We have used Wentworth and Jeffries for a number of different jobs now. We have them out every year to do our annual boiler service and they have also undertaken repairs for us. Reliable, reasonable and friendly.

We had a small plumbing job to be done, ie replace our old stoptap and reseal our kitichen sink/drainer. I first went to one of those agancy plumbers. Big mistake we were quoted £800-£850. (said no way !!!) Phoned Wentworth & Jeffries and the next day came to us did a fantastic job with a cost of £149 need I sat more. We have been using Wentworth and Jefferies for around six months now for various issues. They have been very professional and reliable. When we had our shower refitted a couple of weeks ago, they were very efficient and kept the area very clean and tidy. The standard of work was excellent and the personnel were polite and professional. This company I would highly recommend and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

Previously we’ve used Wentworth and Jeffries for some small jobs which they have been out and completed to a high standard, which when we decided to get our bathroom fully renovated we had no questions who we was going to get the work done with. Nick and Dan converted our water heater to a more modern cylinder system which has been great with round the clock hot water. We then had the rest of the team work on the bathroom. The work was completed within the 2 weeks that Nick had quoted, and all the team were extremely polite and professional and always kept us up to date on progress and next steps. We’re really pleased with the finishing result, thank you Nick and Team.

We have used Wentworth & Jeffries as and when we required their services. There has never been any issues with the work they have carried out, the individual plumbers and we have always been told of the options available. I would recommend them to anyone requiring any plumbing work or looking for information or options available. Never had any issues with costs especially when the work has been carried out to a good standard!

Not for the first time we have used W&J. Luckily (?) not yet for a major job. This time to replace two very inconveniently placed bath taps. Another job well done and good to see a couple of apprentices. There is absolutely nothing to fault.

I've used Wentworth & Jeffries on multiple occasions most recently for a back filling toilet cistern last week. They are honest, reliable and friendly and turn up when they say they will. They"ve always done a good job tidy up afterwards. I have no doubts recommending them.

Living close by we prefer to use reliable, trusted local traders. We have used W&J several times now as have many of our neighbours on the estate. In a world where you constantly feel ripped off by traders, Wentworth and Jeffries are a breath of fresh air. We had no heating after our boiler failed. It took a while for them to get to us. But it’s winter and good plumbers are busy. We didn’t want to use anyone else so we waited. They arrived two days before the official appointment date. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly replaced the pump and another small part. From research we expected this was what we needed. He quickly had us up and running again despite it being towards the end of the working day. He needed to purchase the pump and left the house to do so. Dan dealt with my partner and was polite, chatty, helpful and informative. Wentworth and Jeffries are reliable, trustworthy and won’t rip you off or carry out unnecessary work. The invoice was more than reasonable. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Had a new boiler installed by Wentworth & Jeffries last June and what a fantastic installation, this did include resiting the boiler and changing to a combi. Just had our first annual service and it's all good, have had no problems at all.

We had a new boiler fitted in Upton and it was all around an excellent experience. I can’t remember his name now, but the lead engineer/plumber was very straightforward about what was needed, open about our options and explained everything simply. Work was booked in quickly, and completed swiftly and we haven’t had a single hiccup.

Had a pretty urgent issue with my Megaflo Unvented Cylinder. Tried a couple of avenues and decided to approach W&J Plumbing. Please do not be put off by the AI chatbot on the website. Nick came back to me within the hour. It was like he dropped everything to assist us with our concern. He follows up to his word and came out to assess the issue within the next few hours. He maintained communications regarding the issue and sourcing the part. He was honest and professional the entire time. Super grateful for such an excellent job and the utter honesty. Recently Wentworth and Jefferies came out to sort out Two of my toilets which had Ensuite Toilet making a racket and a built in toilet where the cistern wasn't flushing. I had tried contacting other plumbers but advised the job too small. I wish i had known about Wentworth and Jefferies, Nick and his Team were amazing and extremely professional. Excellent diagnosis and repair conducted by Nick's team. Dan's analysis was spot on. The entire radiator system is now performing as expected, and the difference is amazing. The downstair radiators in the dining room and office are now putting out significant heat - more than I can recall. The upstairs radiators are now performing independently to the individual HIVE settings instead of unbalancing the entire system are producing marginal heat. What is equally important is that the SmartMeter usage for Wednesday was the lowest it has been for months, and we have not changed the thermostat settings. As I thought, prior to the repair we were burning energy with limit return. I highly recommend Wentworth and Jeffries.

Highly efficient, excellent service! Over the Christmas break my central heating stopped working. Having rang several alternative service providers, I was advised I would have to wait at least two weeks. Wentworth & Jeffries called me back on the same day and scheduled for an engineer to come the following day. The engineer was very friendly & knowledgable identified the problem quickly and offered to fix the issue (replacement of a valve) there and then. Which was amazing! I will definitely be using their services again.

I left msg via website Sunday evening. 1. Dripping ceramic mixer tap. 2. Old toilet cistern overflow dripping outside & leak around the handle seal inside. Nick phoned first thing Monday AM to clarify details, further call mid-afternoon to say they could attend that afternoon. Super polite, courteous and clear advice before work commenced, newer pipework diameters necessitated pipe-work change, new tap and pop up waste fitted, and a solution with some new parts for the old cistern. Absolutely no hesitation in coming back later that afternoon with an entirely new valve system, which resolved the issues with the 1970’s toilet. Wentworth & Jeffries fitted a new mains pressure hot water system for us. It's fantastic - good water pressure all round the house, no more shower pumps needed. When our shower blew a gasket, I'm thinking where can we go and get a shower for the next number of days? No need! Kitchen tap replacement - this was not an emergency or a very big job in the scheme of things but it was still done very promptly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use Wentworth & Jeffries again and recommend them.

I had an issue with a leaking bathroom tap, decided to replace them all at once. They guys at W&J were prompt and professional. Would not hesitate to call on them again.

Left an enquiry on their webpage .No response so I rang them Monday They promised they would be there Monday late afternoon or Tuesday morning .They never showed .No phone call No text nothing My wife called them Wednesday -no response . She left genuine and accurate feedback on their Facebook page . They called me and apologized for not turning up because they had an emergency call out . I asked them why they didn't call me -no response .I asked them if they would turn up with another appointment and they said no because my wife had lodged a complaint .What a pathetic excuse ad one would say with moral character like tis better to give them a wide berth

I cannot speak highly enough of W&J and all of their team. I have used them for a number of different jobs over the years, including new shower fitting, boiler and pipework repairs, and most notably to help keep another firm accountable who had targeted my vulnerable grandmother when she needed a new boiler. Above and beyond everything, they have integrity, which is a rare commodity these days. They are ultimately professional, honest and reliable. My elderly parents had a leak from their boiler as well as some other pressure related issues on a not very old boiler which was covered by a BG service homecare agreement, 3 weeks for BG to come and have a look according to the online booking, couldn't get through on the phone. They called W&J, they came out same day to diagnose then a few days later after ordering parts fitted the parts and fixed the pressure problems. Top job to W&J and thanks for helping.
