Brian and Gabe have done a fantastic job retiling our bathroom. It was quite a technical job with the boxed in cistern, bath, shower base, two windows and two niches creating lots of different surfaces so we chose Brian based on his existing reviews and we weren't disappointed. Brian also suggested that due to the tiles we had chosen we wouldn't need any beading which created a much cleaner look and saved us some money. I would highly recommend Brian.

An excellent job done in the kitchen by the removal of a selection of old, badly fitted tiles which were uneven and re-tiled to a high standard. Care was taken in the preparation of the surface to be tiled which was key to achieving the high standard achieved. A great upgrade, thank you very much.

Brian did a great job with the splashback tiling in our kitchen. We were not happy with the tile design I had picked, so I had him remove a good number of tiles he had already put up and replace them with a different design. He was happy to do it for us, and we are really pleased with the final look. I would definitely use his services for any future tiling work.

I wish all the trades people I worked with on my recent kitchen refurbishment were as good as Brian! Not only is he a lovely guy, but his work was excellent, adding a classy finish to the kitchen. Anyone who has gone through a refurb knows it can get a little bit stressful, but working with people like him makes it so much easier. I could put full trust in him to come and go with a key (saving me the need to take time from work). There was no messing around. Brian was completely up front with timescales and costs. I'm a touch indecisive, so when it came to choosing tiles, I really appreciated his expert opinion. The tiles he shortlisted were much better than I was thinking. He explained why these tiles and grouts would work well. His customer care is excellent, and you can tell he takes massive pride in his job. I'm over the moon with how it's turned out, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use again for any future jobs, and I would recommend to anyone requiring tiling services.

Another fantastic job from Brian! I'm so pleased with how both bathrooms and our kitchen have turned out. The photos really don't do each room justice as pictures aren't my forte but I'd 110% book in again if I had any rooms left to tile. The bathroom had its own challenges of removing previous trim and seemlessly completing the existing half height tilling. I couldn't recommend Brian more highly! Brian has been professional, reliable and offered the highest quality service from day one, and gone above and beyond, exceeding expectations. Even from the point we were getting quotes, he stood out above the others, communicating efficiently, turning up when he said he would, taking his time to understand the requirements and being friendly and knowledgeable. We had handmade, non standard tiles that required an experienced hand, and he demonstrated a depth of knowledge that gave us confidence he would be able to handle the job. Brian did an amazing and professional job tiling our two showers. He listens and is accommodating when I asked for specific things (e.g. using epoxy grout in the main areas!), whilst also advising on what would work best when necessary. He pays attention to details, makes sure you are happy with everything, and really cares about his quality of work. Basil the dog is also great which is a bonus!! And Brian was very respectful with our two cats and making sure that Basil was outside or in the van. So the cats were very happy, and we are very happy with our beautifully tiled showers!

Excellent job done removing and replacing some bathroom tiles necessary for re-arranging pipework in wall for a new shower unit. Brian was very flexible in fitting with our timescales and you can't tell the actual tiles have been replaced but the shower enclosure looks so much better as he also dealt with some mould and staining of the grout. All looks brand new now. Definite recommendation here.

Brian tiled our kitchen, toilet, bathroom and hallway. Originally we only booked him in to do the kitchen & bathroom - we sprung the hallway on him last minute. He was very accommodating and managed to fit all the work in during the estimated time frame of the original job! He was very punctual, always arriving on time and often stayed late in order to keep on the extended schedule. He was very respectful of our home and kept mess and noise to a minimum. This was very important as we have 2 young children. He ensured he left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, even when he had been working for over 9 hours! The quality of the finish is beautiful. Brian is a perfectionist and was very thorough with all his preparation work to make sure the finish was as good as it could be. This involved strimming down doors, cutting concrete floors and re plastering walls - extra work all within the price estimate provided. When a few of the tiles were damaged by the plumber, there was no question that Brian would come to replace the tiles, making sure we were thoroughly happy with every aspect of the job when he returned. He is even returning to fit a mirror and towel rail, again extra work, all within the original quote price. I would have no hesitation in hiring Brian again or in recommending him for any tiling job. A kind, professional and highly skilled man!

Brian did a brilliant job retiling our porch floor. Not only did he do a great job he also boxed in the pipework for the radiator, disposed of the old tiles and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Brian and would use him again for any other tiling work.

Professional and totally knows what he's talking about, advice is second to none, his working practices are quick, and clean, always on the phone if you need advice ( and I bothered the man relentlessly) we given him two awful jobs to do and the finished results are outstanding. We engaged Brian to do a tiles in 2 bathrooms floors and laminate floors in the rest of a modern apartment centre of Leeds. As we are not based in Leeds it was particularly difficult to find a reliable workman. It seems that we were very lucky to find Brian . He was extremely helpful every step of the way - he advised us where to get the tiles and the laminate and went with us to the stores. He had finished the job on time. The floors look brilliant. When he lifted the odd carpet in the bathroom he discovered a leak and fixed the cause of it. It seems that he knows enough of other trades such as plumbing for this sort of emergencies. Now he had kindly agreed to fix the blinds and to do other small jobs as they will arise. He knows other good tradesmen and can advise whom to engage if required, we are waiting for the heating engineer - and as he was recommended by Brian we are happy engage him.

Reliable (yay!!!) -- shows up when he says he will, finishes when he says he will. Provides everything but the tiles. We really appreciated the level of advice and support he gave us while choosing our tiles - full of good information and willing to help you decide what will work best not only for the space, but for your lifestyle.
