making my purchase with Quorn Stone.

Lovely showroom, fantastic customer service from Emily, great products. Looking forward to the installation!

We were very impressed when we visited the showroom. Alice was very knowledgeable about the products, but also had all kinds of helpful and thoughtful suggestions about the overall design and colour scheme of our planned kitchen. Really worth a visit.

Lovely shop. Lovely staff. Lovely products. We’re excited for our build.

We recently visited Quorn Stone in Winchester and were genuinely impressed. The showroom is stunning and full of inspiration, making it easy to imagine how the products would look in our own space. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to answer our questions and offer helpful guidance without any pressure, which left us feeling confident and encouraged about using Quorn Stone for our project. We’re very much looking forward to placing our order once we’ve made our final decisions.

Beautiful show room, lots of lovely options and they where very helpful and even gave me a cup of tea

We visited Quorn Stone for the first time yesterday. We were impressed that their different types of stone and porcelain tiles are laid into the entire floor, both upstairs and downstairs. Dominita was extremely helpful, she listened to our requirements and then guided us through the collection that most suited our needs. We left with a few samples to take home and were impressed by the prices, very competitive with the huge tile warehouses in Southampton.

We made a special trip to Winchester to visit Quorn Stone and were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by Randa who then spent the next half an hour with us, guiding us through the different choices and ranges of tiles. We would highly recommend speaking to her if you have any technical or design questions, she's a fountain of knowledge and her passion for her job really shines through. The price point on everything we looked at was surprisingly competitive considering the premium experience visiting this showroom gives.

Amazing service, Cameron was particularly helpful managing to find me a great tile, and also helpful advice on grout ideas

Good knowledge of the products on offer, their format, uses etc. Generally very helpful

Sometimes you think to yourself it’d be easier just to order online as you already know what you want and there are better ways to spend your time than jump in your car and go to the shop. Other times you think why not, let’s give it a go? This was one of those times. Alice turned our thinking on its head, gently suggesting other options, encouraging us to think how the tiles would look in different lighting. Top notch service doesn’t begin to describe it. The only problem now is we’ll be buying more from Alice and co again and again though given their prices are hardly any different from the national chains that’s not an issue. Great staff, great service, great choice of tiles, what’s not to like?

Fabulous showroom, great to see so much of high-end flooring laid - so much easier to choose! Plus samples available or sent to your home. Super staff, really knowledgeable and helpful. A great fit for Winchester.

Quorn stone were brilliant. The products was just what I ordered and it was delivered exactly on time. I couldn't of wished for anything better.

Great showroom and very helpful staff. Lovely selection of tiles.

We had a very positive experience. The staff were most helpful and went above and beyond to fulfil our needs at short notice.

We ordered 34m2 of Dijon Limestone paving and the quality is superb. The sales and supporting staff were great ..The only feedback is shortage of stock in the popular ranges which surely can be resolved easily 🤔

Fantastic experience in Quorn Stone this morning. Really knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming staff. Thank you!!

Good customer service

I drove from Bournemouth to Winchester last weekend to visit the Quorn Stone showroom after discovering their website and wanting to see some of the tiles in person. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Cameron greeted me warmly and showed me all the tile samples I’d shortlisted online. The store also had a Farrow & Ball colour chart, which was incredibly helpful for checking my cabinet colours against the tiles I was considering. Cameron offered fantastic advice on several limestone options — insights I wouldn’t have known without his help. He allowed me to order as many tile samples as I needed and arranged for delivery within just a couple of days. After receiving the samples, I've actually ended up choosing a tile that Cameron had suggested — and it’s absolutely perfect for my space. Thank you so much, Cameron, for your knowledge and guidance. I couldn’t recommend Quorn Stone, and Cameron in particular, more highly!

An excellent experience at Quorn Stone Winchester thanks to Sam, Dominica and Alice. The team were incredibly helpful and advised us on the size of tiles we needed for our project and guided us through the purchasing process, plus a few extra renovation and decorating tips for good measure. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

We were greeted by Randa who couldn’t have been more helpful. A beautiful selection of wall and floor tiles displayed in a well thought out manner. Would thoroughly recommend for both service and quality of products.

I had a lovely experience visiting the showroom recently. Alice was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It was great to talk through my new project and start exploring some beautiful tile options together. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful suggestions. The samples have arrived and they are beautiful — thank you again for all your help! Highly recommended!

Quorn Stone was recommended to me by my son, who had a positive experience there. I consulted with Dominika, whose expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping me choose the right floor tile for my kitchen, and considered factors such as size, slip rating, and lighting. The entire process was straightforward, informative, and conducted without any pressure.

We stopped at Quorn Stone Winchester to look at some tiles we had liked online. They have a great variety of tiles and the attention to the costumer from Emily was impeccable.

We visited the Winchester showroom last weekend. Alice was very helpful with her advice, and had lots of interesting design and colour ideas, as well as recommendations as to how to combine different tiles. She helped us firm up our tile choices in several rooms. Very pleased that we now have a Quorn showroom closer to where we live.

Lovely shop. I found Alice who advised us knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand our project and made interesting, creative suggestions that hadn’t occurred to me. Recommended.

Alice was really helpful in picking out tiles suited to our project and accommodating of our little ones in the showroom. Lovely products.

Fantastic shop. I had previously received some sample tiles from Quorn Stone for our kitchen that we are updating and I had been impressed by the care and attention that was applied to my order. So visiting the shop didn't disappoint, in fact it's endorsed how great a company this is. The staff were terrific, we were supported by Emily during our visit. The quality of the tiles are superb and they have products to suit most people's budgets. They're not pushy, it was an absolute delight.

Outstanding customer service and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend to visit their amazing showroom in Winchester also. Salvatore

We recently purchased 25sqm of porcelain terracotta effect tiles via Cameron. He could not have been more helpful - from our first visit guiding through the product range through to choosing our grout. He was always very responsive to our myriad range of queries. He was a friendly and helpful face of the company. Thank you!

Great experience in the Quorn Winchester showroom. Lots of beautiful tiling options to choose from. Alice helped us with suggestions for some lovely tile combinations for our bathroom renovation.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend visiting Quorn Stone in Winchester. The showroom has a fantastic collection of quality tiles, and the team were brilliant supporting me to create the look and feel I wanted for our new bathrooms.

The Quorn Stone showroom is absolutely stunning, its beautifully laid out and the staff were super friendly. We were offered drinks on arrival and a tour. We ordered some floor tiles for a small cloakroom project which was all very straightforward. We will certainly be returning when we refurbish our family bathroom in the autumn.

Polite & professional service, wide range of quality products on display, coffee was a bonus & appreciated - George & Bridget

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Quorn and their staff. I walked into the shop today and Alice helped me settled my toddler and spent so much time talking through all the details of our extension. She went way above and beyond, helping me feel confident about our choices and colour matching. Their tiles are beautiful and every store I have been to I have experienced outstanding customer service. If you need tiles, look no further and ask for the fabulous Alice!

Very helpful and wonderful staff.

The most helpful tiles shop with beautiful tiles

Don't visit any other tile shops!! This store is amazing, from the way everything is displayed, the lighting and choice, superb! I have decided on campello bianco for our bathroom floor and safi sea shell for the walls. Thankyou Alice for your help and time. Will be ordering very soon. Victoria

Quorn Stone is a new and vibrant tile showroom in Winchester. Located centrally and easy to access in Jewry Street. The layout in the showroom is easy to navigate, bright and airy. Some wonderful new tile styles. We were looked after by Alice, who was friendly and knowledgeable. A most pleasant manner. Some really good ideas for quite a small bathroom/shower room project. But this did not stop Alice giving us 150% attention. An extensive selection of tiles right on the doorstep. No drag in to Southampton. Fully recommended.

We visited the Quorn Stone showroom on the very first day it opened, and it was such a brilliant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were inspired by the beautiful displays and the huge variety of tiles to choose from. It made the whole process of selecting tiles for our self-build so much easier and more enjoyable. We were able to pick every tile for our home in one visit – from all the bathrooms to the entire downstairs – and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. The showroom layout really helped us to visualise how everything would look, and the team, espically Alice, were welcoming and knowledgeable without ever making us feel rushed. If you’re building or renovating, we couldn’t recommend Quorn Stone enough – their range, quality and service are outstanding.

Very helpful, beautiful showroom, highly recommend

Thank you for a fantastic experience. Popped into the gorgeous Winchester showroom today and was greeted by Emily who was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the products. I found lots of stunning tiles that will look amazing inside and outside in my new home. Thank you Emily, you are a credit to Quorn Stone.

Excellent tiles I love the finished look so clean and fresh it’s transformed the garden. Alice was super helpful at the Winchester branch sorting extra tiles and supporting our project etc. thank you Alice ☺️

The Winchester showroom is well worth a visit. Lots of examples of both stone and porcelain tiles. Alice was lovely and incredibly patient and helpful (with us and our dog!) It was tricky to choose as there were so many beautiful tiles. Alice organised lots of samples to be sent to us and we will be going back when more of our renovation is completed to make a final choice.

First of all, the showroom is absolutely stunning! I visited because I wanted to see the tiles and cobbles in person rather than online, to get a better feel for what I really liked. I’m so glad I did because everything looked even better in person and it really changed my perspective on what I thought I wanted. Sam was fantastic, he listened to what I was looking for and was more than happy to help. He took the time to explain the different types of stone in detail, which really helped me understand the options. He also ordered samples for us, which arrived today. So far, we’ve decided on Dijon Beige for our patio along with limestone cobbles and we’re currently discussing tile options for our bathroom. I’d highly recommend Quorn stone for their quality and customer service.

Visited last Sunday which really helped given we work during the week. We were shown around by Alice who was very knowledgeable and understood the product ranges and how they may or may not work with what we are trying to do. Great to have thoughtful input and guidance when products we favoured wouldn't work (eg outside/frost), and looking at accessibility and delivery options. Very efficient follow-up and no hard sell which is refreshing. Will certainly be using them for our quite large project. We were totally amazed when Alice informed us she had only joined Quorn recently as she was excellent and we'd never have guessed it. Thank you.

Customer experience and professional approach is excellent we visited the store and instantly made our decision, would high recommend.

We have recently bought tiles from Alice in the Winchester store. Alice was very helpful and made the process simple. Thank you.

Visited the new Winchester showroom today, it is beautiful and has a great selection of tiles and flooring. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend

Friendly and helpful

Absolutely brilliant! A fabulous choice of porcelain and stone flooring but as an added bonus Alice was superb with her ideas, pulling together a whole colour scheme for our new kitchen and family room. She has accelerated our project by weeks. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Alice yesterday who was extremely helpful. Although I had an idea of preferred tiling, Alice went to the trouble of putting together two schemes considering our style, property and the room that we are renovating. The additional guidance has been very helpful and Alice provided tips regarding positioning of tiling along with the use of a vanity and sink. She was prompt and pleasant to deal with. Certainly worth a call as I received the bespoke scheme within the same day which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of visiting the showroom yesterday, and I was genuinely impressed by the stunning variety and quality of materials on display. The layout was well organized, making it easy to explore different options and gather inspiration. I was assisted by Alice, who provided brilliant service. She was not only attentive and welcoming, but also knowledgeable about the products. Alice took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly,

I had a fantastic experience at the Winchester showroom. Thank you so much to Alice and the team for your time, advice and patience. I spent a long time in the the showroom deliberating which outdoor porcelain tile to choose, trying to match closely to my existing indoor kitchen tiles. They had a large range on display which was really helpful. I finally made my decision. Alice followed up with a call after the visit to ensure I could secure my order. Thank you so much for being so friendly and accommodating!

The staff here are second to none, welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. There was even water and treats on hand for my dog. Will be back to further consider the extensive product range

I visited Quorn Stone's new outlet in central Winchester last Sunday and was pleasantly charmed by the customer service and encouraged by the quality and range of products on display, particularly the Farrow Grey. I was treated like an old friend - given a biscuit and a drink. They walked me through what I needed in the way of interior and exterior tiles for the job at hand and they followed up over the following week after my visit. Highly recommend. Not just quality products but a gold standard of professional care as well.

We visited the new Winchester show room having previously purchased Floor Tiles via the website. Alice greeted us very warmly and was very helpful with her colour matching suggestions. She showed a great deal of interest in our project and gave us plenty of time to think of various options. We came away very impressed and looking forward to our tile samples. These arrived in a couple of days. We have now selected our tile option and will be in touch to place our order. Thank you Alice and thank you for the lovely cup of coffee.

Excellent company; knowledgeable, friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. This is a company we really like. They have a fabulous choice of porcelain tiles which is what we were looking for. The showroom is really lovely and the products are excellent quality.

Thanks so much Tara for helping us find our kitchen flooring - great showroom

Lovely to meet Tara and Sam today at the showroom. We spent time with Tara talking through our renovation project, she listened to our ideas and was able to make some great recommendations and offer advice, all whilst our toddler was making pretend coffee with the toys they had out (great addition to the showroom by the way!) Thank you for all your help, we cannot wait to receive our new flooring!

Visited this lovely new showroom today, great selection of stunning tiles & stone. Tara was super helpful in advising us of the different options and kindly offered to arrange to send us some flooring samples. Beautiful showroom and great service - thank you.

We visited the showroom on Saturday, it is absolutely immaculate. Tara was so helpful, she completely understood our project and gave us brilliant ideas and advice. We feel very happy with the tile choices we have made and our bathroom design has been brought to life with the help of the lovely staff at Quorn Stone. Thanking you all for your help and advice.

Had a wonderful visit to the new showroom stunning selection of tiles - staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great tiles for interior and exterior, large and small areas for our house project.

Visited the stunning Winchester showroom on Saturday which was incredibly warm and welcoming. Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent experience would thoroughly recommend!

Upon walking into the showroom we were welcomed professionally. The tile shop has a good selection of stone or stone effect tiles on excellent vast displays. The lady Tara we spent some time with was very helpful and showed to have heaps of knowledge on the products they have available. I’m considering placing my order soon for the quote we received.
