I contacted Ryan Dickinson plumbing and heating as there was a leak in one of the pipes under the sink at my elderly mum's home. I was told they would try to get someone out the same day otherwise a visit was booked for the next day. Someone did come out the same day and promptly sorted the leak. Much appreciated Caroline
Ryan is great chap and good at servicing the boiler but after one of his workforce installed a new actuator valve we were left with noisy air in the system and due to incorrect wiring, it didn’t function properly. We were charged again for removal of the air and we had to pay someone else to correct the wiring. For every job they came to do, they created more problems! No apology either!
Replacement hot water tank in 2018. The cylinder ruptured 18 months later causing wide damage. Replaced through Ryan Dickinson for combi boiler. He forgot to complete pipework which caused flooding. 11 months later the plumbing burst causing another flood. Since this, the boiler requires top up every 2 weeks which I am being told is not an installation fault. Hidden in the small print, he only guarantees parts and labour for 6 months! So many issues! Untrustworthy trader. My edit shows further issues 2 years later when uninsulated plumbing fitted by Ryan has failed. Other businesses have said this should be insulated when fitted given its in an attic.

I paid on time, received a letter to say they hadn't received payment. I phoned and gave them exact date money had been transferred. They then called asking for payment. Very poor administration.
Ryan and team have recently completed an installation for me. Reasonable, transparent pricing, great communication and a thorough, professional job.
There are many good tradesmen in Hampshire…this isn’t one of them. You’ll pay a premium price for very poor workmanship. I would only recommend finding an alternative.

Recently had a boiler installed and general system flush. Quality of work wasn't what I had expected to be honest. Timer was damaged; one radiator valve was left not working; and condensate pipe was left hanging in a hole in the guttering.
