- For fault finding, MX2 Electrical includes tracing of trips, dead circuits, flickering lights and burning smells when agreed. Testing of the affected circuit and nearby circuits is also included when agreed, where that helps.
- A repair on the visit is included when agreed, when parts and time allow. A written price for work that needs a return visit is included when agreed, and so is making the circuit safe before leaving.
- A full house rewire is not included automatically and is a separate booking at MX2 Electrical. A consumer unit or fuse board change is likewise a separate booking, and a guess at the cause when the tests need more than one visit is not included automatically.
