Offgrid Pro Limited

OffGrid Pro did a great job organising and communicating to give a professional service.

Over 12 years I’ve used 5 different solar/battery companies and Offgrid Pro is by far the best.

Found OffGrid Pro at a house building show and we were impressed with the team and the product they were offering. We signed up and have now had our battery installation since end Feb 2026. We have made significant cost savings with the low rate overnight tariff we are on and I would highly recommend the investment. Re the company you choose to go with the real test is how they respond when there is an issue. We have only had 1 issue which seemed to be a software glitch after a hardware update by the equipment manufacturer. We called OffGrid Pro and they responded immediately and managed everything remotely - checking the system regularly overnight to make sure it was working as expected. Can’t ask for anything more! Highly recommended. Much thanks to George and the team.

First Class Service

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Would recommend

Off Grid Pro installed one of their battery systems in our house and it has slashed our electricity bills dramatically. They were a joy to deal with - responsive, reliable and determined to provide the right solution for us, our electricty usage and our finances.

Batteries, some additional solar and now electrically self sufficient for much of the year. OffGrid Pro have been a pleasure to deal with; 100% professional in both communication and installation which was completed without a hitch or need for follow-up. I have no hesitation in recommending them for battery or solar work.

An excellent team of people who installed & tested the batteries & panels in just a couple of days. It just works! We are enjoying doing our bit for the environment and the dramatically reduced monthly electricity bills are great to see.

We’ve had our Solar/battery solution for just short of 3 years now and the systems just works. OffgridPro were meticulous in their design, installation and overcoming the challenges on how best to route the cabling etc and their aftercare over the years has been great. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a Solar install.

Since installing my Off Grid Pro (OGP) battery storage system exactly a year ago, I’ve been really impressed with the savings it has made for me. With an annual consumption of approximately 22,000 kW/year I now buy cheap rate night time electricity at £0.07/kWhr instead of the usual £0.29/kWhr, thus saving just under £5,000/year. Additionally, we have had full power throughout the year whilst the rest of our village have had 3 power cuts, albeit this being quite unusual! With the OGP system, I have found the integration between the inverter, battery, and tariff data has been seamless. On sunny days, some of my usage is covered by photo voltaic solar generation, and any excess is stored in the OGP batteries for later. On cloudy days, the system fills the battery overnight at low rates without me having to adjust anything. Charging of our two hybrid cars has been very simple and straightforward. Overall, it’s a reliable, well optimised system that takes full advantage of both solar production and cheap electricity. If you’re looking to reduce energy costs and get more control over your usage, I cannot recommend OGP and their very professional team enough.

The Offgrid Pro Team provided excellent levels of information/education in the planning phase enabling us to make well informed decisions. They were a pleasure to have around during the installation. Post installation we have been delighted with the outcome. It has been a steep learning curve for us but OffGrid's remote monitoring and support has been without fault.

OffGridPro was recommended by a friend; George and the team are polite, patient and professional - they listened to my power resilience needs, and helped me make a decision. The hardware is robust and the software seamlessly works with my (major) energy provider. Six months on, and I'm really happy with the system and, of course, cheaper energy bills (half and dropping) for my home. Wholly recommend for personalised customer service and a quality installation and operation.

Have had my Sig Energy system in place for a week now, the installation team were great, workman ship was top rate, neat and efficient. Very happy and enjoying all the benefits of a home battery, considering some solar as a next step.

Great company with staff that really deliver So please with system out performing expectations

Fairly complex and big domestic installation with lots of moving parts (car charging, back up genny, 10 batteries, solar etc) and has been done very well - operation has been smooth and effective, we are now much greener and much cheaper to run. Follow up, support and service has also been excellent - recommended

OffGrid Pro designed, installed and support our Solar, 3-phase, Inverter(s) & Batteries in partnership with our electrical contractor. OffGrid Pro's friendly and personal service has been fantastic! 1 year in and the entire system is exceeding our expectations. We would highly recommend them for your project.

Close attention and excellent detailed personal service 24/7

A very efficient and helpful company, staffed with friendly and knowledgeable staff who have set up a totally new and effective system for us.

OGP installed a Victron based system with solar panels and 42Kw of batteries in my house nearly three years ago.. It has since worked seamlessly "straight out of the box". It is warming to receive daily charges for less than £1 when we don't charge the car - and when we do, the system gives our EV half a charge of its 90Kw battery/ies in the 6 hour low tariff period for c.£3.50 which allows c.120 miles in the car... Beat that !

First class kit and installation. The team at Off-Grid Pro are obviously experts, take time to design the right system, use top class kit and kept me fully informed of the installation progress and timings - No hesitation in recommending them

I already had a solar and 10Kwh battery system. Then I got OffGrid Pro to blister on their system with further solar panels and another 40Kwh of battery storage. I fill all my batteries every night at less than 7p/Kwh and they then run my house all day. In good weather and throughout the summer I export my solar generated electricity at 16.5p/Kwh. The whole system works brilliantly and is completely controllable. The house runs on electricity only, no gas and no oil. I reckon my electricity bill is now about one third of what it used to be. I have no hesitation in recommending OffGrid Pro.

Very neat, easily installed and dropped our electricity prices to a quarter of what they were. Consultation process very easy to follow and no pressure to buy. Would certainly recommend Offgrid Pro.

The team turned up on cue and worked quickly, tirelessly and tidily to implement my battery setup. That done they commissioned it, helped me move to the best tariff and setup the superb app which easily lets me monitor my usage - i reckon the switch to batteries will save me £6k a year A great team i would happily recommend to anyone

Very professional and capable team. Always polite. A few teething problems but these were always dealt with in a timely manner. Explained how to make better use of our solar panels and using the overnight electricity tariff for charging storage batteries. Would highly recommend

Offgrid Pro installed our solar. They are excellent. They are so knowledgeable. Got us on the best tariff and gave super advice. Got my car charger set up properly and to charge with excess power even though it was installed by someone else. Very happy all their work and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a comprehensive renewable energy service.

Jon, George and team did a great job at our house Treetops. Solar with batteries, a true game changer Jon G

We had an excellent experience with Off Grid Pro, who completed a 110kW solar upgrade on our organic farm along with installing a Victron 145kVA battery system for on-site energy storage. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to understand our needs and delivered everything on schedule with great attention to detail. They were always approachable, happy to answer questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free - and we’re already seeing the benefits of the system. Off Grid Pro have been a pleasure to work with—they’ve become a trusted partner at Sheepdrove Organic Farm. Highly recommended.
