The Bathroom Guys are praised for high-quality bathroom renovations, from en suites and full refits to multiple bathrooms and downstairs toilets. Reviews often highlight friendly, professional tradespeople, clear day-to-day updates, tidy working, attention to detail and a willingness to handle challenges or questions. One review raises concerns about communication and aftercare, while another notes that their popularity can mean waiting a few weeks for an appointment.
Had our outdated en suite done recently, the guys did a great job, would definitely recommend.
Absolutely recommend The Bathroom Guys. Nothing was too much trouble and we love our bathroom.
From the first time Aaron came to my house to quote for a new bathroom to the very end result, he was amazing nothing was to much trouble for him and the guys who work for him, let me no every day what was happening. Very tidy no mess left very happy with the end result. Will be having him back to do the other bathrooms. Thanks very much guys highly recommend the bathroom guys.
Thank you to Aaron and the team for replacing my tired bathroom with one truly fit for the 21st century. It’s fair to say that they came across a few ‘interesting’ challenges but all were met head on, providing me with options to move forward. All those who worked on my bathroom were friendly and courteous and it was good to be able just to have a chat about how work was progressing without feeling I was an inconvenience ! If you are looking for bathroom ideas or already know what you want, I can’t rate The Bathroom Guys highly enough! Thank you!
Aaron and his team @The Bathroom Guys did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. From the first visit on site throughout whole process they were professional, reliable and really easy to work with. The transformation is just stunning, couldn’t be happier with the final result and I can’t recommend The Bathroom Guys highly enough to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom renovation.
We are really pleased with our bathrooms, the bathroom guys completed 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet all on schedule and to the highest of quality. We have nothing but the highest praise for Aaron and his wonderful team of guys. You will not be disappointed if you use the bathroom guys
5 stars for a 5 star treatment. From start to finish our bathroom came together like magic. Special mention to Aaron, Micha and Paul. Micha and Paul worked so hard, ever the professionals. Clean and tidy workers. Thanks for our 2025 style to replace our 1980's bathroom.
We are so thrilled with our new bathroom - the whole process has been fantastic and the bathroom guys so professional, friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to have them back to do our upstairs bathroom, we wouldn’t go with anyone else.
I highly recommend The Bathroom Guys! They were incredibly professional and efficient, and the finished product is absolutely sensational. No question or query was too much trouble for them, and they were the nicest of folk. We’ve never dealt with such a great team of tradesmen. We absolutely love our new bathroom!
Very impressed with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail. The bathroom is a delight and we would not hesitate to recommend The Bathroom Guys.
I had two bathrooms installed by The Bathroom Guys in August 2024. While the bathrooms look nice and are functioning, my overall experience has been disappointing. With damaged new doors, leaks and promised work not completed ironed out at the end of the renovations, the biggest issue was poor communication. I had to chase the Aaron before, during, and after the work, which was frustrating. While the quality wasn’t advertised as luxury at the time of my renovations, the company has since rebranded as such and unfortunately, the work completed for me didn’t meet those standards. The most pressing problem now is that both bathroom ceilings are peeling. Despite multiple attempts to get this fixed, the Aaron has only come once to patch them up badly and has since ignored my attempts to contact him and blocked me from the Facebook Business profile which I think speaks volumes. While the Aaron and his team were nice, the aftercare has been extremely unprofessional. I feel that Aaron focuses are on quantity over quality, and I can't recommend The Bathroom Guys. (Updated photo as a response to the Business, no contact to date 23rd May 25. Frustrating and unprofessional)
Another great refit of bathroom, Aaron and team are always on time and ensure the area is left clean at the end of the day. Final fit as expected. Only downside is they are so busy you might need to wait a few weeks, but worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable
Brilliant job, very professional.
