The driver of the company vehicle was driving recklessly. They cut me off and then deliberately braked sharply in front of me, which almost caused an accident. Afterward, the driver made an offensive gesture by showing me their middle finger.

After we had issues with old gas combi boiler We have searched for a quote, and this company called me promptly to offer a quote and came on the same day to do a survey. After got other quotes in , Fineheat plumbing beat all the prices. When it came to be installed 4 working days later we couldnt ask for better. Outstanding service from start to finish. Fineheat plumbing have been excellent and cannot be praised enough. Amazing professionals with a superb work ethic. Our boiler stopped working the week before Christmas of all the weeks for it to happen. We had elderly family and children over here with no hot water or heat which meant it was going to be extremely difficult and not fun. Matt a true professional and a top guy, who I had the pleasure of liaising with, sent out his plumbers straight away. They tried to fix the boiler but it had completely packed up which led them to promptly sort a new boiler to arrive the next day with all parts etc , ready to be put in on the following day before their workforce had their Christmas shutdown. The merchants were also closing on the Friday. I cant recommend this team enough. They truly went above and beyond to make it all happen. They moved jobs around so that the combi boiler team could come in and fix this for us. They really are a great company to choose for any plumbing issues. All really lovely men and very reliable , tidy, professional and efficient. People like these guys really made us so grateful for what they did especially waking up on Christmas day and having the heating working. It certainly would not have been enjoyable for the elderly relatives and kids who were here if not. If you need any help and are wondering who to choose, I 100% recommend Matt and his team . Fineheat have completed several jobs for me, installing central heating in loft conversion and hot water in the en-suite, replacement of an electric shower, fixing of a toilet and clearing of a sink pipe. Each job was completed professionally and efficiently, options and costs were given ahead of the work and kept to. This local company preformed with a very professional attitude. Their surveyor (Sam) conducted a detailed inspection and submitted an associated quotation for a replacement boiler ( Glow Worm 35kw Energy). The quotation was very competitive, lowest of 4 submitted, which stated that the work was to commence within 2 working days. Engineer, Paddy removed existing boiler and installed new boiler with vertical flue. All work completed within the same day, to a very high standard. After highlighting a small technical fault,the following day, Paddy promptly returned to make a minor adjustment. Well done, Mike, Paddy and Sam.

Service engineer arrived promptly and conducted service and resolved problem of banging noise when system stopped, cut out by thermostat. Cleaned up and always polite. While hourly rate was rather high, getting next day resolution (during cold snap) of problem was well worth the extra money.

What a hero Deano was today! I needed and urgent appointment as my parents who both Dementia had left Gas fire on and the carers had reported the smell. I was quite distressed as didn’t know who to turn to but didn’t want to turn everything off and leave them with no heating or their oven which they can operate fine. Deano advised all engineers were out but he offered to take a quick look himself for us as his office was close by. He was there in ten minutes and managed to isolate the unit and turn it off completely and he did it in a subtle enough way so as not to cause distress to my parents who believed their was nothing wrong with it(!!) He refused to take any payment as was only there a few mins. My parents loved him too. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and for any work we need doing in the future.

They responded quickly to my enquiry about water coming out of the pressure overflow pipe and came out the next day to do a check. A new pressure vessel was obtained and fitted the following week. Excellent work, clean and tidy, and I again have a fully working combi boiler.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Fineheat. Our boiler has been slowly losing pressure for a few months, but when it finally packed up I knew who to call straight away. One of the team to called me right back and arranged to come around that afternoon. It wasn’t a simple fix…due to limescale build up over several years they had to carry out a power flush as well as replacing a part, but it was all done the very next day. I had already had a call from Fineheat to explain the issue, give a couple of alternatives on the solution and advise me of costs. The invoice was sent through promptly and was exactly as I had been advised – no nasty surprises. Our boiler is now better than new, with amazing pressure and lots of lovely hot water. Fineheat are not just experts in plumbing and heating, they also provide a superior level of service and communication.

Fine heat installed a new central heating system in our home and recently they came out to fix our shower. They are extremely professional, even when they came across problems because our old heating system was nearly 30 years old!! When the pump for our shower broke they came out quickly, attempted to repair but in the end installed a new one. We have been totally satisfied with their work. They are nice guys too.
