Fantastic from the beginning to the end. Conrad and Darren did a fantastic job, and I really appreciate it. First, they did a great installation with no mess at all. They also really respected my house rules, which many builders don’t. After the installation, I realized I hadn't explained my request clearly enough and asked if they could modify it. Both the admin team and the builders were so accommodating—they quickly arranged a follow-up visit and sorted everything out without any fuss. I’m truly grateful for their support. I am so happy with my ACs. Amazing admin people and builders!! Highly recommended!!

The installation itself was great a year ago. Unfortunately a year passed and they got in touch to do an annual service, which is where my nightmare began. During the service they managed to cause an issue inside where the flap kept getting stuck, and a leak outside as well! The service department were constantly late, not answering my messages, eventually someone came to repair the flap and confirmed it was caused by not being put together properly at the service. They never got to repair the leak because they didn’t show up and blamed a new system which apparently deleted my job from their schedule (despite my having messaged them a reminder at 9am of the time they were supposed to arrive because by that point I’d learned how useless they are). So basically my advice would be when it comes time for servicing find a different provider!

We recently had an air conditioning unit installed by Domestic Air and we couldn’t be happier with it. Matty installed the unit for us and did a fantastic job. He was really tidy and took great care with both the installation in our master bedroom and the external unit on the outside of the house. We were quite particular about where we wanted the external unit positioned, and Matty placed it exactly where we asked, which we really appreciated. We’ve been really happy with the whole experience and the quality of the installation. In fact, we’re already looking at having a second unit installed downstairs by Domestic Air next year, which probably says everything!

Had two AC units installed and the guys did a fabulous job - neat, tidy and completely spotless. Other than the equipment on the walls you’d never have known we’d had them in. From start to finish the process was flawless. From contacting domestic air to the engineers turning up. I was advised they would be here between 9.30 and 10.30am 9.30 comes and Darren is at my door. So polite informative and chatty. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything before getting to work (Apologise Darren for not having any coffee in but I believe the tea went down just as well). Little bit after, Mike turned up again same as Darren polite and informative. 2 great engineers credit to the company they are. 100% recommend domestic air. 5/5 from me. Thank you team! :)

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They arrived when they said they would and a few hours later I had fully functional A/C in the house. They walked me through the entire process and explained what piping etc would be visible in the end. When the installation was done they made sure the corresponding app and the units were working. After using one of the units for about 30 minutes it developed an issue, however they returned as soon as I rang them and made sure the issue was resolved within 12 hours of the initial reporting. Update: one of my units started leaking and they send out Dennis to fix it within 24 hours he was professional and nice during the repair.

Annual Service went extremely well. Dennis the Engineer phoned me to update his ETA and arrived on time. He was very organised and automatically removed work shoes before walking on carpets without being asked. He was obviously a perfectionist in his work and I have never seen any AC receive such a meticulous deep clean. 10/10 Very nice professional.

Excellent from start to finish. From Sarah and Ryan fielding my many and often silly questions, the install process from talking to them to install was outstanding. I spoke with many installers, with most of them being overly vague on options or information and providing overpriced packages. DomesticAir, on the other hand were very straightforward, family run and decent - a really professional outfit. After detailed discussions and after a full survey, we opted for a fully ducted 'Airzone' Daikin System, which was also better value over Wall Units. The system is very sophisticated, discreet and fully wifi set up and is now our sole source for heating and cooling. They worked exceptionally hard in some of the hottest weather in years, and we're overwhelmingly pleased. Highly recommended.

Denis was great - what should have been an easy like for like unit replacement ended up being quite complicated. Denis stayed the duration and did not leave until everything was fixed and tested.

We purchased a Panasonic air con unit from Domestic Air. The price was competitive, delivery and fitting were carried out on the same day. Mike carried out the installation, which was quick and he was very helpful in resolving a minor issue with the ducting colour (which was our fault). Excellent job and we are very happy with the unit. We’ve just had an air conditioning unit fitted by Domestic Air Solutions and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. The unit was being installed in our attic conversion, which is a fairly tricky space to work with and becomes almost unusable during hot weather. We’ve tested the system today and it’s working brilliantly — it’s already made a huge difference. Mike and Darren did a fantastic job. The installation looks really neat and professional, both internally and externally, and they clearly took a lot of care to get everything right. They were friendly, polite, efficient and extremely professional throughout, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I contacted Domestic Air Conditioning to inquire about having an air conditioning unit fitted into my hobbyroom. It's an insulated garage with double glazing and I'd like to keep the temperature comfortable all year round. Ryan did a calculation and worked out the unit size I’d need. He sent me a list of manufacturers with various air con units all the correct size but with different warranty lengths and features. A unit was selected, ordered and Ryan gave me an installation date. I’d inform Ryan that I was in most days and I got a call today asking if it would be convenient to do the installation in the afternoon. The installation team had completed their job for the day early. I said yes and now the unit has been installed and is working. The team turned up and I showed them where the indoor and outdoor unit was to go. They got to work and once they had decided the best way to complete the installation, they showed me what they intended to do and asked me if it was all OK with me. I agreed and they got on with the installation. When they had finished, they showed me the very neat job they had done and demonstrated the air con to me. I’m very pleased that I’d gone with Domestic Air Conditioning, such a professional company and I’d recommend them.

After seeing the many positive reviews online, we decided to contact Domestic Air, and from the very beginning the service was excellent. Ryan responded to our enquiry promptly and quickly arranged for Mike, one of their engineers, to visit our home. Mike carried out a thorough assessment, took all the necessary measurements, and answered our initial questions. Shortly afterwards, Ryan got back to us with a range of options, from budget friendly to higher end systems. He also suggested an alternative we hadn’t really considered - a ducted system. Surprisingly, this actually worked out slightly cheaper than having individual units installed in each bedroom, provided you have enough loft space, which fortunately we did. Ryan was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the ducted system and helping us understand the pros and cons. In the end, we decided to go ahead with it. I won’t pretend we didn’t have second thoughts before the installation, but we are now so pleased we chose the ducted system. It looks much neater aesthetically, is incredibly quiet, and makes it so easy to control the temperature in every bedroom. I also have to commend Mike for his professionalism and his extremely friendly and polite attitude throughout the installation. Mike and Jay were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard during some of the hottest days of the recent heatwave, spending hours in a boiling hot attic while keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. They did everything they could to keep the house tidy. Naturally, with ceiling cut outs and installation work across four bedrooms, some dust is unavoidable, but Mike always cleaned up thoroughly after the major drilling and each ceiling opening. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Air. If you have sufficient loft space and are considering air conditioning in multiple rooms, I would honestly recommend looking at a ducted system. We are absolutely delighted that we chose it over individual wall-mounted units. Thank you to Ryan, Mike and Jay for an excellent job and a first-class service from start to finish.

Really pleased with the install and end result - very tidy! I was impressed with the attention to detail and consideration of installation options to minimise the pipe runs outside of the house. Very professional company to deal with and really felt they work with you. We bought the system mainly because of the heating efficiency and running costs in comparison to oil given the recent price volatility but also benefiting from the cooling benefits 😀

The house is a complex architect designer property and DAC were sympathetic and understanding as well as careful in their planning and installation. Nothing was left in the grey zone when it came to explanation of how things would work or be installed. The price was highly competitive and the installation team were clean and very friendly. We would definitely recommend DAC for people with large signature properties as their installation and preparation had the utmost diligence. Platinum/ Gold level service all round.

We recently had air conditioning installed in four bedrooms on two floors. From the outset Domestic Air Conditioning were fantastic. Conrad explained our options clearly when he carried out the site survey and suggested a work around to get the A/C unit into our roof space without having to knock the loft hatch about. The work was carried out exactly as scheduled and to a very high standard. I was equally impressed with how incredibly clean and tidy the rooms were left at the end of the fit out. I had a great experience with DomesticAir for my air conditioning installation. From the initial quote to the final installation, the communication was excellent. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s rare to find such reliable service these days—I’m very happy with the result.

The installation process was fantastic, everything done to an amazing standard and with no mess created anywhere. Super clean and all was fine on the first use.

Firstly, this review is not a review of the technician, they were very friendly, prompt, polite, great guy all round! However it seems that my expectations of what a service includes and the work done don't marry up. I reported I'd like a service and ask them to advise if the motor needed replacing as it was making noise. My £175 service included a long list 1) open the case 2) see the filters are dirty and need replacing 3) close the lid and find the noise was due to a loose lid To me a service should of included the filter consumables, you don't take your car to the garage for a service and then they don't replace filters for example. So just be warned the service doesn't include what you may expect. Again the technician was great but clearly the firm could be transparent about what's included (and not)

Great service from start to finish and annual servicing. We have just had our second unit fitted. The team are very responsive via WhatsApp. I was able to send photos of the building that I wanted the system fitting. Great advice on the product to fit. On the day of hitting the two man team we’re on time, pleasant, polite and went out of their way to explain everything to us about the control panel and app installation on my phone. We are very happy with our second unit and it is working well to transform the level of comfort in my garden office.

After lots of internet research, I settled on Domestic Air to install an air conditioning unit in my bedroom. I had good communication with them and advice on which units would suit our room and recommendations on which units to review. However, like most customers you question yourself, have I chosen the right company, there is always a doubt in your mind when you use someone new. Well, I most definitely did. Conrad and Darren, the installation engineers where brilliant, professional, polite and extremely hard working. The explained what they were doing, made sure we were happy and talked us through all the steps and then finally giving us a rundown of the system. They were extremely tidy and left no trace of their work once completed. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

I contacted Domestic Air to quote a couple of options for a new system to replace a portable air con unit we had that was too noisy and had broken down. Ryan was really helpful in explaining all the options and availability really clearly. Matt arrived on the day we’d pencilled in as planned and wired extremely tidily and respectfully around the house which was very much appreciated. The system has been in a month or so and no faults to report. All service options were issued on completion along with manufacturer warranty. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

Very Impressed with Domestic Air and would highly recommend. I originally called to compare a price I received from another company and was informed not only could they beat the price the unit and labour came with much better warranty. The communication was top notch and was kept informed all the way from Richard initially calling out to survey our requirements and providing value advice to Mike calling out to install the unit. Mike performed a great install the work was neat and tidy and all precautions were considered when keeping dust etc down to a minimum. Would highly recommend this company and pardon the pun but dealing with Domestic Air was like a breath of fresh air

First time buying an AC unit and I didn't have clue. Looked for local AC companies through Google and found Domestic Air, read all the great reviews and got in touch. They where really easy to communicate with through WhatsApp, answering all my queries and gave me plenty of useful information. The whole process was super easy from getting quotes, booking installation and making payment. Mike my installer was a real pro, arrived on the day, on time, all work done very neatly and very tidily. Mike tested the unit before leaving and took the time to show my wife how to use the AC unit/features. Couldn't ask for more, thanks again Mike and Domestic Air. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering more AC units from them in the future.

Excellent all the way through from initial enquiry to having the AC installed . Submitted a request for information on the website about getting AC in my house and Ryan called me back within the hour. He then communicated on WhatsApp after the initial call and gave me multiple quotes for different options for what I wanted. He was quick to respond and detailed in what was needed. Our experience with Domesticair has been fantastic. Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive prior to the install, and the installers Marty and Conrad were punctual, tidy and completed work to a high standard. The dual split system we had installed has done a great job of combatting the warmer temperatures we’re now experiencing, allowing us to have a rested sleep at a comfortable temperature with no background noise.

Great experience. We used Domestic Air to install domestic air-con into 5 rooms using the a single outdoor Mitsubishi multi split unit. Ryan helped with everything upfront and between Shane and Conrad, they provided an impeccable installation over 3.5 days. The routing of the ducting was discussed carefully upfront and the resulting installation is perfect. I can’t speak more highly of the service provided and would use Domestic Air again without hesitation. Great price too !

I had my wall mounted split AC unit fitted by Domestic Air Conditioning around 2 weeks ago and I can say I am simply 100% happy about their installation work. They were happy to answer my questions raised, from the location of the outdoor unit to the regulations concerning installaton. They are very efficient and friendly, finished the fitting in less than 2.5 hours. Their engineers even clean up all the packings before they left. All in all I can only say that I fully recommend Domestic Air Conditioning to you if you are trying to find ac professionals who are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient 👍.

Had an installation done by Ryan at work yesterday, cant fault the service at all, prompt, informative and tidy. Would highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Domestic Air. Initially, the installation of my heat pump system was delayed from 1st March to 9th March 2023. Post-installation, a part was missing, making the system unusable. Despite multiple follow-ups, responses were delayed or nonexistent. It took until 16th May for the system to be fully installed, and only after numerous missed appointments. I reported a fault in October, which was ignored. In January 2024, they overcharged for a service, despite an agreed maintenance price of £95 and a promise of free maintenance for the next year. During the service, they disabled one room’s AC due to the fault I reported in October and delayed ordering a replacement part until May, after more follow-ups. I am still waiting for the faults reported in October to be resolved. Meanwhile a further fault has developed. Their service is unreliable and communication is poor. I do not recommend Domestic Air.

In a world of rogue tradesmen, Domestic Air Solutions cut through the mould. We had them fit 2 quiet air con units in our studio environment. We’ve put this job off for years due to facing a lot of difficulty with other contractors in the past, but everything that was agreed to was delivered for the price quoted. They discussed the job with us throughout the process, and made very sensible decisions knowing that the noise levels and sound leakage were a concern for us.

Just had Aircon fitted earlier this week and have to say everything went fantastically well. The online quote was very close to the in-person quote so no nasty surprises there. Conrad and Shane who fitted the system for us were both great. Clean and tidy and very hard working. Had 7 units installed by these guys on a ported system. From start to finish they were professional, attentive and worked incredibly hard in all conditions as well as cleaning up behind themselves. Ryan did the site visit and came back with pictures of where the units would be placed. A date was picked for them to install and Shane and Conrad were there on the day, earlier than stated, ready to go. They were as clean and tidy as they could be, respectful of the property and even when we asked for an additional 2 units to be incorporated, it was no effort and just sorted. Some minor mains board work later (carried out by them) and we are set. Can't recommend this company enough. Great bunch of gents and grafted hard the whole time, rain or shine. Stop searching for a company: just get this one!

Absolutely delighted with these guys. They were extremely accommodating when we got let down by another company and can’t speak highly enough of them. If you are considering installing air conditioning speak to them first. We chose a Panasonic unit and although it’s early days it looks great and easy to use.

Just had an air con unit fitted upstairs in my house and couldn’t be happier Ryan made choosing the right unit very easy and provides an all in one cost with no hidden charges. My unit was fitted by Paul who was a really lovely guy. He treated my house with a lot of respect and fully cleaned up before leaving. The install is perfect aesthetically and the unit works great. From the start Ryan was helpful, enthusiastic and answered all my questions, (I had many!) There was a huge choice of units at various price points on offer. We had to wait a few weeks for work to start, but that was OK, we were in the middle of summer. Normally when somebody can’t start work straight away, it means they are busy and if they are busy, they are obviously good! Paul and Will installed our system. We opted for a Panasonic system with 3 indoor and 1 outdoor unit. Paul and Will were very neat and tidy, very helpful and accommodating. All we did was keep the tea flowing! Another bonus was I was expecting to need to redecorate after fitting, but no. Everything was neatly hidden. I had touch up one wall, that was it! At the time of writing, we have had the system around 2 months. It has been used much more than we anticipated. Not only does it keep the house cool, but it also keeps the atmosphere comfortable. It also seems to reduce dust and eliminate outside odours. I did have some concern over running costs, but the system costs a fraction of what a gas boiler would cost to run for the same amount of time. I have also been considering trying the units out as heating in the winter! Air conditioning is an expensive luxury, but we considered it an investment in our home. We are having more and more hot spells of weather and with a young child, this system has been so valuable. Now is the time to investigate it, Domestic Air Conditioning are an excellent company to work with and provided the best value I could find. Air conditioning units at the time of writing do not attract VAT which is another huge bonus! Thanks again to Ryan and the team. We look forward to having you back for our annual service.

Had a 3 unit multi-split system installed and am very pleased with the quality of the work and tidiness of the install - neat pipework, even in the loft all very tidy. Have not had to use AC mode yet, but already getting the benefit of heat pump mode and being able to control all 3 units from one app. It's also much, much quieter than I imagined it would be.

When you've booked your installation for 8am and the team turns up at 0758, you know right then you've picked a winner. The day continued in that manner until the final cleaning up and handover of the remotes. Minimum fuss, minimum mess (all cleaned up to a professionally high standard), and the final result speaks for itself. Looks great, almost silent in operation, and easily connected to our smart controller. Installation decisions (like where to source the power) were discussed and agreed quickly and simply during the day, and the engineers were a pleasure to have in our house. Would recommend unconditionally. Thanks to everyone involved - we are extremely happy with our new air con!

Anyone who owns a conservatory knows how difficult they are to heat/cool. Domestic Air Conditioning installed a split AC/heat pump in my conservatory and now it takes <10mins to get hit perfect temparature regardless of the weather outside. Since the installation the room is actually getting used, so it feels more like a house extension, which is fantastic and great value!

The guys that came round did a great job. Went above and beyond, yet kept to the quoted price. Installation looks tidy, and is well done. Will be keeping their number for recommendations and if we decided to have AC in more rooms.

Showed us a range of options and pricing ranges. After decieding on units, a full quote was made and the work booked in. Shane came to do the work, he was on time (not early, bang on the second hand) and able to get on with the work over two days, despite the weather being adhorrent at one point. He kept us up to date with progress. We had two midea breezeless units installed into our 3 storey town house. Very happy with the work, have recommended to our friends.

We had Ryan and his team install AC in a new bedroom as part of an extension. It was an easy experience from start to finish - everybody involved was super friendly and professional. Found Ryan through Google reviews and have to say I wasn't disappointed. I thought he may cancel because of the torrential rain but I was wrong. Both Ryan and Jay were extremely professional, braving the worst rain this year and fully explained how to use the system. Would highly recommend and his pricing is much better than most out there.
