After being let down by another company on Saturday, I was in a desperate situation with a house completion and move scheduled for Monday. I called JKL and they promised to be there at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. Not only did they show up, but the doorbell rang at 7:45 AM! It was such a relief to see them early and ready to go. Jake and his dad, Kevin, are a fantastic team. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and took all the stress out of clearing the house in record time. If you need a waste removal service that is actually reliable and goes the extra mile, look no further. Highly recommended!
