I had two bathrooms installed by The Bathroom Guys in August 2024. While the bathrooms look nice and are functioning, my overall experience has been disappointing. With damaged new doors, leaks and promised work not completed ironed out at the end of the renovations, the biggest issue was poor communication. I had to chase the Aaron before, during, and after the work, which was frustrating. While the quality wasn’t advertised as luxury at the time of my renovations, the company has since rebranded as such and unfortunately, the work completed for me didn’t meet those standards. The most pressing problem now is that both bathroom ceilings are peeling. Despite multiple attempts to get this fixed, the Aaron has only come once to patch them up badly and has since ignored my attempts to contact him and blocked me from the Facebook Business profile which I think speaks volumes. While the Aaron and his team were nice, the aftercare has been extremely unprofessional. I feel that Aaron focuses are on quantity over quality, and I can't recommend The Bathroom Guys. (Updated photo as a response to the Business, no contact to date 23rd May 25. Frustrating and unprofessional)
Another great refit of bathroom, Aaron and team are always on time and ensure the area is left clean at the end of the day. Final fit as expected. Only downside is they are so busy you might need to wait a few weeks, but worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable
