Very good company to deal with, having been recommended to me. Fast and efficient in the office for a quote to change my inverter. And quickly as well. Competitive price for a Fox inverter including good monitoring app. Installed by Doug who was friendly and very efficient, even pairing the app to the inverter.

This was the vendor chosen for switch together, they must be the laziest solar installers to have been selected. Mailed me saying they had tried to contact me, this was not the case and not one call received. Just be aware, if you are wanting solar this year choose another installer EErenewables seem one of the slowest

I recently had a solar PV system installed by EE Renewables, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Dave, the electrician, carried out the electrical installation. He was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. Everything was completed to a high standard. Bobby, who installed the solar panels, was also very pleasant and hardworking. The installation was completed within the agreed timescale, and the workmanship was excellent. The communication from the office team, especially Hollie and Stacie, was outstanding. They were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I would also like to thank Dave, the solar designer, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient when answering my technical questions. The survey report was particularly impressive, with a level of detail that gave me real confidence in the design and installation. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and the customer service provided by everyone at EE Renewables. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar. As constructive feedback, I think the service could be improved even further by explaining the expected battery capacity after the 10-year warranty period, so customers have a clearer understanding of long-term performance. It would also be helpful to explain that, after installation, there may be a brief draw from the grid when high-power appliances such as an electric hob or cooker are switched on before the inverter responds. Knowing that this is normal and only amounts to a few pence of electricity would help set expectations and avoid unnecessary concern. Thank you to the entire EE Renewables team for a professional and high-quality installation.

Doug came to adjust our solar panels as there was a slight problem and he was very helpful and informative and got the job done quickly

We have just had a young man by the name of Doug come to fix our solar panels. He was absolutely brilliant in detecting the fault and putting it right. He went beyond by fitting some netting we had bought around the panels to stop the pigeons which has done so much damage over the years. Thank you so much for being so speedy in sorting out our problems.

I had an issue with one optimiser on my existing solar panels. Doug attended at the appointed time and fixed the problem within the time he quoted. Polite, tidy and efficient. Very pleased with his work.

EE Renewables eventually delivered a neat and effective implementation, although there were some issues beyond their control along the way. The roof panels were installed on the scheduled day, but the electrician was unable to attend due to sickness. This was rescheduled the following week. There were two issues: the original battery failed, and the panels installed on the flat roof were incorrectly set up. The electrician returned to replace the battery, and the technical director and sales rep inspected the flat roof set up and corrected it. Once these issues were resolved the paperwork to set up an export tariff was done in two weeks. Overall I’m very happy because I now being paid for using electricity.

We recently had solar panels, battery storage, gateway and EV charge point installed by EE Renewables. We have been very happy with the service from start to finish. Initial contact is friendly and helpful without pushy sales tactics, and they were willing to explore multiple configurations to help us find the system that suited our property and needs the best. Once booked, they kept us up to date on the progress of the DNO application and booked an install day quickly. Scaffolding was erected the week before and came down the week after install, and communication was clear. Install day was smooth, the EE Renewables team arrived when they said they would, explained the process and asked for input on placement of equipment. The roofers and the electrician were polite, friendly and have done a very tidy and professional job. The system was explained to us, and handed over without issue. The system has been working for around 3 weeks now without issue and has been performing exactly as explained. I would happily recommend and use EE Renewables again, our experience was great and the price was competitive.

Having a problem with our Solar installation I requested a visit from EE Renewables to try and establish the issue/s and obtain a subsequent quote to repair. From initial contact with their help desk through to the visit by their engineer Doug, they could not have been more helpful or successful in resolving the problem. EE Renewables were outstanding. They were professional, quick, efficient, courteous and helpful. They put in solar panels for us and then we decided to have a heat pump as well. They have put in an excellent heat pump which is operating extremely well making the house pleasantly warm throughout. Like most complex upgrades to an old house, we had a few teething problems at first; but whenever we had a problem, Leon (an extremely professional expert) would drive over to us that day to see the problem and put it right, even if it involved ruining his weekend a couple of times. We are very glad we chose them and we would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service from EE Renewables when having solar panels installed: clear communication at every stage of the process, from initial information, through to the survey, finalising the system and booking the installation. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and professional at all times. The roofers and electrician who came to do the installation found a problem with our roof which meant the panels could not be installed, but stayed to complete the electrical work, going the extra mile to ensure everything was installed tidily and unobtrusively. Once the roof repairs were done, the panels were installed successfully on a second visit. What could have been a stressful situation on the day of the installation was handled by EE Renewables calmly and without any fuss; very happy with the service, and with our new system!

On the 16th October 2025, the two man team from EE Renewables, arrived to install our solar panels. From start to finish they worked non stop and had everything in place by the early afternoon. Their work was very tidy and well finished off. On a number of occasions I have used their technical support department who are super quick in replying and explaining. Earlier this year my app on my mobile phone went down so I was unable to review solar panel information. I hadn't realised that my changing our router the whole system had to be restarted. A quick email to EE Renewable's technical support department had the app working in no time at all. It's all been brilliant. Thank you.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The solar and battery installation was seamless (Dave and Oscar worked incredibly hard) and was completed in one day. Neighbours who had similar PV installed had their contractors onsite for a week! The office team were well informed, responsive and super helpful (Bethany and Luke especially). Richard the surveyor was very personable and shared his experience through his recommendations which were spot on. 5 stars!

EE Renewables removed a solar panel to allow for a repair to the roof then replaced it once the work was completed. Also gave the whole system a check over. An excellent experience throughout, clear and prompt communication and Doug who came to carry out the work was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

EE installed our solar panels, inverter and battery in October 2024 and we have been very pleased with the system performance. This was purchased as part of Solar Together through our local Council which was very cost effective. Subsequently we have added home storage batteries at a very competitive price and after a couple of teething problems, we are very happy with these also . Throughout, their expertise, customer service, and efficiency have been exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a home energy system.

Everyone I had contact with was thoroughly professional. This included both office staff, electricians and roofers. Doug worked a long Saturday in the cold and rain to get the job done.

We used EE Renewables for a solar installation with battery storage and EV charger. From the start they have been friendly and not at all pushy, giving a very good and comprehensive initial quote. Oliver then came and surveyed our house and again was excellent. No up-selling or pushing us at all. He even still came round on a Friday evening despite having been stuck in traffic. We accepted the quote and an installation date was within a week of paying the deposit. However, sadly the team were sick on the day but a new installation date was booked for 2 days later. The installation went smoothly with a very friendly and informative team of 3. Post installation follow up has again been excellent by the electrician, administrators in the office and also a follow up call from Oliver our surveyor. We can't fault them and all at a very competitive price. Thanks you all.

We opted for a solar panel system via the Solar Together scheme, and the installation company was EE Renewables. They provided a flawless service, were easy to communicate with, and a few days after completion we are surprised to be getting a significant amount of power - in November! The surveyor Carl suggested panels on both roof slopes, as our roof is east-west - something I hadn’t thought was economic or available - a good start! The scaffolding went up on both sides of the house - carefully and safely done buy two friendly young men - no names I'm afraid. The installation of the system itself was by Owen and Reece - friendly, helpful and informative, and a tidy and careful job from them both. And finally Bethany in the office - always ready to help and provide information. It's been a pleasure to deal with this group of people, and so refreshing to meet a company that actually cares!

Had a great experience with EE Renewables. Dave and Bobby arrived early, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the install. They even went out of their way to hide the fuse box as I didn’t want it outside — really appreciated the extra effort! One always goes into these installs with a certain amount of trepidation; will the install go smoothly, will extra costs suddenly appear? No worries at all with EE Renewables. From the initial survey, email communications, until the actual installation, absolutely brilliant service. Damien, the electrician who undertook the install, was so polite and friendly. He asked what preferences I had, and catered for them brilliantly. Such a neat job. All contact with the bookings and accounts team have been as equally friendly, and I get the impression they really value their customers. Recommend 100%.

Bobby and Dave fitted solar panels to our house today. They were on time, very clearly explained what they needed to do and completed the job efficiently. This is not a blatent add for EE Renewables but based on my recent experience. These guys know how to deliver a complete package of PV solar power, battery back-up and an integrated air source heat pump, or any combination of the above in a most professional manner. I found that their management listened and understood my requirements and gave the appropriate advice. Furthermore, they know how to act on their customer's behalf to navigate our current building regs and government grant applications. I am still benefiting from their after sales system monitoring and advice. This is an up and coming part of the domestic builing services industry and elements of it can be costly. We did a lot of research and then a friend recommended EE Renewables who were competitively priced, they responded very quickly and the team (Nathan was brilliant!) respected our property. Installation of solar panels and battery We participated in the North Somerset Solar Together Scheme and installed an 8-panel configuration with battery. The price was very competitive and the interaction with the Operations Team was second to none! The installation was much quicker than we expected - (low) scaffolding up on Monday, EE installers (roofer and an electrician) in at 9 on Tuesday. We used EE renewables as part of the Solar Together project. The whole team offered fantastic faultless service. From beginning to end everyone has been helpful and courteous, turning up on the correct day at the time booked. We even had our panels a day earlier than planned (with our agreement). This included the admin team, scaffolding team and all the installation team (who worked in freezing temperatures without complaining). After spending 18 months of dealing with other companies, with no shows and quotes then no response we are delighted with our new solar panels.

Repairing Solar PV Panels Cabling and Connections We asked EERenewables to look at our solar panels before Christmas and they were understandably a bit slow in getting back to us with a quotation. This we accepted and at the beginning of February the work was completed once the scaffolding was in place. We seem to be receiving more electricity from our panels so I can only assume a "proper" job was done in picking up the cabling from the flat dormer rooves and checking that all the connecting appliances were working correctly. EER was commissioned by Solar Together London to take over the solar installation at my house when GET-UK ceased trading leaving me with a non functioning and incomplete system. Their approach was efficient and professional from start to finish and I now have a fully functional system thanks to them.

Even though EE Electricals has only received a few positive reviews, all of which looked great, I opted for their services based on those reviews and due to them being close. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The engineers, while polite and friendly, it was a brief visit they popped their heads in my loft room, climbed a ladder, and that was the extent of it. £150 call out for that seems a bit steep to me. I accommodating there cancelled / rescheduled appointments, I had lack of communication and only received a "report" after additional chasing. This report didn't actually explain what the fault was? The quote did then come over for repairing my very small setup which exceeded a grand. Seeking a second opinion, I managed to get the work done for more than half the cost elsewhere. I'm due to be paying "reluctantly" the flying visit call-out fee, because I guess legally I have too. I don't know if they deem themselves as a "Premium" supplier or simply over priced the job as they were to busy or were not interested in the Job.

We used EE Renewables through a Solar Together Hampshire recommendation. They have been excellent throughout the process. The back office are very efficient and we once we had our survey and proposal the wait time for installation was only a few weeks after accepting the proposal. The installers on the day worked very hard to get the 12 panel installation and battery installation completed, and we were up and running within the day. The workmanship was undertaken to a very high standard. We used the opportunity to have some ridge tile repairs undertaken whilst the scaffolding was up and our roofer was very positive about the care that had been taken compared to some installations he has seen. We had some anticipated issues at the end with getting the app set up as there is no mobile reception in the basement where the inverter and battery is installed but the team ordered in some additional tech and sent out a further engineer to sort this within a few days. The communication has been really good throughout the process particularly if an engineer has been running late. We have recommended them to a neighbour who is interested in getting a similar setup.

EERenewables fitted my solar panels and battery earlier this year. This morning at 0845 hrs I noticed the system had shut down. I reported it to the company at 0900hrs. By 0930hrs the system was again working. By1130hrs they had discussed the problem with the system managing company and advised me on future activity. Can not ask for a better customer support.

EE Renewables recommended to me by a neighbour who used them. Obtained several quotes, EE came in very competitive. From getting a quote to placing the order there was never any pressure, just good clear helpful information when I asked for it. These guys will talk to you and answer any questions in a very understandable way. After placing the order the installation was swift and efficient, whole job with 12 solar edge panels completed in 2 days. Certification arrived promptly after that. Called to report one of my panels not running as efficiently as the rest, they came out within 2 days and repaired (replaced?) the panel. And I have to say I’m loving the solar installation. I have an Electric vehicle and the savings I’m making are quite incredible. Many thanks to EE renewables, would certainly recommend them!

Very highly reccomended.Before seeing EE renewables we saw a number of the hard sell companies wanting to install our solar panels. Most gave us conflicting stories and lots of pressure to buy, this was not the case with EE renewables. Realistically priced, we were sent the quote which met our request and then left to make our decission, no pressure, no drama. Installation was carried out quickly and very professionally done. We are very pleased with it. Clean and tidy installation inside and out. We are debating adding more panels onto another roof and will go directly to EE renewables as there is no other company for us. Simon and his team will not let you down.
