Your Space Innovations Roofing & Building Services Ltd

They came around at a time and day that suited me and explained what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. Their work was efficient and they pointed out other faults that needed to be fixed and they sorted them for me on the day. They gave me Future advice on potential future work that could be done. They were quick, tidied up after themselves and very knowledgeable. There was no messing around, they done the jobs and done them properly and promptly. Thankyou again lads.

can’t thank jake enough for his help. had a serious leak due to the bad weather. gave them a call, he asked for photos of the issue. he then drove out immediately within 15 minutes. came in and found the problem straight away. he explained why the leak was happening and what was needed. booked them for the next day. they came promptly and fixed issue. the work was done very professionally, jake wouldn’t leave until everything was clean and tidy at a professional standard. customer service was spot on, no problems with communication at all, he explained everything along the way showing me pictures of his work and all. definitely recommended. clearly tell he’s someone who’s very passionate about his work and customers. cheers lads.

Amazing people who came to work on the guttering and pipes got the job done well and fast effectively , lovely friendly workers who work well to the fullest and have good customer service . Will be back soon with more work . Thank you Jay .

Happy with the job done today. The end of the gutter was loose so needed to be secured and also got a gutter clean. Paid a minimum call out charge as it was a quick job. I know who to call for the next job I have planned.

Burst a pipe in my house and was inconsiderate with the money I gave him

Jake responded quickly and arranged the work with a fast turnaround. He installed the lead step flashing on our garage conversion and completed everything to a high standard. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend him.

A prompt and efficient service . Kept to the quote given, which was reasonable and fair. Additional work completed and again reasonable and fair price. Jake and his team were professional, polite and pleasant. Work completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofing Service YourSpaceInnovations. Thank you Jake.

Top guy Jake. Excellent service with a friendly smile. Will be using again.

Spoke to the very knowledgeable Jake, at Your Space Innovations for some advice on my roof and was really impressed. Rather than trying to sell me a new roof he gave honest knowledgeable advice and explained that based on what they had seen from photos I'd sent it wasn't worth replacing unless it actually started causing problems. It's so refreshing to find a company more interested in doing the right thing than making a quick sale and taking advantage. I really appreciated Jake's honesty and would definitely recommend them based on my experience!

Nice guy, and explained what needs doing and what he’ll do

Called Jake for a quote fixing condensation issues in the loft and leaks in the conservatory. Came out to provide a detailed report and quote, has gone above and beyond to outline all areas of concern backing everything up with pictures. Removing feelings of concern of being scammed and giving real transparency. Trusted and professional service, highly recommend.

I had Jake and Kyle round my home over the weekend to jet wash and sort all my outdoor patio. They were very hard working and they did an amazing job. The outside of my house now looks a lot fresher and really has made it look 10x better. It wasn’t an easy job because of the heat and due to how big the area was - but they never complained! I definitely would recommend them. They’re also really nice people, which was a bonus. Thanks again :)

Absolutely fantastic service. Jake arrived promptly within an hour and a half of chatting through the issue on the phone. A very thorough inspection was done including checking inside the loft. Will definitely be using this company for our roof related works going forward. Thankyou!

Really good company Highly recommended They rescue me from spending on unnecessary work Roof is still good to use. I never came across such a great company which saves unnecessary wasting money Thank you for saving my money

Very professional service. Would definitely recommend

I want to express my gratitude to Jake and his team for recently completing a roof replacement on my property. Long story short, I had been scammed when trying to get some leaky Chimney’s repaired, paying more than I should have, only to have the chimneys leak again a few months later. I decided to get things inspected before doing anything else, and came across Your Space Innovations. They got in touch, conducted the inspection, and it turned out the roof needed replacing as it was in terrible condition. To be fair, the person who scammed me said the same, but he shouldn’t have gone ahead and attempted the repair due to the extent of the damage. I looked at the recommended fixes and work required, and decided to go ahead and have Your Space do the work. From start to finish Jake kept me informed of what was happening, provided pictures and video, his team was very respectful of the property, were very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. I should also mention that Jake was very proactive in advising that I get Building Control to inspect the works during, and after completion. Which means it will be certified, and I can pass on to my mortgage provider. I now have peace of mind from the roof being completed, and on top of this, Jake helped me report the rogue roofer to Trading Standards with his provided inspection report. Plus I was able to use this to raise a report to Action Fraud, and the police contact me now and again to provide updates, or request further info. I’m also planning to take the roofer to small claims if necessary. It’s an absolute minefield out there, trying to locate a contractor you can trust, I’ve experienced my fair share of a few dodgy ones, but I can honestly say that Your Space Innovations is not one of them. Jake is also actively supporting the growth and careers of the guys he has working for him. So once again, a big thank you to Jake – not forgetting Kyle, Thames, Dan, Tony, Jacob, and anyone else I may have forgotten. I will definitely consider your services in the future, should I require them.

Great guys, friendly and knowledgeable!

First rate service from the team at Your Space. Very short turnaround time. Quality work. Honest and transparent. Thanks again.

Look no further for your roofing needs. Jake is everything you could want in a contractor. He is reliable, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Called Jake late on a Sunday afternoon due as emergency water leak. He arrived within a few hours! Jake has gone out of his way to try to identify where the leak is coming from. Working late and over weekends to accommodate fitting a new flat roof. Plus sealed windows and cleaned gutters along the way. Provided various videos and photos for insurance. In addition Jake has pointed out a number of issues with the main roof which was fitted last year by another roofer and has advised to contact building control. Showed great dedication to his work, professional, tidy, knowledgeable and overall a really friendly team. Thanks all.

I can’t thank Jake enough, he helped us out yesterday when no one else would. We have used his company before when my 95yr old mother was scammed out of £3000 by a a bunch of scam roofers who ended up doing more damage to her roof. Jake came out in freezing weather late at night and fixed the problem. When my mum had another issue yesterday he went above and beyond to come out and fix it for her . Not only did he do this willingly he refused to take payment for the job he did as he knew she was struggling financially. This young man came from humble beginnings and made something of himself. With hard work and determination bro succeed. He deserves every success , I only wish there were more people in the world like him. If you have a problem then please use his services, he is a trustworthy and professional young man

Very good team. Thank you for your help.

Had a roof inspection where Jake and Kyle took their time to be thorough in the job. All questions were dealt with a manner of respect and understanding. The report was concise and detailed with images included to show the extent of damage. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service, got a survey report , very reliable and highly recommended, staff were very helpful!

My chimney decided to collapse and because of the weather needed someone to fix it. They came out very quickly and gave honest advice that other people had not given me. They started the job the following day for a very good price and was very professional and sorted the problem out. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their roof wouldn’t use anyone else now"

Jake was honest and professional from the get go. He provided us with a roof inspection report that was very detailed and helpful in understanding the condition of the roof.

Could not recommend enough. Spent years trying to find a decent roofer who knows what they’re talking about after being scammed multiple times finally came across these guys. Jake is very knowledgeable and honest. Fantastic service

After a previous company caused problems with my roof, this company stepped in and did an excellent job correcting everything and putting brand new tile roof. Their workmanship was very good, they kept everything clean and tidy, and communication was clear and consistent. They even advised getting a Building Control report to support the quality of the work, which shows how confident and professional they are. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jake and his team come and saved a whole lot of trouble for me after I was ripped off by a another so called roofer that left my roof in a mess! Jake Fitted me in last minute and put it all right to how it should of been done. Great attention to detail, great guys and great service thanks Jake! 👊🏼

The team, I would highly recommend very efficient and excellent work done .They cleaned up after themselves .I am very pleased with the job, would highly recommend them

Poor customer services. Asked what I had been quoted, claimed I had a leaking roof even though he'd only seen via pictures. Quoted 3500 for a job that's not even worth more than 600. Stay away!! Scammers

thank you Jake, Tems, Dan, Kyle and Tony sorry for delayed review we was waiting for bad weather to test our new tiled roof. we are very Impressed with the finish the clay tiles joke recommended look very modern and classy. excellent communication from start to finish and the roof report really sold us.

Excellent advice and professionalism. They took the time to call me, explain the issue clearly, and suggest a simple solution which solved the problem. Honest, helpful, and much appreciated.

Had work carried out on my roof by Space Innovators, including the removal of an old, large flue pipe which ran from the kitchen up through to the exterior of the roof. They then repaired the opening in the roof with new felt and new replacement tiles and replaced and repointed the adjoining ridge tiles. From my very first contact with Jake right through to the job completion and aftercare, Jakes knowledge and professionalism made sure everything was handled smoothly. The roofers, Kyle and Daniel, worked in a very clean, timely and tidy manner, taking great care to protect the surrounding areas and leaving everything spotless afterwards. The quality of the work was excellent. All three of them were friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with their service and workmanship and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.

"Thank you for coming and fixing my flat roof and boiler flue. Jack and his team did a great job. They are professional, friendly, explain how to solve the problem, great communication. I'm very happy with the price and the service you and your company provided. Five star's and will use you again if I need any roof work doing in the future. Highly recommended.

Efficient and trustworthy, the lads showed up on time and on the days they said they would. Job completed with no problems, would highly recommend

I contacted Jake a couple of weeks ago for a pre-purchase roof inspection after I had had a RICS survey done. Jake responded back to me really quickly and he was able to carry out the inspection within a few days. The pre-purchase roof inspection report was very detailed and it outlined issues that need immediate attention and ones that may cause problems in the near future 10/10 service from Jake and his team. They’re very honest, kind and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

I am very thankful to Jake and Daniel who helped me in my case. The roof was completely devastating and the landlord didn't want to fix this problem. As a single mother of two babies I had to move out immediately as our lives were in danger. I am dealing with Citizens advice as the landlord needs to take responsibility for what he has done. Highly recommended, very friendly and professional team/ service.

Excellent service ⭐️ ⭐️ Jake and his team were polite, friendly, and very approachable from start to finish. When I first called, Jake took the time to speak with me in detail about my flat roof, clearly explaining the science behind the issues. His knowledge and honesty immediately gave me confidence. He advised that I needed a new roof and managed to schedule the work within just two days. Throughout the entire job, Jake was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had—nothing was ever too much trouble. While completing the work, he also gave me helpful advice about my existing roof. The team worked tidily , and they even patched a problem area around my bay window where Jake noticed potential future water damage They also cleaned all my gutters around the house before finishing up without me asking :-) I would highly recommend Jake and his team they have gave me faith again in roofers. Lovely to meet you all!

Jake and his team are really honest & professional. He recently did my house Gutter cleaning flat roof cleaning and also did free roof check while checking the roof they find out 3 titles were move out to the gutter they put them back and secured the tiles with their special tool He charged me very reasonable price and also did a free visit again to make sure the tiles are OK. I recommend his service to everyone if they need a reliable service with reasonable price.

Jake & his team were prompt in dealing with the lead flashing on the roof . Great job

The team came out to fix a leak around our chimney stack. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything really clearly 🙂 They took videos from the roof to show us before and after which we really appreciated! Looking forward to not running around with towels and buckets next time in rains! Had a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone!

I found Your Space Innovations from recommendations on local forums and decided to contact them because of the quality of information and transparency of costs on the website. Quotes for the roofing work was given up front. My questions were answered and no pressure applied to me deciding on the work to be done. The materials were high quality and came with guarantees. The guys were polite, got a lot of work done in a day - front and back eaves restoration and a new dry ridge installation - they even cleared up after themselves! Very happy with the work and overall experience. A justified and well-earned and reputation

Where do i start? Great service, fantastic work ethic, attention to detail, value for money. All round great job. They are a young team of lads that are passionate about what they do. I'm so grateful to them all, they did an amazing job of our leaking flat roof. I had water flowing out of every spotlight, pendant light and plasterboard joint in my living room and kitchen. Water was even running down the surrounds of my recessed windows and skylight. They secured the roof to slow the water damage, from my emergency callout. Next dry day, in they came, they worked tirelessly on a flat roof measuring 10m in length and 10m in width in some parts. Battling with the wind, rain and cold weather. I can now rest assured that my roof is secure and looks great. With a 25 year guarantee too, there is nothing to fault about this company. Highly recommend!

Fast, efficient & good workers. Roof fixed in no time at all and now no leaks inside the property. I would 110% recommend these guys.

Jake and his team were prompt and professional in dealing with the problem regarding the roof. Fast , friendly service at a good price, I would recommend these guys.

They did a great job! Very effective and timely with communication and kept us informed with videos and pictures of what work was being carried out. They went the extra mile to add extra tiles that were broken on the roof. Would highly recommend.

I struggled to get a roof survey on a property we were buying. Estate Agents recommended this company. Your Space were excellent. Quick to reply and arrange the survey and accompanying report within 5 days. Thorough and detailed. Saved us a lot of time and money. Much better than the cursory Mortgage survey. Would definitely recommend.

Jake is a brilliant roofer. Very knowledgeable. Turned up when he said he would and he did an excellent job. Took a chimney out.

Professional service. Prompt appointment given. Completed the work to a good standard. And fairly priced. Would highly recommend 👌

A leak developed very quickly after heavy rain, I called Jake and the team and they got me out of trouble straight away. Had it not been for their prompt response a lot of damage would’ve been caused in the property. I can’t thank them enough. Great service from Jake and the team. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I had a leak in my kitchen with water/damp seeping in. Called a few roofers for a quote. Most were not available to come over immediately. Jake said he can come over the next morning but was upfront about the call out charge of £150. I was hesitant about this since the other roofers said they didn't have call out charges. Jake was kind enough to suggest I can send photos of the leak and the roof and he might give me an idea of the issue and the approx cost. I sent the photos and within a few hours Jake got back to me with what might be the issue, the price and offered to come and fix the issue the very next day. Jake also waived the call out charge since he was able to identify the issue from the photo. Jake and his team were punctual and did a great job explaining what the issue was and walked me thru how they planned to fix the issue. Once the job was done they cleaned up the area and were very professional. 5/9/25 - I had Jake and team come over to fix a minor leak in the dormer addition. When Jake inspected the leak he found that the chimney was not capped (even though the previous owners said they did it). Jake was prompt to give me a quote and once again was excellent with communication and did a great job sorting out the issue and capping the chimney. I will definitely recommend Jake and team to fix any roofing issues.

We had a really stubborn tree that needed removing, and these guys worked so hard over two days to get the job done. Friendly, professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done! 🌳👏

Very helpful with the entire process. Responded immediately and arranged for the assessment within a week. Report was comprehensive and Jake answered all our questions very well.

Very large tree removal in a challenging environment. Extremely professional and friendly service and truly excellent value for money, Jake and his team were brilliant. Jake explained upfront what would be involved and quoted me a very competitive quote and stuck to it, no hidden surprises despite a number of unforeseen issues. I really couldn't recommend this business enough!

Called as I needed the driveway cleaned, and as they offered they also cleaned the gutters to an amazing standard, within 24-48 hours of calling. 10/10 would recommend.

I filled an email from in on the company's website.I had a response within two hours.I was lucky Jake was able to clean my patio on the same day.Hecwas very friendly and the job was done efficiently and quickly.ZI understand that their main business is roofing but they did a great job on my patio

Jake came round today for a roof inspection report, he was really helpful and insightful. He explained the work he would undertake and how that would positively impact us, he provided information which we understood despite not knowing anything about roofs. We wouldn’t be able to recommend himself and the company high enough.

Prompt inspection and quote. Reasonable price. Very flexible booking accommodating my busy schedule. Fixed the leak on my roof and found few extra broken tiles to fix. Job done quicker than expected and to a high standard. Warranty included and a free gutter clean. Highly recommend.

Jake and his team are true professionals. They recently installed a new roof for my dad, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Their attention to detail is top-notch, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Quick response and call out. Did a great job, very happy!

Jake and his team did a fantastic job on our property, completing a full roof replacement, guttering, insulation, and loft hatch installation. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard, all within the agreed timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of service was exceptional. Highly recommend this team for any roofing or insulation work.

Jake and his team did an excellent job for a great price. Would highly recommend

I had a roof tile missing from the high winds which needed reseating. Jake and the team were excellent, went above and beyond and were with me same day, ensured the roof was left tidy and secure, would recommend to anyone

Jake is a knowledgeable guy and he and his team are highly recommended. I called Jake for issues regarding a leaking flat roof. He came out rather quick and assessed the repairs needed from the outside, which aligned with the leaks evident inside the property. He returned another day to fix the issues he had highlighted and gave a 5 year guarantee for the repair works completed too 😊

Jake repaired our tiled roof at a competitive price, was very pleased with the work done.

We had Jake and his team replace a broken roof light. He was competitively priced and thorough in his work. Thanks again

New Skylight Installation - great service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much bother for the team who helped me with other things as well. Polite and courteous throughout and left the area spotless when they finished. I highly recommend Jake and his team 😊

Jake was a massive help to us. He inspected the roof of a property we are looking to purchase and found some issues. He gave us a detailed report and took the time to answer follow up questions and offered guidance, which helped us get a reduction in price.

Spoke to a fella name Jake over the phone to get some insight and input on what I need to get done for my roof. Fella sat with me guided me and went through the process with straight honesty, putting me the customer’s wants and needs first before himself. I would highly recommend this roofer if you want a honest, down to earth fella to sort out your roof and give you the best service you could ever look for.

Jake came round last min to fix my guttering and even quoted me on my kitchen roof. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Quoted me a good price which I will be booking with him as soon as possible. He’s very reasonable with his pricing and very professional.

The service was excellent from start to finish, with regular contact, details clarified and explained, and the work done in a timely way. The original quote for the work was honoured despite the quote term passing, some additional work was undertaken for free and when a miscalculation on material costs occurred, I was not charged.

Jake, Michael and Kyle repaired and cleaned our roof and gutters - and did an excellent job. Jake initially completed a very thorough assessment of the roof and clearly highlighted the problems that needed fixing - this was well worth the call out fee. He then provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job in one day with great efficiency and skill. Jake, Kyle and Michael were very professional - and even went out of their way to highlight other problems in the loft and clean up after the work was done. I am very impressed and highly recommend them!

Refused to come and quote for the work we wanted unless we paid £150 for a full roof survey. Was rude and aggressive in all communications. When we said thank you but we were sorted with another company Jake accused us of not getting professional consultation and of hiring cowboys even though we didn't say which company we had gone with. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Jake, Dan and Kyle did a fabulous job. Repaired flashing to fix a leak, replaced several broken tiles, cleaned gutters. Fast efficient work, lovely lads, highly recommended.

Roof Inspection report We contacted Jake for a roof inpection report he got back to us quickly and got the job booked in the next day. Jake was really helpful explaining the roof inspection report and going over all the details and answering our questions in depth over a 20 minute phone call. He took many pictures highlighting potential issues which was a great help. Would definitely recommend using Jake and the company for any roof related issues.

Great job done by Jake replacing my fascias, would recommend him.

5* to Jake & his team. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Contacted Jake about a chimney repair. Sent him some pictures over he sent me the quote. Booked in for a next day repair completed on the day. The only company I will now use for roof & chimney repairs. Thank you.

Jake reached out promptly and diagnosed the issue immediately. He provided me with a range of solutions within my budget and arranged a date with me to get it repaired asap. He also found a different issue and offered to fix it and did a great job. He was friendly and helpful, I will definitely be using him in the future.

Jake responded within the hour for emergency roof repair as we were on our way to London that morning and very much appreciated him coming straight away. He repaired / replaced several loose tiles with original welsh slate tiles and did additional repairs that he also noticed as part of the cost. Highly recommended for his understanding and professionalism

Excellent job replacing hip and flat tiles on high steep roof and cleaned solar panels as a bonus. Friendly helpful and informative interaction. A good company

They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently had a roof inspection survey done and was very impressed with the service. The team conducted a thorough assessment and provided a detailed report outlining the roof's condition, complete with photographs and clear recommendations. What stood out was the range of options they offered, explaining both repair and replacement solutions in detail. This helped me make an informed decision based on my needs and budget. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing a reliable roof inspection. Special Thanks Jake Watts for being a respectable professional!

We hired Your Space Innovations to carry out the repair of our ancient and collapsing chimney and to replace a very worn bay window roof. They quoted us very fast and professionally, clearly explaining the work they would do and the costs involved. They completed the work quickly and cleanly and did a bunch of free patch-up work while they were around. Very impressed with them, and will absolutely come back when i need more work done around the place.

What excellent service given by this company, from the initial survey through to completion of the job Jake and his team were ' on point ' working enthusiastically, taking care with all aspects of the work and keeping me updated at all times. The price was very competitive and with a 5 year guarantee on this particular job what more can you ask . Will be using again when required and have no hesitation recommending this company.

Spoke to Jake and he asked for some pictures of the area I thought the leak was coming from (Chimney leak) he took a look at the pictures and came back with a solution and a quote. The following day he came out and fixed the leak. Very professional and friendly I would highly recommend.

Jake arrived and promptly sorted out my gutter, and also cleared debris from all adjacent guttering

Excellent job has been done by Jake and his team. At long last, we have found someone who knew exactly what needed to be done. Massive thankyou to your space innovations. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofer.

Contacted through WhatsApp. Called before he arrived. Sorted the job quickly! Would recommend!

Approached Jake regarding a quote for work need on the roof of a property I'm purchasing. Jake carried out a full roof inspection and even managed to fit in the job the very next day with the report also completed and sent promptly. Restored my faith in roofers, communication was excellent and all work was completed as promised, Jake was true to his word. The lads work hard to complete the job even in the pouring rain, highly recommended

Jake gave me a reasonable quote for my roof a few years ago and from his work, you can see supreme quality. He also just recently gave a recommendation of a handyman to assist in a partition wall. Thanks for your attention and help!

Jake was absolutely amazing and he was very pleasant. Excellent work carried out with before and after photos. Would highly recommend for a great job well done

Well, there’s not enough words to describe in good faith how amazing and lovely Jake and his team are. Very professional from the first point of contact to the end. Well mannered, polite, courteous and professional. Great communication and worked around problems like they were no problems. They made us feel like we were special, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We have had several very bad experiences with builders (all weather roofline destroyed our roof for example) Jake’s team could reassure us that there are reputable tradesman out there. Would highly recommend.

Jake did an excellent job on a roof survey, quick turnaround and very responsive. I called one morning and he said he has availability the next day, so no waiting time at all unlike other surveyors. He pointed the roof problems of the house im trying to purchase and gave reasonably priced quote for a new roofing. All in all, very recommended!

Jake did an excellent job sorting our roof. He is very knowledgeable and gives reasonable quotes. He is someone whom you can trust and highly recommendable. Thank you very much Jake.

Received a very good service!

Jake is a friendly, enthusiastic and a reliable roofer who has made my roof work much more understandable and easy. Excellent communication throughout, roof report was completed within 24 hours of the inspection. I really appreciate the time and effort put into this roof inspection and the report. Highly recommended for roof inspections and reports prior to solar panel installation and other roof maintenance.

Was so much better then expected. Came immediately, showed exactly what the issues were, and fixed it.

Called Jake at 7am this morning as I had water leaking through a bedroom ceiling, he came out to have a look at the roof within the hour, went away to get materials, came back and sorted the problem on the roof and it was all completed by 10am in the pouring rain. Great service and would highly recommend

Jake came out to fix a tile which fell off the roof. He came next day and put it back in. Also was kind enough to check the rest of the roof and fix 2 tiles back into place, which had come loose over time.

Jake was quick to respond and to assess what we needed doing, and by the following day, it had all been sorted and our repair done. He is personable and hard working, and came over as genuine and knowledgeable. My husband and I are very happy with the work he did and how efficient he was. I had a roof inspection report and decided to go ahead with a new roof which was outstanding.

Great service provided by jake. Wonderful manner and very polite. Repaired my tile on my roof, and another tile free of charge as i hadnt noticed it was damaged, so he fixed it for me. Price was very good and reasonable. Highly Recommended.

Jake came to repair/replace a few damaged roof tiles, he did an excellent job, nothing was too much trouble, went out of his way to find tiles that matched the originals, a very friendly and very polite hard worker, I have no hesitation in recommending him for all your roofing needs

Great experience with this company. Explained and fixed issues with leaking roof and overflowing gutters. Reasonable with pricing and very polite.

I've used Jake several times for my own properties and my customers. I offer maintenance repairs properties for several estate agents. Jake has carried out works and surveys to a high standard, which has been helpful to myself and to the understanding of the owners of the properties indecating whats works needed. Sollus360ltd

Jake came out for a roof inspection on my home, lovely person, very professional and knowledgable and provided me with a very reasonable quote for the work needed. Definitely recommend them and I will certainly be keeping their number for the future and to pass on to others who require a trustworthy company.

Honest, professional and genuinely a top guy. Would definitely recommend, knows his stuff and not looking to take shortcuts like other dodgy cowboys out there.

Fixed a leaky roof replaced a tile and reinforced a chimney all in under 1 hour .

Jake was fab! Friendly and knowledgeable he has done a great job.

I contacted this individual to discuss an issue and share the advice I received. Unfortunately, he quickly became rude and unprofessional, displaying a lack of basic manners. It's disheartening that such behavior surfaced within the first 30 seconds of our phone call. I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to its deficiency in basic customer service skills.

Jake and the team spent a few days at our property diligently clearing moss from the roof and gutters of our house. We always felt comfortable with the work and very happy with the advice and information Jake provided.

Jake Watts and his team did an excellent job in repairing our flat roof after some storm damage. Professional and courteous. Work carried out to a high quality standard and left the site in a tidy manner. Kept constant communication throughout the works and were quick and efficient. Thanks guys for coming out to fix our emergency roof damage in awful weather! Would highly recommend.

Professional and efficient. Polite and most importantly very tidy. Great job ! Well worth the money Thank you !!!

Definitely recommend using Jake for roof repairs. He is trustworthy, honest and goes the extra mile. I know this because my leak turned out to be more stubborn than expected and persisted after the initial repair to mortar and flashing, which was done in failing light having been stuck in traffic. When the dripping returned during storm Babet, Jake promised to be round the next day (Sunday) and refund me if it couldn't be fixed and required more work. True to his word he was back and fixed the leak. I think he probably would have found this on the first visit had he not been held up and has a bit more time and light. You find out about more about people when things don't go to plan and that's why I'm very happy to recommend him.

What more can you ask from a company than to be honest, give a fair quote and resolve your building issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Where do I begin Jake was a absolute life saver, this was a challenging job other roofers failed to put right. Quote sent across the next day after inspection, he knows his stuff lots of hidden surprises after what should have been a small job, nevertheless all issues identified fast and fixed quickly, Jake went above and beyond more than the Original quote, it was very nice to see tradesman go that extra mile. Thanks once again.

He came really quick. I am sick of people taking details and not turning up. He is great. Do not know yet how the quality will be but I believe he has done his best knowing that my work was a bit pass a stick in time. However he has done whatever needed to be done. Great attitude, very respectful, friendly manners and hard working. I recommend him strongly.

His work ethic was impressive and he immediately won our trust. He was honest, sincere, and highly professional. Extremely pleased with the result; will recommend him highly.
