This is by far the best company and tradesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing work in my home. He is a total perfectionist in every aspect of his work, an outstanding engineer. My comments are also endorsed by my husband who is also an engineer.

Marc did a great job. He turned up when he said. Clean and tidy. No issues. Professional work. Highly recommend.

This time last year Marc diagnosed my gas boiler issue quickly, over the phone. He gave me safety advice, explained the fault and we agreed a time for him to call out. He arrived, part in hand, and had my heating sorted in no time. I booked him again this year for a service and found him to be efficient, reliable, friendly and thorough. I can definitely recommend him and will be using him again.

Have had Marc out a few times now and always quick, reliable and a real pleasure to deal with. Would recommend without reservation.

Marc was brilliant at fixing our boiler, came out quickly, did it efficiently and even messaged me whilst on holiday to let me know when he'd be out. 100% recommend

Recently had our boiler replaced - everything was very smooth and hassle free from start to finish would highly recommend Marc!

During a cold spell back in January, Our boiler broke down at the weekend. We contacted Marc who said he would be out on the Monday morning first thing to check what was going on. True to his word he was there early doors. Marc very honestly gave us the option of repairing it at a cheaper cost or replacing it. We decided to replace it. Due to us having no heating or running water he kindly arranged to come to us asap. By the Wednesday we had our new boiler fitted and the old one taken away. Marc explained the new controls to us and made sure we were fully satisfied with it. Marc is a very hard working, honest and tidy plumbers. I would highly recommend him. From experience on more than just one occasion when Marc says he will be out he will actually show up unlike some other trades men who don't show up.

Brillant service couldnt recommend enough. Unbelievable job from start to finish so professional and accommodating. Marc was a real gentleman and will be my go to in the future

Marc is extremely professional. He was punctual, pleasant, very very tidy and did an amazing job. I would have no problem recommending his work to anyone.

Marc replaced an old oil fired boiler with a new Warmflow boiler for us and flushed all the radiators in the system. He also advised us and installed improvements to the efficiency of the heating controls and hot water supply that are already leading to a big reduction in our use of oil. Excellent job, done on time and cleared away all the waste. We would have no hesitation in recommending Marc for your new boiler installation.

Highly recommend Marc. We’ve been booking our annual gas boiler service every year with him, clear communication and reliable and will be our first port of call for any other work needing done.

Marc was fantastic. Very efficient service and we were delighted with the work. Would highly recommend him.

After gettong a new boiler I was advised to get a power flush on my system. Marc gave me a quote for the 11 radiators flush with the rider that the power flush could uncover hidden problems and that could involve extra expense. Hidden problems there were and Marc quickly pointed them out with the very visible evidence, includinga small leak in a radiator which was not apparent intil the sludge started to move. Marc had a radiator delivered to my house ane fitted it that day. A new circulating pump was need, when I saw the state of the innards of the old one again done on the day. The flush has made a tremendous difference to the heat output of the system. I would definitely recommend Marc if ypu want a professional job done at a fair price and on schedule.

Needed a new towel heater/radiator fitted. Job done absolutely perfectly!!! Great attention to detail and ensured the whole heating system was working correctly before leaving.

Marc called at the house after 10 30pm following a call about water flowing from the gas boiler. By lunchtime the next day a new boiler has been fitted with all the attendant paperwork duly completed. A true gentleman, so professional and customer focused - especially as he was flying out that afternoon to Scotland. Highly recommended from most appreciative customers. Paul and Claire.

Contacted Marc after being let down by a number of other plumbers/gas engineers & was unable to run a bath for my newborn without the water going cold. He came out the morning after I contacted him & solved the problem within an hour. Most recently I wanted a radiator replaced in my dining room but after looking online had no idea what to get. Marc was able to advise what heat output & size would best fit the space. He installed the new radiator promptly before we had new floors installed. Extremely happy with the service, communication & work provided the few times I’ve used him & would recommend to everyone!

Great service!

Marc did a great job on my boiler and I have booked in for next years service already. Arrived on time and highly recommend.

I’ve already started recommending Marc and EcoHeat to friends and family—and for good reason. Without a doubt, Marc is the best plumber I’ve worked with over the years. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are second to none. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Every interaction was clear, prompt, and courteous, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Marc was punctual, respectful of my home, and maintained a clean and tidy workspace throughout the job. The project involved removing an old, almost 30 year old Warmflow boiler and installing a new Grant Vortex 50/90 high-efficiency condensing oil boiler, along with fitting several TRV valves on radiators. During the installation, Marc identified an issue with two incorrectly fitted pipes in the loft—an error made by a previous plumber. He immediately brought it to my attention and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. His transparency and willingness to go the extra mile gave me complete confidence in his work. Marc came back a day later to complete a complete flush and clean up of the sludge from the 30 year old radiators and piping. I’ll definitely be using Marc again for any future plumbing or heating needs. His expertise, integrity, and customer-focused approach make him an outstanding professional. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

From first contact until job finish he was very professional. He turned up when he said he would even contacting me the evening before to confirm job start and Marc was very polite and respectful on job. He was very calm and I could tell he was very knowledgable and good at his job and he left the place spotless on job completion so I would highly recommend Marc to anybody looking plumbing work carried out. The way this man goes about his business is impressive and I will definitely be getting more work carried out by Marc. Was a pleasure doing business with ECOHEAT.

Marc did an excellent job replacing an old boiler and replacing the old pipe work with new ones. The new pipe work is a work of art, clean and very tidy. The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. Marc also went above and beyond staying late to bleed and balance all the radiators. He also took time to explain all the controls and register the guarantee. I would totally recommend without any hesitation, a quality service by a true professional.

On Friday I arrived home to find a very wet garage floor and a leaking joint on my boiler. I rang Marc and he asked me to send him a picture. He immediately knew what it was and advised me what to do and said he would call to resolve it. Early evening Marc arrived and in his usual pleasant professional way sorted it out. Noone else would have called out so willingly on a Friday evening. If you're looking for a very professional plumber or heating engineer don't go past Marc give him a ring I'm glad I did

What a very lovely pair of men who helped secure our heating from oil to gas. They had an excellent work ethic.... Nothing was too much effort for them.... Even asking them to paint pipes that were too high for us lol. Couldn't recommend them enough...

Marc ordered, delivered and installed my new Worcester-Bosch gas boiler. Top class service all round with the assurance I’ll have no bother heating my home coming into winter!

One of the things I value most in dealing with people, is communication. Marc is excellent at keeping you informed about when he will come, what he will do and how much it will cost. He clearly takes pride in how his work looks and gives his advice honestly and generously.

Marc did a great job installing my new Logic Max Combi boiler. It is so quiet compared to my old one. Easy to use. I am very pleased with it. He had it installed in no time. Was very helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had Marc from EcoHeat out who did an oil to gas conversion for us. We were worried it was going to be a lot of hassle but Marc took care of everything, answered all our questions and arrived when he said he would. Delighted with the change and really happy we found a very reliable gas engineer and plumber for future jobs. Highly recommend.

Fabulous job completed by Marc and Ecoheat. Quickly resolved problem with oil boiler and drained and cleaned out fouled up cold tank in attic. Very professional work completed quickly and efficiently. Can’t rate them highly enough!

A while back Marc installed a brand new oil-fired boiler for me at my Mothers home. He was super helpful, offering lots of advice before the install and explaining things to me in some detail, even with some of my dumb questions! The work involved installation of a new oil tank and the removal of the old one, and putting up a new flue, as well as the brand new Grant Vortex Boiler. He installed an oil tank gauge to show how much oil we have left, and when we ran out and had an air-lock while I was away, he was down promptly to see my Mum and get it working again. Throughout the job Marc was really professional, and its almost like he has become a family friend now. I will certainly be using him for future work, can't recommend him enough! Picture shows the old boiler and its new replacement.

Without doubt one of the best plumbers/gas/oil fitters about! * Quick response to messages sent * When he says he'll do work on a certain date he turns up on that date and does it * High quality of work and actually cleans up after doing the work * More than happy to support queries post work completion * Genuinely a good honest and professional individual to do work for you.

Really pleased with the service I have recently enjoyed from EcoHeat. I would happily recommend this company for plumbing and gas work.

Would definitely recommend. Fitted an extra radiator in an extension for us (very neat pipework) and sorted out some dodgy wiring that was done by a previous plumber. Had it all done in one day and tidied up after himself. Competitively priced too.

Very friendly, installed a new radiater/ towel rack. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend

Superb Job by Marc. Neat and tidy. On time and no fuss. New shower and screen fitted... 100% Recommended!

When our plumber retired, we were delighted to find Marc, he’s a lovely guy and a fantastic plumber willing to tackle anything. We’ve called him to do a few jobs, some quite complex and he’s always found a solution, he’s polite, extremely tidy, and very reliable. Knowing we have him at the end of the phone is very reassuring as plumbing emergencies can happen so quickly.

I have no hesitation in recommending EcoHeat. Marc provides a first class service. He has previously serviced my oil boiler and did a thorough job of that. Recently he totally refurbished my bathroom and ensuite. He organised all the work, arrived when he said he would and kept me updated throughout the process. He is a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the work that Marc has carried out.

Had a leak from our old radiator, which put our laminated floor at risk of being ruined completely. Marc was quick to fix it and got us a brilliant new radiator that heats up the house in a more efficient way! Very friendly and competent in what he does, and very reasonable prices too. We will be booking him for our bathroom remodel :)
