IAG Mechanical LTD fitted new boilers and carried out boiler repairs for several people, and one customer had a disabled access shower room installed. Reviewers often describe the staff as polite, friendly and tidy, and several say no mess was left behind. One customer said the old boiler was replaced quickly after the job was surveyed and quoted, and another said the shower room work was made easier by the firm dealing directly with the council representative. One reviewer said the main worker snapped when asked how the job was going. Another reviewer said a van was parked on the pavement, refused to move when asked, and was still there three hours later.
Excellent service, really nice people too professional and polite. Great standard of work. Really pleased with new boiler and repairs to pipework.
Professional and polite company. The fitting of the boiler in its new position was done quickly and neatly. I was kept informed at all stages and it was all left neat and tidy. I am thrilled with my new boiler and would definitely recommend this company.
When our boiler was down, IAG came out to carry out the repairs and get us back up and running. The technician was quiet and kept things tidy whilst working. They went above and beyond to source the required part and get it to us the same day, with someone from the office collecting the part and the technician meeting them part way to bring it back. Would highly recommend.
I applied for a Disabled Facilities Grant for a disabled access shower room through my local council. IAG Mechanical came out to survey the work and liaised directly with the council representative, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I found everyone at IAG Mechanical to be friendly, helpful and I am absolutely delighted with my new shower room.
Excellent and efficient job done. Engineer was polite and courteous. No mess left. Gave instructions on how to use boiler and thermostat, very easy to use.
Very good polite and efficient.didnt leave any mess.
Fantastic would use again. Very polite and left the job clean with no mess.
We have dealt with IAG for years now and have never been let down, even on the most urgent jobs. Adam is great to work with and is always on hand to help
Very friendly and helpful engineers. Left my house exactly the same. Loving my new boiler and warm house. Would highly recommend.
My 15 year old boiler decided to stop working leaving us with no heating or hot water. Called IAG Mechanical and this was surveyed, quoted and installed within 2 days. The engineers that did the work were polite, friendly, and very tidy. Would highly recommend. Great service for a very reasonable price. Wel done.
IAG mech fitted me a new boiler. They came out the following day and didn’t leave me waiting. The engineer was very polite and professional and explained everything to me along the way. I would definitely recommend using them.
I asked how the job was doing after 3 hours of them working and the main guy snapped at me and had a paddy like a child saying its an all day job 10mins later he was done
Disappointed to see their van parked on a pavement obstructing the pavement. When asked to move as forced a mum and baby in a pram onto the road, during rush hour with a lot of traffic ... They refused to move, and said "it's not my problem". 3 hours later...still there. Both lads sat on their phones in the seats. Easily could have moved it slightly to allow safe crossing for pedestrians.
