Called minster for a quote to remove my bath and fit a shower instead. Price was so reasonable and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They completed the work on dates that suited me and kept me updated throughout with what had been done etc! So happy with the service and couldn't recommend them more!

A couple of days ago, we had a problem with our hot water & heating. We had already booked Minster Plumbing & Heating to service the boiler as we have been using them for a number of years but they used this appointment to investigate & identify the problem. My wife is disabled therefore they took this into account, ordered the part & arranged a visit for the following day when they corrected the problem & serviced the boiler. I cannot recommend them more for the service they gave.

Minster Plumbing and Heating have just installed a new boiler for us. Over the years they have done a lot of work for us and as usual this time the work they did and the support and advice they gave us were exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Professor Sir John Lawton

a gas specialist came to lower the chimney because rain was dripping into the boiler, he drilled new holes, didn't take the old plugs out of the wall, left rubbish behind, didn't clean up, zero professionalism, hopeless worker, now the rain is still dripping.

We have been having problems with our air source heat pump for some time, other heating companies have been out, charged a fortune and not fixed it. Minster plumbing and heating have been fantastic, they have kept us informed, explained the system to us, been clear about what needed to be done and gone above and beyond. Everything now working properly. Would highly recommend.

We have used Minster plumbing twice now for leaks in our new build. They have been great on both occasions finding the source of the issue quickly and efficiently. Jonny who works for them in my opinion is one of the best plumbers in the country. He is a super guy who is friendly and really good at his job. I could not be more pleased with them and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs

Caroline, customer care support, I moved into a new build property so it had a few snags sorting ,Caroline and the 2 plumbing engineers that came out were polite,got the job done,but went the extra mile,Caroline is a very kind,helpful person- great work .JFP Had a second call out ,as my c/Heating wasn't coming thru to all the radiators,lee the engineer was friendly on time,very efficient got it all sorted, brilliant job lee

Jonathan completed two separate jobs at my property this week, one internal and one external. Could not be happier with the work carried out. Very professional, tidy, respectful of the property and competent. Explained clearly what & why he needed to do and went above & beyond what I expected. Caroline in Customer Care arranged the appointment and updated arrival times on the day. Great team and very happy to recommend the business.

Reassuringly, Minster kept me informed every step of the way by phone, email and text. The plumbers arrived on time and were efficient, polite, professional and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they completed a quality job on time. Thoroughly recommend this company.

We have used Minster Plumbing for over 10 years and we couldn't recommend them more highly. They work really hard to diagnose the problem and never suggest the most expensive repair option. They are courteous, flexible, very reliable and go the extra mile every time.

They installed a security alarm in my new build house 8 years ago. When the system developed a fault I contacted them for advice and to arrange a call out for repair. I had to email them with all my details which they would forward to their electrical dept, which I did. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them. In the meantime I ordered a new battery, fitted it and solved the problem. So I actually saved approx £50-60!

Gareth at Minster plumbing did an excellent job replacing our bathroom. His attention to detail was immaculate. He wouldn't let anything pass his expert eye if it wasn't perfect. We found all sorts of problems behind the shower and I'm so grateful Gareth had the skills to replace joists, timber framing, walls. The lot. We didn't need to call in other tradesmen. The whole team looked after us from start to finish with courtesy and consideration. A pleasure to work with them. 5 stars well deserved

Inefficient

Terrible pre-sales service - Turned up over an hour late for site meeting to discuss requirements, and was advised quotes (2 jobs) would be out within a week. Chased after 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months. Got a quote for only one job which was extortionate. Chased 2nd quote again and had excuses and promise of being called back - no call back came. I wish I could rate their service, but since they never quoted, I only have my experience, hopefully their plumbing work is not as shabby as pre-sales

Poor experience. Engineer turned up 2 hours late. Sat in van for 10 minutes then drove off elsewhere. When he did eventually return 45 min later he was told not to bother, we will find a reliable firm.
