Luke has done various jobs in our home, from fitting taps to boiler repairs and most recently a full shower refit. Always top notch work and nothing is ever too much trouble. Luke was recommended to us from a family member and we wouldn't use anyone else now. We can definitely highly recommend.

He's a lovely guy, well mannered and professional.He did a fantastic job removing the old boiler from the kitchen , installing a new one with very little disruption. So, never even heard of a power flush, glad we happened upon Luke/blue bulldog when told we needed one doing. Luke went above and beyond, didn't leave till 7.30 pm to get job Finished also fitted a filter. Very professional and friendly kept him supplied with tea.would recommend and use again should the need arise .it's early days yet but it's obviously made a difference in the cost to run.

Had a new kitchen tap fitted. There were issues getting the old one off, so Luke came and explained to me what he would have to do, before doing it. Very professional and polite. Will defiantly use them again.

We had Blue bulldog to install a new modern bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling but to fit a walk in shower instead of a bath, from start to finish Luke and Chris were very professional polite and friendly, the work was done to a very high standard to which my wife and I are absolutely over the moon with, any mess they made was cleaned up every day definitely 5* from us.

Luke attended my property recently to fix a slow and persistent leak on a concealed toilet on the first floor of my property. I spent countless hours, had a number of plumbers look at the leaky toilet but only Luke continued to look for parts and repair / replace it without threatening to damage my tiles! I now have one clean tidy bathroom toilet that is not leaking from the walls. I was so impressed that he continued to hunt the correct part and repair my toilet without damage that as soon as I return from my Easter Break that I want Luke to service the boiler / tank at my property. Luke was so patient and understanding and took time to research and repair it that from now on I will only use him for plumbing and heating issues at home. Thank you so much! Nicola :-)

I cannot recommend this service enough! My friend Robert, who is an old age pensioner, had a leak on his toilet. The leak was dripping downstairs into the kitchen. Robert had a few quotes and they was extortionate. Luke from Blue Bulldog, repaired the problem and was actually cheaper than most other companies call out charge. Luke was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and the whole repair was done within the first hour. Robert who is not tech savvy, is extremely pleased with job and said Luke deserves a hundred star review. Strongly recommended!

Really helpful and reliable, moved our boiler from our kitchen upstairs to airing cupboard as part of our kitchen renovation. Had a leak in one of the pipes first night, Luke came out first thing in morning to assess and was fixed by the end of the day. Would recommend for any job regarding boilers!

I rang a few plumbers to fix my dripping shower, one was a no show. Spoke to Luke arranged a date where he turned up on time, nice and friendly got on with job fixed problem not a bad price. Used this company to change basin and bath taps one which was really difficult to do, lovely job, cleaned up after himself again then serviced boiler and corrected the faults. Really pleased and will be my new plumber as my dad has retired from plumbing. Highly recommend.

Luke and his dad replaced my old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch, and replaced one radiator and added a new one in a different location in my living room. I cannot speak highly enough of the work carried out from beginning to end, they are polite and trustworthy, very hardworking and their communication and professionalism was outstanding. Luke and his dad carried out the work over two days making sure everything they did was to the highest standard, cleaning as they went along to leave no mess upon completion of the job. Luke performed a central heating repair for me today, and right from the outset, he was very responsive to all questions I had. He fixed the fault instantly, then gave excellent advice (AND saved me a LOT of time and money!) by advising that the heating system needed balancing and not power flushing, which he did then and there,. fixing all the cold radiators (which I had wrongly assumed were blocked). I was most impressed by how quickly and efficiently he identified and fixed both heating and hot water faults, and ensured both were back up and running before he left. Luke is a fantastic plumber (knowledgeable, high standard of workmanship, efficient, tidy and trustworthy) and a genuinely nice chap!! I will 100% be recommending him to friends and family, and I've already booked for gas appliance servicing! "The boss" of our house (the cat) was also very impressed, and was later 'showing off' as she made a guest appearance on Lukes TikTok post!!!

He has installed and moved the radiators within the house, set up the plumbing for our kitchen and even fixed a number of leaks we had from DIY projects. I would fully recommend Luke for any work needed, had 4/5 quotes in total for my boiler and everyone said would need a complete new one without even looking to see if it could be fixed and repaired, The job was completed within an hour and completely back up and running! Cost me £300 rather than £3000/£5000 for a new boiler! Really recommend as he was honest, trustworthy and will 100% recommend to friend and family. I know Luke from his time with British Gas . I contacted him for advice on my 16 year old boiler to see if i should update it . As the boiler had been serviced every year it still had a little time left. but new gas boilers are more energy efficient and with inflation boiler prices rising year on year it seemed sensible to look at our options now. I have been installing heat pump air conditioning systems for over 30 years and their lack of performance in cold weather convinced me to stick with a Gas boiler. Luke's advice was in depth and sound, and after selecting a new Worcester Bosch boiler with extended warranty, we arranged a date for installation. Luke and his co-worker arrived on time and worked in a neat and tidy manner removing all rubbish ,filling in any holes ,making good and disposing of the old boiler. All within a day. I am very happy with the installation and the performance of the new boiler. The energy and money saved by acting now and not in a few years when the boiler prices have risen, plus the neat installation has give excellent value for money. All work is guaranteed. Luke @ Blue Bulldog took on a full bathroom refurbishment for us. He employed Adam @ AB interiors to complete the non plumbing aspects. Luke was professional and friendly, he came to visit us on 2 occasions prior to starting, to discuss the plans and to make sure we were happy with everything. He worked hard during the project, sorting any issues that arose (through no fault of his own) even if that meant working late. We highly recommend Luke and will be employing him for projects in the future.

Had a problem with our boiler for couple of years . Had a plumber in who didn’t know why it kept switching off and we had to keep resetting it . Was recommended to Luke ( Blue Bulldog ) and right away he knew that a part was worn . So he came with new part and boiler has been great since . We also had pipes vibrating when we turned the tap off too quick and Luke clipped some pipes and that problem is loads better too . We re so relieved to know we have a good plumber we can rely on now . 👍

I can't recommend luke at blue bulldog Ltd plumbing enough!!!!After coming to remove a radiator for me so I could decorate,my decorating has turned into renovation and a nightmare. He did an emergency visit when I went through a pipe under the floor, then just 2 days later discovered another leak and he fitted me straight in at the end if his work day to sort it out. I will eventually have a new vertical radiator fitted by him once I've finished my renovation/decoration lol.
