William and team were great from start to finish - clear communication and good explanation of how they would approach replacing the lead and repointing the chimney. The lads were punctual, respectful and professional, getting the work done in unsavoury conditions to ensure we were watertight. Great service and would highly recommend them.

My roof was leaking and these guys came to the rescue. Quick to respond, very polite, and the repair work is solid. Even my neighbors noticed how clean and efficient they were.

William and his team did a fantastic job on our asphalt roofing installation. The process was smooth, and the new roof looks great. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication. Very pleased, no more damaged roof. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

Really impressed with the service from William, quick responses, good pricing, friendly and helpful roofers on the job, they’re my default roofing company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with William and his team for a comprehensive roofing project that included installing a new dry ridge, replacing felt and battens, and performing maintenance to address a leak and long-term water ingress. From the start, William was outstanding in terms of communication. After receiving an unusually high quote from another company, I reached out to William one evening. He quickly reviewed the issue via photos I sent and provided a competitive quotation within an hour. His pricing was transparent and clear—detailing costs based on the specifics of the job (e.g., ridge length and property width). William was able to fit us into his schedule just a few days later, recognizing the urgency of the repair to mitigate further water damage. His team was exemplary: punctual, polite, and meticulous in their work. They not only completed the dry ridge installation to a high standard but also addressed additional issues that came to light, always working to keep costs manageable. Throughout the job, William kept me informed every step of the way. Given our experience with various roofing companies over the years, this team stands out for their professionalism and quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend William and his team to anyone in need of roofing services. They’ve earned our trust and future business.

It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business. Brilliant communication from William and Martin throughout; as to the job in hand. There is absolutely no aspect of the business or the work undertaken that I would fault or not highly recommend based on my experience. Thank you, Christine.

I'm so pleased we contacted this company, William is a very professional, caring, kind and competent person. All his men were very courteous and thoughtful and the work done was of excellent standard. Detailed description of what they agreed to do and updates on progress. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

William and the team have done a fantastic job! I needed a new roof so I looked on Checkatrade, found Total Restoration and noticed the reviews were very good with positive feedback. From the first moment I met William (who came around to give a quote on the same day I called) I knew I had found the right man for the job: very professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and very clear. He takes a lot of pride in his work and I appreciated the constant updates he gave me on the progress, with calls and pictures. Couldn't be happier! Will consider them for future jobs too.
