My boiler broke down a little while ago, so I searched for an engineer on checkatrade but there prices were extortionate. I was recommended REGH by a work colleague. I found the contact number on the website and rang Amjad, he answered on the 1st call and booked me an appointment a few days later. He was punctual and showed up on time. I have to say he understood the root problem really quickly and delivered quality work. Amjad went above and beyond when he noticed an electrical fault with my consumer unit while fixing the boiler. So he took extra time out at the end and fixed the electric free of charge. Honesty and craftsmanship like this is very rare to find these days.

Needed a boiler swap and found Heatwiser on google. They very quickly arranged a visit to quote the job up properly because I wanted to explore the options for moving the boiler from the kitchen. I was happy with the prices they gave me for different boiler options with or without moving it. They were then able to book me in the same week. They arrived promptly on the day and got to work on replacing my boiler. I was impressed how quickly, cleanly and efficiently they completed the job. After they commissioned the new boiler they spent a little while bleeding the system and balancing out my radiators. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and will recommend and use them again.

Used heatwiser to install underfloor heating in a new extension. Very happy with the work, would highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a gas engineer to carry out work in my home, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided. From the outset, the engineer demonstrated excellent communication skills—clearly explaining the scope of the work, safety protocols, and expected timelines. They arrived punctually, fully equipped, and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the job. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The engineer conducted a thorough inspection, identified the issue quickly, and executed the necessary repairs with precision. They adhered strictly to safety standards and ensured that all systems were tested and functioning optimally before completing the job. What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions, offering helpful advice on maintenance and energy efficiency. Their courteous and respectful demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. I would highly recommend this gas engineer to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service. Their professionalism and technical skill are truly commendable.

They had the entire work space and most of the house covered in carpet/laminate protection, something you rarely with tradesmen. 5*

Absolutely amazing, went above and beyond. Can not fault the work at all extremely happy . Would definitely recommend. Exceptional service

Couldn’t thank this company enough! I had so much stress and anxiety after a certain larger and supposedly more reputable company had incorrectly installed a heat pump at my house. For 2 weeks I had no heating and also intermittent hot water. After doing some research I found Amjad was the best man for the job. I felt so much better and reassured after he came down and provided me with a list of all the faults on my central heating system. He also explained how long it would take to fix and also the cost. This put me at ease knowing I had someone who was trustworthy, reliable and most importantly a specialist. I would certainly advice any homeowner to use Heatwiser and specifically ask for Amjad as his knowledge and quality of workmanship is second to none!

I had several issues with our boiler and radiator, including a persistent boiler leak that required daily top-ups. Despite consulting multiple gas engineers, none could identify the fault. I was referred to Amjad from HeatWiser, who promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve and resolved it efficiently. While here, he also serviced all our radiators. Amjad was excellent; he explained the issue clearly, arrived on time, and completed the repairs quickly. His prices were reasonable compared to other quotes I received. We'll definitely be using him for any future work.
