Ben was a total professional and a top man to work with, he done a gas conversion for us last year and got the job done in good time along with providing aftercare at no extra charge, we are about to move house and we needed an updated certificate even though he had already serviced the boiler and he was just as helpful getting us sorted, I'll not be looking another number for anything he's our man to call.

We had a few rads that seemed not be working as well as they should. After a call to Ben he came out and reviewed our bolier and rads coming to the concusion the rad thermosats were not working correctly and it would be best to replace them - granted they would have been 15 years old!!! Heating is now working great! We also had Ben install a new sink and and tap alongside another replacement tap in our downstaits toilet. We have a stuck bath tap and now that i now know what they are called - "Deck stop valve taps" - I'll be getting Ben back to sort them out! Ben was courteous, efficient and clean and tidy. Definitly recommended.
Fast, efficient and outstanding professional work. Ben installed our washing machine with absolutely no issues and on short notice. Would recommend without hesitation!
Contacted Ben Taylor plumbing on the evening January 10th, Was booked in immediately and notified that we would receive a visit the following day. The following day, Had a visit, New drainage pipe installed to allow our new washing machine to function. Water pressure is also significantly improved as well. Highly highly recommend and I will be using their services again in the future.
Ben carried out our oil to gas conversion (4 bedroom house) and we were delighted with the quality of his work. Very pleasant to deal with, he has a great work ethic, is trustworthy, reliable, punctual and worked diligently to get the job done. He was also very clean and tidy, going above and beyond to complete work to the highest standard with minimal disruption. It was clear to us that Ben is very experienced, skilled and is a perfectionist. Excellent experience from start to finish at a fair price and we would highly recommend Ben!

Ben recently sorted my downstairs toilet. It was an awkward job with a built in toilet, but he was excellent. Ordered the parts and followed though a couple of days later. A plumber you can rely on. Will 100% use again.

Called Ben last minute when all the taps in my friends new house stopped working except one the day after she moved in. Arrived within half an hour, as promised, friendly, professional, fixed the problem quickly and really reasonable price, especially given the emergency call out.
Fitted 2 oil to gas conversions for me but wouldn't come and service the boilers afterwards. Wouldn't recommend this service.
