Fabulous service, right from the word Go! Installed a new boiler, two gas engineers were faultless in their thoughtfulness, speed and efficiency. Many thanks. Heating has been working perfectly.

After we had issues with old gas combi boiler We have searched for a quote, and this company called me promptly to offer a quote and came on the same day to do a survey. After got other quotes in , Fineheat plumbing beat all the prices. When it came to be installed 4 working days later we couldnt ask for better. The Engineer Jacobe was very polite, tidy, and seems very knowledgeable. And been there over 10hours to complete. Amazing 👏 Overall 10 out of 10. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Absolutely recommend them. Thank you very much

Happy with rapid response and repair to boiler

I recently had my boiler replaced by Fineheat ltd and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were absolutely superb. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and clearly knew their trade inside and out. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and took real care to keep everything tidy throughout the job. I really appreciated the chat before any commitment. They came round to look at the property and give me lots of choices of what would work best. This was what really stood out to me was the communication. Before the installation, they explained all my options clearly, offered honest advice without any pushy sales talk, and provided a detailed quote so I knew exactly what to expect. After the job was done, they followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I was happy with the work — a really thoughtful touch that made all the difference. The boiler change itself was carried out to a very high standard. Everything looks neat and well installed, and the system has been running perfectly since. They also took the time to walk me through the controls and answer all my questions before they left. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine such technical skill with this level of professionalism and communication. Fineheat Ltd delivered a first-class service from beginning to end, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done.

I can not praise Matt and this Company enough. The service they provided was exceptional! They worked hard, with professionalism to resolve our issues with leaking pipes. They paid attention to detail and worked so tidily you would never know any work had been carried out! They organised the re-tiling and cleaned up the rooms affected Would highly recommend

Highly recommend Fineheat plumbing. They installed a combi boiler for me. They were punctual, polite and professional at all times and always took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns. Their price was also competitive. Thank you for a great job!

Very efficient.

We have used Fineheat for the last 3 years for our annual boiler service. Professional clean and tidy service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Fineheat plumbing have been excellent and cannot be praised enough. Amazing professionals with a superb work ethic. Our boiler stopped working the week before Christmas of all the weeks for it to happen. We had elderly family and children over here with no hot water or heat which meant it was going to be extremely difficult and not fun. Matt a true professional and a top guy, who I had the pleasure of liaising with, sent out his plumbers straight away. They tried to fix the boiler but it had completely packed up which led them to promptly sort a new boiler to arrive the next day with all parts etc , ready to be put in on the following day before their workforce had their Christmas shutdown. The merchants were also closing on the Friday. I cant recommend this team enough. They truly went above and beyond to make it all happen. They moved jobs around so that the combi boiler team could come in and fix this for us. They really are a great company to choose for any plumbing issues. All really lovely men and very reliable , tidy, professional and efficient. People like these guys really made us so grateful for what they did especially waking up on Christmas day and having the heating working. It certainly would not have been enjoyable for the elderly relatives and kids who were here if not. If you need any help and are wondering who to choose, I 100% recommend Matt and his team . Everything was fixed in a very short time, which was fantastic! Any plumbing issues you have , these are the team to call. They really went above and beyond and cannot do enough to help you. Great guys. Thank you so much. Maz...

Quick, efficient and tidy. Would recommend.

We had a full flat re fitted with central heating from scratch and 4 bathrooms. A big job but well executed. Very happy with the service and the after care has also been good. I would recommend

Great communication, fast competitive quote, and quick and efficient installation of Hive controller. Can’t ask for much more.

Extremely efficient, very profiessional service and great value. Replaced our combi-boiler flue and did a boiler service. Superb customer support and after-care, assisting with documentation requests without question. Very good service - on time, prompt, thorough, clean and, above all, very good value. Highly recommended.

Fineheat supplied and fitted a new boiler for us and as our property and the system was old there were a few issues. They were amazing, returning as soon as we called and spending hours trying to find the source of the problem and sorting it. Will be using them at our new property and have already recommended them.

Very helpful company from the first inspection through to the three guys doing the work, nothing was too much and they helped me out when I took advantage of a drained system to change a radiator and TRV valves, also a very good price

Fineheat have completed several jobs for me, installing central heating in loft conversion and hot water in the en-suite, replacement of an electric shower, fixing of a toilet and clearing of a sink pipe. Each job was completed professionally and efficiently, options and costs were given ahead of the work and kept to. The whole team were friendly and informative, will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and family.

Always excellent service and reasonably priced. Our 'go to' plumbers!

I have now used Fine heat on three occasions and have been pleasantly surprised by the speed of answering the phone, the speed of arrival and the reasonable bill. I would definitely recommend and they are now in my phone as permanent contact. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We were very happy with price and service for new boiler fitting. Can recommend highly.

Excellent service they installed a new boiler we are very pleased they are an excellent company thank you Matt and Mike and Richard who installed the boiler***** for service.

This local company preformed with a very professional attitude. Their surveyor (Sam) conducted a detailed inspection and submitted an associated quotation for a replacement boiler ( Glow Worm 35kw Energy). The quotation was very competitive, lowest of 4 submitted, which stated that the work was to commence within 2 working days. Engineer, Paddy removed existing boiler and installed new boiler with vertical flue. All work completed within the same day, to a very high standard. After highlighting a small technical fault, the following day, Paddy promptly returned to make a minor adjustment. Well done, Mike, Paddy and Sam.

Top job and came out quicker than thier competitors!

We use Fine Heat for all of our properties. They provide a first rate service at reasonable cost

Service engineer arrived promptly and conducted service and resolved problem of banging noise when system stopped, cut out by thermostat. Cleaned up and always polite. While hourly rate was rather high, getting next day resolution (during cold snap) of problem was well worth the extra money.

FineHeat were excellent in every respect. Their installation of our new boiler was expertly carried out by Richard who is a competent and hard working individual. From first contact to completion the company were very professional and they carried out the work very quickly, and at a good price.

Excellent service from beginning to end . New Worcester boiler fitted in 4 four and a half hours . So clean and tidy . Came when they said they would to the minute . As it was an integrated into cupboard it was measured so many times and fitted perfectly . Thank you so much Sam Have no hesitation in recommending you .

What a hero Deano was today! I needed and urgent appointment as my parents who both Dementia had left Gas fire on and the carers had reported the smell. I was quite distressed as didn’t know who to turn to but didn’t want to turn everything off and leave them with no heating or their oven which they can operate fine. Deano advised all engineers were out but he offered to take a quick look himself for us as his office was close by. He was there in ten minutes and managed to isolate the unit and turn it off completely and he did it in a subtle enough way so as not to cause distress to my parents who believed their was nothing wrong with it(!!) He refused to take any payment as was only there a few mins. My parents loved him too. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and for any work we need doing in the future.

Had my boiler replaced yesterday and couldn't be happy with the service I received. From starting with the quote from Dino to the delivery and installation. Everyone involved has exceeded expectations. Cheers guys!

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Fineheat. Our boiler has been slowly losing pressure for a few months, but when it finally packed up I knew who to call straight away. One of the team to called me right back and arranged to come around that afternoon. It wasn’t a simple fix…due to limescale build up over several years they had to carry out a power flush as well as replacing a part, but it was all done the very next day. I had already had a call from Fineheat to explain the issue, give a couple of alternatives on the solution and advise me of costs. The invoice was sent through promptly and was exactly as I had been advised – no nasty surprises. Our boiler is now better than new, with amazing pressure and lots of lovely hot water. Fineheat are not just experts in plumbing and heating, they also provide a superior level of service and communication.

Always provide an amazing service. Very professional. We use every year for our servicing too!!

Had fineheat in to replace my old boiler, would highly recommend the service was impeccable, on time, very professional, very good price will definitely be using this company again for any other plumbing needs. 10/10

Very happy with Matt and all of his team whilst installing a new boiler plus a few extra jobs. Very organised and done within a day. Excellent service.

Very prompt to respond to our enquiry. Came quickly to inspect what had to be done. A plumber came as agreed and did a very tidy job.

In the stressful rush of everyday life, with never enough hours in the day, I needed a sink fitted and plumbed in before a tribe of guests were arriving for the weekend. Passing the job over to Dino took out all the stress for me and the job was immediately booked in. Kieron did an excellent job, clearly very good at his trade, professional and very friendly. (Also, 2 thumbs up from my 6-year-old who was super keen to join in) Added to the job sheet on the day was a list of a load of jobs I hadn’t done. Kieron happily took these tasks in hand and did these. Thank you guys!

Fineheat Plumbing are a great team and we have used them on several of our sites. They are responsive and the workmanship is always on point.

Competent engineer who sorted the problems

Fine heat installed a new central heating system in our home and recently they came out to fix our shower. They are extremely professional, even when they came across problems because our old heating system was nearly 30 years old!! When the pump for our shower broke they came out quickly, attempted to repair but in the end installed a new one. We have been totally satisfied with their work. They are nice guys too.
