Ben Taylor Plumbing & Heating

Ben completed our oil to gas conversion. He’s sound and professional, very patient with my questions and very respectful of our animals. What more can I say or want? No leaks and no fuss.

Ben Taylor more like Ben Casper as he ghosted me after visiting, said would get back to me but never did even after chasing him, got another guy to diagnose and fix boiler issue was not a big job, bit rude, don’t waste your time. James Rathcoole

We had a few rads that seemed not be working as well as they should. After a call to Ben he came out and reviewed our bolier and rads coming to the concusion the rad thermosats were not working correctly and it would be best to replace them - granted they would have been 15 years old!!! Heating is now working great! We also had Ben install a new sink and and tap alongside another replacement tap in our downstaits toilet. We have a stuck bath tap and now that i now know what they are called - "Deck stop valve taps" - I'll be getting Ben back to sort them out! Ben was courteous, efficient and clean and tidy. Definitly recommended.

Would highly recommend

Fast, efficient and outstanding professional work. Ben installed our washing machine with absolutely no issues and on short notice. Would recommend without hesitation!

Contacted Ben Taylor plumbing on the evening January 10th, Was booked in immediately and notified that we would receive a visit the following day. The following day, Had a visit, New drainage pipe installed to allow our new washing machine to function. Water pressure is also significantly improved as well. Highly highly recommend and I will be using their services again in the future.

Ben carried out our oil to gas conversion (4 bedroom house) and we were delighted with the quality of his work. Very pleasant to deal with, he has a great work ethic, is trustworthy, reliable, punctual and worked diligently to get the job done. He was also very clean and tidy, going above and beyond to complete work to the highest standard with minimal disruption. It was clear to us that Ben is very experienced, skilled and is a perfectionist. Excellent experience from start to finish at a fair price and we would highly recommend Ben!

Would definitely recommend Ben for all your plumbing needs. He was very quick to call out, and was very polite, he was here at the time he stated n did a very professional job on fixing the showers. His prices for very reasonable.

Ben recently sorted my downstairs toilet. It was an awkward job with a built in toilet, but he was excellent. Ordered the parts and followed though a couple of days later. A plumber you can rely on. Will 100% use again.

Ben was very good and very tidy and done a good job putting my sink and taps in I would recommend him first class workmanship thankyou so much 👍

Would not recommend. Avoid.

Called Ben last minute when all the taps in my friends new house stopped working except one the day after she moved in. Arrived within half an hour, as promised, friendly, professional, fixed the problem quickly and really reasonable price, especially given the emergency call out.

Fitted 2 oil to gas conversions for me but wouldn't come and service the boilers afterwards. Wouldn't recommend this service.

Can't say a bad thing about Ben, quick response, clean tidy professional work and fair price to. I will use again if needed

Ben installed an extra radiator for me. This is the 2nd time I have used his services. Courteous, professional and a fare price. Also neat and tidy work. Arrived at the time advised, and completed work efficiently and fast. Have used before and will use again.

Ben has just completed an oil to gas conversion for us. Right from the time we contacted him for a quote, through to the work being done, Ben was courteous, reliable and professional. He completed the work on time and to a very high standard. He was extremely hardworking, and even torrential rain didn't stop him from finishing the external parts of the job (we hope you've dried out now Ben...!!).We are delighted with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Ben Taylor. We would definitely use him again for any other plumbing needs. Thanks Ben! :)
