Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. The service was very quick from first contact to finishing the job. There was a good understanding of our requirements and even though there were unexpected time consuming hurdles, such as corroded pipes, a solution was found and the job was completed for the quoted price. We were so happy that we have had them back since to resolve another of our piping issues, this time with the waste. Again a good job done for the quoted price. We will be using them again without a doubt.

Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

We returned from holiday to find that our hot water tank had sprung a leak. On the basis of having used them before, we contacted In Goes Plumbing who got back to us within the hour. Their plumber, Lewis came to us an hour later and checked the problem. This necessitated a replacement of the tank. This was carried out the day after to our complete satisfaction. We wanted to have our bathroom tiled and a new thermostatic shower and shower screen installed. Lewis was unnecessarily Rude and unprofessional which I found very surprising because I had been very courteous throughout our interactions. Asked Lewis for a quote which he provided. Quote provided was very unprofessional without details and a breakdown of cost. Asked for these to be amended accordingly and requested some changes to the shower to be installed. Lewis considered this request too huge and he sent a very rude message saying we “were changing the goal post”. We then informed him that we will no longer want him to carry out the works and he sent another rude message. Very surprised at Lewis’s attitude and I don’t think asking for amendments to a quote for a job we were happy to pay for deserved that attitude. I took screenshots of my conversation with Lewis before he deleted them. See attached and judge for yourself. I can’t comment on his workmanship however note they will not be accommodating when you want changes or when things go wrong. Edit: Response to In goes plumbing You are a liar. This is very dishonest and says a lot about you and the type of business you are. Yes we first contacted you in January 2023. We explained what we wanted to do and you gave an estimate of £1500 (not a quote) even without visiting the property. We informed you we were trying to buy the same tiles so there is uniformity in the bathroom. It took us a while to get the same tiles because the manufacturers no longer make them. You stated that we should get back in touch when we have the tiles. You did not visit our property nor provide a quote until 14/07/2023. The quote you provided on 14/07/2023 was for £2,600. We have never requested style changes to tiles or changes to a bath screen. We requested one change to the type shower to be installed and requested that the tiling be extended to the edge of the wall no more than 5inches. All that other so called requests in your reply are lies and you are very dishonest for that. If you genuinely see nothing wrong with the message you sent then you have a problem. If you saw nothing wrong you wouldn’t have deleted the messages. I am relieved you didn’t do the works. Good riddance. I wonder how you managed to get good reviews. Your bad attitude and lies will catch up with you.

I contacted Russel quite late on Monday and he responded so quickly. Ask me for photos and was very quick in ascertaining what I needed. He told me who would be attending and worked around my schedule. Lewis showed up today- earlier than expected which was great. He contacted me just before which was very helpful and completed the job within 2 hours. We went from a maze of pipes to a a straight line and we have no leaks. Great value for money. Many parts of the work needed to be re-done, Lewis would have happily left some terrible work quality. Issues with the floor Put in for my full bathroom replacement, floor is sagging and bouncing off pipework underneath.
