I had the pleasure of visiting Quien Stone in Winchester today. It’s not a large show room, but they have a very good display. Most importantly, the customer service was excellent. We’ve used Quorn Stone three times now – once for our kitchen and twice for outdoor patio areas through our landscaper. To start with the positives: the products themselves are excellent. The Lullington Beige tiles we used in our kitchen last year look amazing, and the Dijon Tumbled Paving Cobbles and Dijon limestone porcelain tiles we’ve ordered for the garden are also lovely. Unfortunately, the delivery and customer service experience has been extremely poor on both outdoor orders. On the first garden delivery, we waited all day only to be told at 5pm that the lorry had an issue and the delivery hadn’t even gone out. We were promised an AM delivery the following day. Midday came and went, then 2pm, and the order finally arrived around 4pm. Today we had a second delivery issue. Again, nothing arrived in the morning. We called the office at 12pm and were told they would look into it. By 2pm there was still no update, and after chasing again we were eventually told after 3pm that the driver was ill. Across the two deliveries this has cost us three days of lost work for our landscapers, which is incredibly frustrating when trades are scheduled around these deliveries. What’s most disappointing is that Quorn Stone simply pass the blame onto their delivery company rather than taking ownership or resolving the situation. As the customer, that doesn’t really help – the delivery is still part of the service we’re paying for. So while the tiles themselves are beautiful, the delivery process and customer service have been so unreliable that I would seriously think twice before ordering from them again.

We visited Quorn Stone for the first time yesterday. We were impressed that their different types of stone and porcelain tiles are laid into the entire floor, both upstairs and downstairs. Dominita was extremely helpful, she listened to our requirements and then guided us through the collection that most suited our needs. We left with a few samples to take home and were impressed by the prices, very competitive with the huge tile warehouses in Southampton.

We made a special trip to Winchester to visit Quorn Stone and were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by Randa who then spent the next half an hour with us, guiding us through the different choices and ranges of tiles. We would highly recommend speaking to her if you have any technical or design questions, she's a fountain of knowledge and her passion for her job really shines through. The price point on everything we looked at was surprisingly competitive considering the premium experience visiting this showroom gives.

Sometimes you think to yourself it’d be easier just to order online as you already know what you want and there are better ways to spend your time than jump in your car and go to the shop. Other times you think why not, let’s give it a go? This was one of those times. Alice turned our thinking on its head, gently suggesting other options, encouraging us to think how the tiles would look in different lighting. Top notch service doesn’t begin to describe it. The only problem now is we’ll be buying more from Alice and co again and again though given their prices are hardly any different from the national chains that’s not an issue. Great staff, great service, great choice of tiles, what’s not to like?

I drove from Bournemouth to Winchester last weekend to visit the Quorn Stone showroom after discovering their website and wanting to see some of the tiles in person. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Cameron greeted me warmly and showed me all the tile samples I’d shortlisted online. The store also had a Farrow & Ball colour chart, which was incredibly helpful for checking my cabinet colours against the tiles I was considering. Cameron offered fantastic advice on several limestone options — insights I wouldn’t have known without his help. He allowed me to order as many tile samples as I needed and arranged for delivery within just a couple of days. After receiving the samples, I've actually ended up choosing a tile that Cameron had suggested — and it’s absolutely perfect for my space. Thank you so much, Cameron, for your knowledge and guidance. Quorn Stone is a new and vibrant tile showroom in Winchester. Located centrally and easy to access in Jewry Street. The layout in the showroom is easy to navigate, bright and airy. Some wonderful new tile styles. We were looked after by Alice, who was friendly and knowledgeable. A most pleasant manner. Some really good ideas for quite a small bathroom/shower room project. But this did not stop Alice giving us 150% attention. An extensive selection of tiles right on the doorstep. No drag in to Southampton. Fully recommended.

We visited the Quorn Stone showroom on the very first day it opened, and it was such a brilliant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were inspired by the beautiful displays and the huge variety of tiles to choose from. It made the whole process of selecting tiles for our self-build so much easier and more enjoyable. The Winchester showroom is well worth a visit. Lots of examples of both stone and porcelain tiles. Alice was lovely and incredibly patient and helpful (with us and our dog!) It was tricky to choose as there were so many beautiful tiles. Alice organised lots of samples to be sent to us and we will be going back when more of our renovation is completed to make a final choice.

I visited Quorn Stone's new outlet in central Winchester last Sunday and was pleasantly charmed by the customer service and encouraged by the quality and range of products on display, particularly the Farrow Grey. I was treated like an old friend - given a biscuit and a drink.
