Cameron did a great job (3 bidet sprays and a new shower). All installed in a morning, using good quality hardware, at a reasonable price.

Follow up review after two weeks of working with Cameron & the team: Bath? Fixed! Sink? Fixed! Maze of pipes under the sink? Beautifully organised! Tap? Installed! Boiler? Shown how to book a fix for free under warranty! Shower door? Removed and replaced! I recently purchased a flat and (unknown to me) the estate agent lied about the condition of the hot water cylinder, however Cameron managed to get to the truth. He eventually installed a new hot water cylinder and even provided an expert assessment of the situation which helped me win a county court claim against the estate agent for the full cost of the work. He clearly knows his stuff, is professional and friendly and I'm very happy to recommend him.

Cameron completed a lot of work for me and our mother and it was a very high standard. He was very friendly and courteous with my mother and myself, and my mother was pleased that he updated and consulted her over the design and advice. He uses quality materials which shows in the standard of work as well as his attention to detail. He has colleagues who are managed by him, on tiling, flooring and a guy who did the plastering - both did a fantastic job to complete the overall finish. Cameron has recently carried out some excellent work in my bathroom. This included replacing my shower, radiator, bath and bathroom floor. (The last two items were necessitated by a catastrophic leak which he quickly diagnosed.) He is extremely knowledgeable, competent and reliable, as well as being pleasant and friendly. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending him.

Cameron has done two jobs for me now, replacing a hot water cylinder and fixing a leaking toilet. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He always turns up on time, does a great job and is polite and courteous, would highly recommend.

We have had an ongoing issue with a push button toilet flush. Having spoken to Cameron, he identified the problem and was able to fix it. He also suggested fitting a new inlet fill valve to the water tank in the loft, which we agreed he could do. Cameron is very knowledgeable and efficient, and we would happily recommend him.

Cam came out at short notice and repaired a damaged pipe. He was very courteous and professional. He has since replaced a pump and fixed a leaking overflow. His work is outstanding and very competitively priced. I would not trust anyone else. Highly recommend.

After having great difficulty with my building's management with regards to getting the water shut off, so that works could actually take place, and having had to force Cameron to reschedule several times, the work was completed professionally, patiently, and with absolute expertise. I can highly recommend Steele's Plumbing and Heating. The reason I selected Cameron's business initially was his excellent communication and with several jobs now completed his responsiveness to texts, emails and phone calls is swift and polite; very much above average. I am pleased with the work that was carried out. It was all done in one day and was the same as the initial quotation. Cameron completed the work to a high standard and cleared up the areas after completing the work. If you are looking for a friendly, competent plumber who will get back to you then look no further. Edited to add (March 2023) Cameron has since done another job for me. He has great communication skills and fitted in a repair quickly. I can still recommend him.

Cameron visited my home to investigate a leak. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He solved the problem and another one which I didn't know I had!!! I would definitely recommend this company.

Cameron fixed a leak in our bathtub that could have become an expensive disaster. He visited within a day of our original enquiry, quickly identified the problem (we'd tried but couldn't) repaired it with a much better bath waste kit and was finished before we knew it. My friend needed a shower installed, and I helped him find a plumber to do the job.Cameron said he was able to get it sorted as he had a cancellation, so he came to get it installed. I was at my friends house as he was at work at the time, so I had to let Cameron in. There was a few problems with getting it installed, but Cameron was extremely professional and said he would be able to get it sorted. Even though it took him a while I was very pleased with how it had gone in end. I couldn't fault how professional he was. I would highly recommend him and use his company again if my my friend needed any more plumbing in the future. Once again thank you Cameron for an outstanding job you did.

I can't quite remember why I contacted Cameron at Steele's but I am glad I did. I wanted eight radiators replacing and he came over, priced them up, and even gave us good, free advice on how to optimise our heating system. His quote was reasonably priced compared to others we'd had, and he impressed me by his attentiveness and professionalism. As to the job, it was completed ahead of time, he made sure we had hot water, no fuss and cleaned up as he went. Cameron is someone who is working very hard to build a good business, and for that we are grateful. Steele's were always on time, did the job, were respectful, and charged accordingly - great company, use them, I will in future.

Yesterday, using his expertise (and ingenuity) Cameron repaired a bathroom leak which was potentially threatening to bring down my kitchen ceiling! His work was excellent in every respect and he is always punctual, reliable and personable. He is my 'go-to' plumber and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Cameron is a very respectful young man and very easy to deal with and have in our home. Always contated us when he said he would and came to the house when he said he would. Our smaller job of resealing round the sink was done within a couple of days and the bigger job of replacing the bath with a double shower unit was completed within weeks. We love our new shower cubicle and would definately use Cameron again.

Could not be more disappointed. He installed the shower tray as discussed but then left some serious damage for the side of the tray in our walls. Sadly not a job for general filler, this will be a builder we'll need to get this repaired. Cameron refused to put the problem right or cover costs of getting it put right even after we went through mediation. We did discuss before hand that he would have to cause some damage to install the new shower tray but he didn't tell us was that he was going to leave the holes there. After having had the shower tray for two months we've now discovered there's been a serious leak behind the tray and this as caused floor/ceiling damage and a large chunk of the back wall to become rotten. More cost to us because his poor work.
