Mark Seeney Roofing Services

Mark and his team assessed the work to be done and completed it efficiently and in the time frame predicted. They were pleasant and professional through out. I would totally recommend.

Absolutely delighted with my new roof! The team was professional, punctual, and their workmanship was outstanding. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The house looks fantastic and feels secure again. Highly recommend them for quality, reliability, and excellent service!

Left message , had a huge roof job. No reply, contact or message. Poor service

Mark and his team have done an excellent job. We had our bungalow roof replaced and are very pleased with the results. They work efficiently and are very tidy.

Mark and his company were recommended to me by a friend who in a professional capacity, had surveyed his work. As roofing is completely outside my comfort zone, I was happy to take a recommendation. I would have no hesitation in recommending him 100%. A 5 star if not more service. Always keeping me updated with photos and explained the process. I genuinely appreciate the hard work completed on my roof.

Mark and his team fixed my ridge tiles with a dry fix system so no more loose mortar during the storms. Exceptional work, very neat and tidy at a fair price. Thank you very much.

Mark fitted new Guttering Soffits and Fascias for me. Did a perfect job, fixed any other small niggles he came across during the job free. Timely, friendly and top quality. 5 Star service. Thank you.

5 star experience all the way, Mark and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof, fascias and guttering, whilst battling some of the most trying weather conditions mother nature could throw at them. Mark kept me informed every step of the way, double checking that i was happy with what he was doing with regard to any problems he found, that needed adapting. A genuine nice guy who goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy. I cannot recommend highly enough.

A great job from Mark. He kept me informed, worked quickly, and even did some extras for me. Top stuff, would recommend him to anyone.

Mark came out to fix the roof issue that was causing a leak in our bedroom. He gave us options instead of just pushing us to go with a full reroof like a lot of other contractors were doing. He kept us informed on the day about what he was doing and is very responsive when you message him. Will definitely be keeping him in mind when we want the full reroof done 👍

Mark, was very good from start to finish came promptly to give a quote left samples of roof tiles for me to decide Let me know in advance timescales and availability and how long the project would take and what options I have. At every step of the way he let me know what he was doing and what to expect. No request was too big or ask too small. He went out of his way to reduce the cost where he could and organised all the workmen including scaffolders and roof tiles deliveries. He was on time everyday Nd rang in advance on days when weather did not make it possible to carry on work safely. All in all would record him again for my roofing needs.

I would thoroughly recommend Mark! We had quite an urgent issue with our guttering causing a leak into the ceiling of our bedroom. I rang Mark one evening and he was here the following morning, found the root cause and resolved within 20m. Turned a panic situation into a simple and un-costly solution. Thanks again!

The best roofers out there. We have had a number of roofs done in the past. Without a shadow of doubt Mark and his team have produced the best work and we're easiest to deal with and priced very reasonably. Do not hesitate to pick up the phone to these gents. Very pleased with the work. Thank you.

Mark and his colleague re-roofed my house, along with new fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes. They both worked hard to achieve the end result of a well-executed, professional finish, up to current building regulations, which passed building control. They left the site clean and tidy at the end of each working day, and were friendly and respectful at all times, always replying promptly to any texts/whatsapp communications. I highly recommend Mark Seeney Roofing Services.

Mark and his colleague came to do our roof , it was done quickly and professionally, it wasn't a easy job ,but the results were brilliant, it's now safe thanks to Mark. We will definitely be calling this company again when needed. Thanks for the brilliant work. Michelle and Tony

Found an absolute gem of a roofer while searching for a roofer to repair to my roof, Mark arrived to have a look and price the job. I found him to be polite, professional and a down to earth guy. Explaining everything that he was going to do and the issue that was causing the problem. He Gave me a great price and above all did a great job, I can't express my appreciation to Mark for a great job well done. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

We experienced an unfortunate leak in the upstairs bedroom. We had seen Mark fitting a new roof on a property a few doors away and asked him to price for a replacement to our property. He did BUT advised that in general, albeit old, our roof was in good condition (very honest of him) and subsequently quoted for repairs - chimney flashing & pointing, replace broken tiles and fit new cowls - all done on a day rate. Very professional and efficient and to top it off he’s a really nice guy!

Highly recommend. Great setvice.

Excellent service from Mark and his colleague. The flashing had failed around one of our chimneys and was leaking into the house. We also had a leak from the pots. Mark was really helpful and professional, showing us photos throughout the work. Excellent communication and a fantastic job, highly recommend. Thank you.

So after getting bogus builders do a slap dash job on our guttering , we found mark , he was really good he has re aligned all our guttering now so we have no more leaks he even adjust our tiles on our porch so we no longer have a leak when it rains, we are really pleased with the work he has done and would recommend him to anyone

Mark and Dean have done a fantastic job of remedying previous poor work done by another company. They worked very hard, were very efficient, courteous, considerate and polite. It was a joy to have them around. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. They worked without making a mess and the finish was of the highest standard. A superb job done with honesty, integrity, consideration and customer satisfaction at heart. THANK YOU MARK.

Excellent and efficient service from Mark. Really good communication and very diligent about the standard of work needed. Would very much recommend. Thank you Mark

Work was done quickly and neatly, I have already passed Mark's details onto a friend. Highly recommended.

A really good job done, sorting out a leak through the roof. It wasn't a big job, but Mark fitted it in quickly and got it all sorted at a good price. Highly recommended.

Very quick, professional and friendly. Work was done perfectly and he also let us know about future work that will be needed when he saw an issue. Will be using him again!

Very good experience. I lost a tile in the recent bad weather, Mark came to have a look & sorted the very next day at a really reasonable cost. He didn't mind at all that it was a 'little' job in roofing terms. I asked him to check & assess the state of my roof at the same time. He took video & photos to show me & mentioned a few things that might need attention at some point but nothing was urgent. How refreshing to be given an honest opinion that didn't necessarily mean more work for himself, rather than an opportunist pulling.a fast one. I found him helpful, friendly & approachable & yes it might have only been a small job but the experience was good, so I will happily contact him again for any future work and highly recommend.

We had emergency roof repair carried out by Mark, professional well organised fast and efficient great customer service and communication , thank you for your help Mark was pleasure dealing with you 🤝

Mark recently replaced my roof, I can fully recommend his services without hesitation. The finished work is outstanding and housekeeping was on point. Communication throughout the job was excellent. Very happy customer 100%

Mark was absolutely brilliant. He went into depth to find the source of a leak coming through the wall, and also suggested other fixes to prevent future leaks. He got the work done super quickly and even sent pictures of what was done. Extremely reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing work

excellent service from mark ! grey job done

We had these guys do a complete new roof and we was blown away at how fast they completed the work, really professional hard working lads, i would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Mark.

If you need any roofing work done, I would highly recommend this reliable company. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to receive the service, professionalism, and quality of work, completed as requested, to both specification and price. An honest appraisal, of the work required to replace a complete 3-sided roof, was given together with a fair competitive quote. Mark and his team always arrived on time and tidied up after themselves before they left. We could not fault the quality of the workmanship and were extremely pleased with the final result. As such we would not hesitate in recommending Mark and his team.

Very satisfied with the work done

Top quality work, highly recommended. Work through any weather, clean tidy workers. Friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond even cleaning chimney and guttering. Nothing to much trouble. Well done and thank you.

Mark and his team installed a brand new beautiful roof, which we are delighted with. Mark is very professional and has done an outstanding job. Mark clearly takes pride in his work and ensures that the customer is updated and is able to provide feedback every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mark and his team for all of your roofing needs.

With over 45 years in property refurbishment I have used quite a few roofers, but none better than Mark His pride in the quality of the work and his customer service I doubt could be beaten and I would not hesitate to recommend him Nothing was too much trouble and him and his team were sympathetic to the nature of the building and its construction More than happy

We had a broken chimney pot after a storm and also needed an old aerial removing off the chimney stack. Job was done very quickly. They were very professional. Have already recommended them to other people. 👍

I had gutters replaced and soffits/facias capped. Mark did an excellent job and clearly takes pride in his work and service.

After several companies letting us down this year, I cannot fault Mark and his team. Mark and his team continued working during the cold weather conditions.Mark was spot on with communication generally and was very honest with us throughout and I would highly recommend Mark and his team. 10/10 for this company!

we had a roof replacement. Mark and his team were friendly. polite hard working and highly skilled. always kept me fully informed and went above and beyond. I feel I paid a fair price for the work carried out and would highly recommend Mark for all your roofing needs.

Mark and his two colleagues have just completed a week of work rebuilding and replacing our brewhouse roof with heritage rosemary and dreadnought tiles. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful it looks. The work has been done sympathetically (the building is 175 years old) and professionally, (please look at the images). The existing roof and wood were removed carefully so I can reuse it elsewhere and he found me a great place to get the reclaimed materials at a better price than I could find.. Mark stepped in after I had been let down for almost six months. He turned up when he said he would, worked at a pace, kept me informed, gave me a clearly broken down quote,. Mark and his team also fixed flashing to my main roof, a leak and an issue with wonky guttering that had caused water seepage into the house over a period of years. He was polite and always had a big reassuring smile! I would highly recommend him and his team for any roofing work. It is good to know skilled honest trades people still operate like this; Mark is a genuine good 'un and committed professional with a touching attention to detail in all aspects of his work. Sal.

Did an excellent job, good communication and price. Will use again!

Had harborne roofing come out due to a leak and was more interested and backhanders for skips , heath and safety and just a general waste of time . Someone at work gave me marks number and came and had a look , really positive from the started turned up when he saud he would , showed me why it was leaking , where it was leaking and that it could be fixed but we just wanted it replaced as the tiles were nearly at the end of there lifespan , he grabbed one of the roof to show us how time has changed the suface and agreed it would be better to renew the roof rather than fix it . We also decided to.have everything else done at the same time new facia's , soffets , and drainpipe . 4 days later bang all done , clean tidy couldnt ask for any better . Please consider mark for any roofing work you will ne be dissapointed . Hope to see ya soon to reroof me bar .

Mark and his team replaced my worn out roof, I am very pleased with the end result, it looks great. The guys obviously know their stuff and deserve 5 stars for the professional, friendly and efficient service provided by Mark and his team.
