We recently used Grosvenor Carpets for our rather awkwardly-shaped new-build. We knew straight away we were in good hands: Joe Etches was infinitely helpful, flexible and reasonable, and he wasn't satisfied until he had personally worked out the optimum plan for our apartment. The job was completed on time and to the letter, thanks to Paul's expert workmanship on levelling, carpet and Amtico flooring. It's not very often we're completely satisfied - but we are on this occasion. Thank you, Joe and your staff.
My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the service that we received from Grosvenor Carpets Ltd. on this occasion , as with a previous one The salesman, Steve Charlton was most helpful from start to finish on both occasions and his advice duly acknowledged. As a result we chose the right carpet each time. The contractor, Louis, did such a good Job in laying the underlay and the carpet on one of the floors at our Riviera block of flats that we engaged him on the second occasion, this time on a flight of stairs leading to the Penthouse. On both occasions he took the old carpets and underlay off site leaving the flat clean and tidy. We shall use Grosvenor Carpets again and ask for the same carpet layer.

Amazing experience at Grosvenor carpets. There were so many great carpets to choose from the Westbourne showroom and we had a good chat with the gentleman in there who advised us well. Organisation of the installation was very smooth and timely, and they offered excellent suggestions as to ways it would look best in our space (we had two stair runners and a landing carpet). It was great to hear about the local craftspeople they use for each part, and the installation was great. It was also cheaper than we had anticipated especially for the quality and service. And... The photos speak for themselves!
Great service start to finish. Chose the carpet from a great selection in the showroom- Alan came and measured up - the fitter came on the day agreed and did a superb job. I would really recommend these guys.
We were extremely pleased with the work done by Grosvenor Carpets. They laid a beautiful Amtico Parquet floor for us through most of the ground floor as well as carpets on the first floor. They came up with great design ideas for the Amtico Parquet which have made it look totally unique and quite stunning. All the team at Grosvenor have been very helpful and the whole job was done quickly and efficently. Great company to do business with.
