Mark did a fine job today, he laid a new water supply pipe to our property without digging up the garden and the holes that were dug were repaired and you wouldn’t know they were even there. The site was always tidy and the drive was left as it was found. Very pleased .

Mark was absolutely brilliant from the moment we contacted him about our leaking roof and was willing to go out of his way to help us. Once Mark had seen said roof, which he fitted us in very promptly to take a look, he was clear and concise with exactly what needed doing to make it water tight once more. Mark got a quotation to us within a day or so of his visit, the quote was extremely fair and competitively priced. We accepted the price the same day and from that moment Mark was able to alleviate our stress of the situation. Mark and his team turned up on time each day and kept us informed at each stage. We got recommended mark way construction from a friend who had a porch built by mark and his team we had a damp problem in the back bedroom so called mark who came out and looked and discovered that the old chimney was leaking so he and his team fixed it by carrying out some work on the chimney and fitting lead and re cementing it I can not recommend them enough they were professional clean out tidy and we are going to use them again in the summer to lay us a new drive way

The water Co couldn't locate a leak in the water main, I searched around for help to replace the 1930's galvanised main and Mark was the only one to respond and offer to come out the same day, inspect on site, rather than view on Google Earth, chat it through and provide a quote. He and his team did a great job, smoothly and quickly and when they had finished moling / connecting in a v long drive it was like the fairies had been - no sign at all, neat and tidy. So pleased!

I got Marks details from the livery on the back of his truck. So I did take a chance. I needed some work done to my Lodge decking. Some of the supports had buckled. He was very polite and came out to give me a quote which was less than half the price of a previous builder I had asked. We scheduled a date which I had to change for a few months later. It was no problem for him and he eventually came with another Gentleman. They were there for 2 days and did a superb job concreting in 20 odd posts and attaching them to the decking frame with steel bolts and put half of them on concrete plinths and cementing them in. Very strong now. I would whole heartily recommend him for your building needs. For me he went well beyond what I had expected. Full marks.
