S. Tomic Roofing Ltd | Roofers Birmingham

From the initial contact to completion of the job, we found this company professional , reliable and trustworthy. On the first meeting we were told exactly what was needed and was extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Ours was a complex job that other traders could not comprehend or instil confidence in us. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The team was hard working and punctual producing a clean and tidy result. Nothing was too difficult, even when I asked for something to be done differently, making the job more complicated, they went out of their way to appease me and create, a perfect finish. We have another job that requires their expertise and have no hesitation in ringing them and recommending them. If only all tradesmen were like this!! Life would be simpler!

True professional

What a guy! Great job on our garage roof and went out of their way to refit a window frame, clean up, rearrange the lighting and give us some great advice on how we can further secure and decorate out newly water proofed space. Will definitely use again!

Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. On the day they turned up on time and completed the job same day. Highly professional, efficient and very much recommended.

Srdjan has done a very good job on My roof as it had been leaking a long time, and noone could figure out where it was coming from. He even identified other issues that needed fixing. I can say he is very professional. And would highly recommend him.

The job was re-covering a large roof. They did an excellent job. Really impressed with the quality of workmanship. Turned up when they said they would and finished on time. Payment only requested when the work was fully completed and I was happy with the work. They were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely top drawer from the first call, really knowledgeable and honest, always easy to talk to and contact, the guys have done a fantastic job of our 5m by 3m flat roof

I used this company for a roof repair. We were struggling to get help from any reputable roofing company at the time. Srdjan kept his promise to attend and quote when he had time. When he came to the property he was thorough and professional. He undertook the repairs as promised. I believe he quoted a fair price for the job. I would not hesitate to ask for his help and advice in the future.

Easily contactable. Did what they said they would do. Came when they said they would come. Looks like a good job. Area left clean and tidy. Nice guys. Good workers. Thanks

Many thanks for a quality job completed by a very professional company. Srdjan quickly came to assess my roof. He photographed the damage, explained clearly what needed to be done to rectify the damage and quickly quoted time scale and cost. Srdjan turned up promptly to start the job and completed it to a very high standard. He not only takes ultimate pride in his work but also leaves everything immaculate. He also put right a few issues which had not been completed properly during our build. Many thanks again Srdjan for leaving us with peace of mind.

Srdjan was professional, efficient and helpful from start to finish. He responded promptly to my call, explained precisely and clearly what work was needed, how much it would cost and when it could be done. The garage and side passage roof have been expertly installed and Srdjan took to time to explain what he was doing and why which meant that I was fully informed about the process at every stage. He worked tidily and even made sure that other issues that affected the water tightness of the garage were addressed. For instance, the garage window was leaking and he repaired it. He installed a sky light into the side passage and has insulated and plastered the interior to make it into a beautiful new space. Srdjan’s work is to the highest quality and I found him to be trustworthy and fair in all dealings. He worked hard to make sure I was happy with the work at every stage and went above and beyond what I expected from him. 😊😊

Srdjan was clear and helpful from our first meeting, he quoted me very quickly and was able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. He went on to do an excellent job building the entire roof of our outbuilding and even fixed some of the guttering on the house. I'm really happy with the quality of the work Srdjan and his team have done, everything has been done to a high standard and was well explained as we went along. I would definitely recommend S. Tomic roofing to anyone in need of a new flat roof or repair.

Thank you so very much for responding so quickly and professionally in repairing my extensions flat roof. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to repair similar flat roofs. Once again many thanks for your help and support

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Amazing professional service! Came out really quick after our bay window started leaking with all the heavy rain we have been having! The work was really high quality. And he even replaced our fascias with a great colour match to our anthracite grey windows and porch. Really fair price for the work carried out.

Srdjan was a pleasure to work with. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble and he delivered exactly what was promised. Very happy with both the roof and cladding which was a style no one else offered. I would happily use them again and can highly recommend anyone looking at getting work done to get a quote from them first.

Great service. Had a top floor bay window roof replaced. Competitive price and great quality job. Punctual, neat and tidy and guarantee on work undertaken. We will be using Srdjan for any flat roof jobs in future.

Fantastic, definitely recommend!

Srdjan and his team provide an excellent service and it's obvious he is an expert in his field. The work he has completed at my property was technically difficult in challenging weather conditions. The final result is fantastic and gives total peace of mind. All carried out in a helpful and friendly manner with no fuss and no stress. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Srdjan!

Fantastic work completed on kitchen extension roof. Highly professional and completely transparent and informative regarding the work being done. I can highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

S Tomic Roofing installed a new flat roof, fascia boards plus some minor repairs to guttering for us. We were delighted with the result. We were given links to the SIKA Trocal system used so were able to see the benefits of this type of system before agreeing to the quotation. The job was done to a high professional standard, the team were very hard working, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. They removed all debris from the site and left it clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. I intend to use them in the future and I think that is the best recommendation anyone can make.

We used S. Tomic Roofing for an emergency repair to a leaking roof. On inspection by the insurance surveyor the entire roof needed to be replaced. Sergio came out and did the job straight away. His team did a fast, neat and professional job. They completed the job in 2 days, caused minimal disruption and tidied up afterwards. Just in time before the next wave of storms. We have no hesitation in recommending Sergio and his team.
