Cleared the rubbish efficiently, and communication in the lead up to the collection was good. BUT the collection crew required constant supervision. Despite being a very straightforward waste collection, they repeatedly created unnecessary work for our team. They entered our warehouse without any need to do so, asked staff for free items from the warehouse, and at one point even lay down on our equipment halfway through the job. Their behaviour was incredibly unprofessional and took significant time and attention from team.

do not contact these people , they will rip you and overcharge you their proces are unbelievably very high for what you want removed. Plus, they I used this company to remove a small wardrobe. We agreed a price of £65, but I paid £70 in cash and was not given the £5 change. When I followed up, they initially responded with a joke message about their “director running off to the Bahamas,” which I found unprofessional given it involved money. The job itself was completed, but the pricing felt high for the item removed and the way the payment issue was handled was not professional.it was my first time using this service and it will be my last . I suggest you use trustworthy and reliable company this company is not responsible,honest and professional.

I Got in contact with One Clear to remove old garden fencing along with other rubbish , I got a quote and the guys came out the next day , I was contacted with a slot time and was updated in the day to say they were 50 minutes away , the 2 lads were very efficient, polite and did a fantastic job at a veey reasonable price , im having more stuff done to the garden and will have a old shed and other waste to be removed and I will definitely be using this company again , Thanks guys .

I called this company for a waste removal. The man on the phone was lovely. He asked me to send pictures of the waste on what’s app. I sent the pictures. He said the cost of removal would be £260-£280, the slight variation in cost was pending an assessment on arrival. The team arrived this morning. Two lovely, well mannered lads. They took photos of the rubbish. They then went outside and sat in their van.There was no additional rubbish since I had taken my clear photos. Then my phone rang. It was One Clear. They said they had seen their operatives pictures and the cost would need to be in excess of £500 but they would “do me a deal” at £460. Terrible experience. I would never use or recommend again.

Fantastic and prompt service from Simon and the 2 delivery men who took a very heavy couch to dispose and it was top flat upstairs. I called them on Thursday 4th December and they came on Friday 5th December at about 11am and called me 40 mins before they arived as they gave me a 2 hour slot for pickup on the Thursday night around 6pm. my slot was 2-30pm and 4-30pm but someone cancelled so they came earlier. So proffessional in every way and Ive dealt with that service in years. If you want their services I woul reccomend them to anyone. Dont even look around just go with them you wont get a .better service anywhere. And dont worry about price its very fair as they organised pickup fast looked at the item i was getting rid of and the road entrances and entry to my flat which i sent them photos of on Whatsap. So they did all that and now through Government Legislation they have to pay another. company to incinerate or dispose of safely so for all that and the fast turnover they charged me £68 which as far as im concerned is an absolute bargain with all the work and sress they saved me I dont normally write reviews but these guys deserve one. I can highly recommend One Clear for clearing a property in Manchester 200 miles from my home. After initial contact I received a free acceptable quote within 48 hours. The job was scheduled within the stated 24-48 hours and completed in just over a day. Throughout I was kept up to date with photos and on completion a video, which demonstrated a very efficient and tidy job. Communication by phone and WhatsApp from first contact to last was excellent.

I sent pictures of the waste I needed removing and they quoted me £80 - £100. There was no mention about weight in the initial conversation, but when they arrived for collection I was told they charged by weight for removal. The quote immediately doubled, and as I needed it removing quickly I had no choice but to go ahead. Would have happily told them the things were heavy if they had asked, but I was hit with a much larger cost because of their lack of asking for details. Would absolutely not recommend and would never use again. The men removing the waste also complained the whole time they were doing it as I could hear them through the window.

Wow what can I say about this company!! One of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of coming across! 100% do NOT recommend. Unfortunately Google forces at least one star, otherwise it would be zero After a detailed phone conversation explaining what waste we wanted taking and multiple photos sent across we were given a quote of £320 - £380. This was to remove green growth from a roof (ivy etc) and to clear the waste from a pond (mud & gravel) They arrived today to start the job and do a ‘site inspection’ to verify the pictures sent were accurate of the job. Where we were then told it would be over £700 by head office. We said absolutely not as it was more than double. The workmen here said it was unfair as the pictures and description we’d given were accurate. So we agreed on £500 instead which was then confirmed via a message from head office as was equivalent to another quote we’d had. After doing about a quarter of the job (removing most of green from roof) they said needed more man power to finish and do the pond and could they have £400 of the £500 and they said they’d be back to complete it another day. We weren’t comfortable with handing over this much for so little done so spoke to head office again. They said it would be done today but would take longer, which was fine. After listening to them rudely bad mouth us for over an hour in the garden whilst doing no work they then said they were unable to complete the job as was bigger than they thought and were going to dump the waste back on our drive if we wouldn’t pay £500 in full for a job not completed - when advertised that its payment on completion. We disagreed and head office still wanted to charge us the £500 for the effort they’d put in removing it from the garden saying they’d removed it as a favour and that we should have taken it off the roof for them to take away. This was never mentioned before this point and was agreed in the very first phone call that removing it from the roof was part of the quote. Calling us a liar for not giving them all the info (they were) and that it was impossible to see all the waste - it’s not and the workers here have agreed that it is clearly evident in the pictures. Stating they can’t take away mud and gravel, when this was all we had ever stated was in the pond and is obvious in the photos as pond is drained. And other companies had been able to see the waste clearly to give quotes. Head office offered to give us £100 so that I wouldn’t leave this review, then back tracked on this. So here is the review. And will be posted widely & publicly on Facebook too. As well as reporting their license number to council.

I recently had my garden cleared by this company and I’m really impressed with the results. The space was completely full of cardboard, rubbish, old furniture, and general waste, but the team worked hard and left it clean, clear, and usable again. Great energy and nothing too much trouble for us But I would also say customers have to be realistic as there are some elements of service that are beyond control of one clear . I enquired yesterday afternoon about removing a bed frame and a rocking chair. Time slot was arranged in the evening and two men came this morning at 8am on time, with a massive removal van. They ended up having to take a lot of pieces apart. But they were very nice and polite and patient. An hour later job was done. It’s double the price that our council would charge. Used this company to clear my rubble consisting of a mixture of brick concrete soil and bits of wood.Not particularly much cheaper than hiring a skip and getting a permit but far less aggravation. So much better having a couple of lads humping the rubble bags about rather than me having to get a skip and hump all the bags by myself.Also job cleared very quickly Booked one day,gone the next. The lads that did the job were friendly and aware of not damaging my new doors as they brought the bags through from my back yard through the house and out the front door Smashing job and for ease and less messing about I would use again

On time but after taking photos of all my waste, the exact same photos I sent to them so they could give me a quote, the gaffet phoned me and wanted to put the price up between £30 and £60,after haggling I paid £15 more than the actual quote, also there was paint scratches on some doors, not completely happy but the lafs were pleasant enough

There were a few teething problems with getting the pickup scheduled in but after that, I was kept informed of when the pickup was scheduled and got a text message to say when the team was arriving. They arrived within the time stated, they were courteous and collected my bulky TV, the whole job took less than 5 minutes. I then got a message to say that the job was completed. Will surely ask them for disposal of bulky items in the future. I would thoroughly recommend One Clear for removal of unwanted goods. Arrived as expected. Communication leading to the job was good. £75 to move one 3-seater sofa and a couple of small metal frame tables seems a lot but that was the agreed upon price. However attempted to charge an extra £10 on arrival saying there were more that agreed. Then I had to pay cash nothing else. Called the office who immediately back tracked everything and made the labourers do the job that was agreed. Just be cautious of opportunists I guess. We used The Best Service Group, One Clean for a collection of site waste today. The property is on a main road with double yellow lines on both sides of the property, so a Skip is problematic and I didn’t have the labour available to fill the skip in a short window, so a collection which includes the labour was a great alternative for us. They also charge exactly for what they take away, so it doesn’t have to fill the van. It worked out as a really good solution for us and we will be using them again in the future. Great service!

Hello My experience with this team was excellent . Their service was outstanding. There was always someone on the other side of phone . Everything was updated to me via text. Two staff came and did my job absolutely fabulously. They took payment after they took everything on their van not before which made me more happy. The whole team was 5*.
