Mo really gives his 100% to make sure he is giving the best of his services, In the last cold snap, our boiler stopped working and everyone else said replace the boiler and that was pricey, Mo did an excellent job with it, explaining all the issues and fixing my boiler at 1/5 of the price with all the guaranteed work.. it has been running for over a month now - No problem at all and I can now replace it at my convenience. Mo carried out a boiler repair for my father. He was very pleasant and took extra care in helping my elderly father. Mo even remediated the issue with the correct parts, which the insurance supplied engineer stated that it was not possible to be repaired! This demonstrated Mo’s experience and knowledge to remediate an issue which others wrote off. Very happy with the service received from Mo and the cost charged was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mo serviced our boiler and re routed some gas pipes for us. The work he carried out was really good quality and he himself was a lovely guy. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and would happily use him again for any future work.

Highly recommend. Mo installed a new boiler and smart thermostat in our home, after our original boiler had begun failing. Mo was able to turnaround quotes and start work quickly, given the need for having a working boiler up and running. Mo was professional, efficient, and took care in the work carried out. Mo was very helpful today, he came to switch my gas off from my hob and disconnect it, but then spotted a leak with my boiler, so offered to inspect that and then fixed a few things that could've caused me a lot of issues over winter. Very efficient service!

He came round as an emergency call out to check my boiler..it was at the end of the day, presumably after his working hours as he knew how desperate i was for my boiler to be fixed/ replaced. After coming around and checking we agreed on a new boiler and he provided me with next day installation with a competitive price on my Baxi boiler with 10 year warranty. Mo explained everything in depth took his time and went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely recommend him amd will be using him for future services. Called for a view of the problem so the correct parts and diagnostic could be given. Arrived on what was estimated to be around a 2 hour job which actually turned into a 5 hour job! He didn’t leave until my leak (actually 2 leaks it turned out to be was) was fixed. Leaving me with no heating or hot water wasn’t a solution therefore the problem was fixed before he left …… and still to date (2 days on ) not a drip to be seen 2 options for a service available and was discussed in depth the differences and what he would recommend The cheapest out of all quotes received, friendly, knowledgeable and I feel genuine

Muhyideen did a professional job of installing a hive thermostat and receiver. He returned quickly to help fix the problem which was only noticed a few hours after installation! Responsive and clear explanation to us how the system works. He has been cautious in making sure the installation is correct. Reliable and reachable, highly recommend!

Extremely professional, friendly and tidy people. Moved into new property, 16yo boiler gave up after 2 weeks. From first contact to finished brand new installation it took no more than 26 hours! Quote was way lower than from any competition, very professional finish, cleaned after himself, disaster sorted in no time! I can’t recommend enough!

After my central heating broke down and I found myself in a very serious situation with my wife being bedbound downstairs with a hip fracture as well as recovering from chemo..a quick call to Mo and after explaining the situation to him he came to my house and went over and above expectations...nothing was too much trouble ..he was determined to get our heating back on...which he successfully did...cant recommend him enough..punctual..polite...kept me informed of what was happening...determined to sort the job ..no mess...five star.

We would not hesitate to recommend Mo. Our boiler broke so we posted a job on Rated People. Mo contacted us immediately and was able to visit on the same day to take a look. The old boiler needed replacing and on request, Mo was able to provide a quote to us on the same day at a competitive price. Thankfully, Mo was also able to move jobs around for us given the urgency of having no hot water or heating. Mo is pleasant, tidy and clearly very knowledgable. He contacted us to let us know when he was on his way and explained everything before he left. We are really pleased with the final job and we will definitely being using Mo again for future services.

Mo worked around my timing, he came in with all his tools and equipment - had a piece that i was missing aswell. Hooked up the gas quickly and done all the checks properly for my parents house. Highly recommend gas technician. Professional and very polite.
