Panic mode needing household waste removed, contacted wastexpress Thursday for a pick up this morning. Didn’t have to lift a thing and even tidied up after! This family company is just brilliant! Life had gotten on top of me which resulted in my garden being neglected for 18 months and building Up with rubbish. I was so embarrassed but Zak and his team were honestly amazing and reassured me I had nothing to be embarrassed of. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. When I made initial contact with Zak, he came back to me straight away looking for further information. I needed to have my elderly Aunt & Uncles house cleared as they had recently passed away. They did this is a very professional and kind way. This is the first time using Waste Express as I needed to dispose of a 3-piece suite and 2 other small pieces of furniture. They came as soon as possible on the designated day and I was impressed with their friendliness and efficiency. The sofa in particular was bulky and I was concerned that it may prove difficult to remove but they managed it with relative ease, having the knowhow!

They were brilliant, arrived on time, cleared everything and a little bit more as they had space on the van. The collection guys were very respectful of property and very polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

No non-sense, friendly, and swift House Clearance job. Arrived on time. Couldn't ask for more. 2 gentlement cleared my flat professionally, and carefully removed my items with ease; making sure they are getting the right stuff out of my flat, by asking. Although I was somewhat prepared they kept reliably and making sure they were taking the right things and at the end triple checked if I got everything that needed to be rid. I would highly recommend no doubt about it!!

I was working from home while they were dismantling the wardrobes and they were very respectful and considerate of when the noise would happen. Keeping me in the loop, so I can go on mute. This is just one of many examples of how professional, considerate they were. I'd book them again and very reasonable price. Thank you for your help. It was very much needed, to take all the furniture from the 6th floor of the building to the van.

The lads turned up as arranged to collect a small load. I asked them to do an on site quote for a loft clearance and surprisingly I was told it could be cleared there and then and at a very reasonable rate considering there was about 20 years of collective furniture, rugs, old vacs, TV, wall mirror, a number of bags of fabric and other bits and pieces. I asked did they need me to bring the stuff down, but was thankfully informed they would see to everything, which they did, very quickly, very professionally. Now the place feels more like my home than an extension of the local tip. I would highly recommend.

Contacted Waste Xpress to clear the shed and some of the garden as we are currently renovating and we had lots of rubbish piling up. I have rang numerous companies and sent them pictures of the thing i want to get rid off as they asked, they said the will get back to me, and guess what.. yess you guessed it right they haven’t got back to me and left me hanging till the very last day of my leaving date, had i stayed a little bit longer would’ve got charged extra for it. Then i have rang this wasteXpress in the morning spoke to a gentlemen called Zak, from Zak i got told that he is booked up for the day but he will try his level best to squeeze me in and he also said he will update me in by the evening. At that point i was like what do i do looks like am going to have to pay extra rent until i get rid off these rubbish, to my absolute shock Zak rang me in the evening and goes am coming to take the stuff so he came and did what his best at proper sound lad honestly I wasn’t at home so he face timed me making sure that he has picked up the right stuff and most importantly I was updated in all stages honestly keep up the service proper good job sorted me out last minute as well. Hello I’m Steve, and I’ve been living in Toronto Canada for the last 20yrs my elderly mum lives in Levenshulme Manchester, she got a new orthopaedic bed, but the company would not take her old mattress away, having googled a few rubbish collection companies a couple of them had promised to go and collect the mattress one of them even booked the appointment and didn’t show up, I almost gave up hope and thought let me just try this last company, let me introduce you to Zak this guy was like don’t worry we won’t let you down and by the next day Zax and his team collected the mattress, now my 87yr old mum who is so hard to impress 😂😂 said to me, Zak was so nice and said if she needed any manual labour work done she should call him first, Thanks again Zak it really helps me to know that while I’m so far away you are more than willing to go over and above to help my old lady we appreciate you.
