Really pleased with the quality of the work carr out. I now gave a working shower. Bath panel refitted. And bath fitting replace the plug, which insurance work supplied, poor quality. The cappuccino stone board blends well with tge existing tiles.
Niall Catlin and his team have been providing an excellent service for the last 19 years. They have fixed problems, installed new bathrooms, new boilers, new taps in three houses since we moved to Basingstoke. Since my elderly parents moved to Basingstoke they have installed a new central heating system, new bathroom and a new shower. The respectful way they have helped my parents at short notice with their polite and helpful manner has been absolutely brilliant. They always turn up when they say they will, always courteous and tidy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Lovely polite young man arrived promptly, installed a new shower as old one had stopped working, cleared up after him, all in good time.

Ross and Tom came to do a couple of maintenance jobs, one of which turned out not to be completely possible through no fault of theirs. What they could do however was done well and we are very happy to recommend them
Very quick and efficient quote , all arranged and on time of arranged start. Very friendly and patient with my annoying dog , who kept trying to “help” , tidy work and all together and very good experience all round , definitely recommend to my friends and family.
No waiting came out same day twice now very polite and got on with the job needed a spare part back at the depot and returned very quickly.👍👍

We have recently had a few plumbing problems around the house, a couple of leaks, taps that needed changing etc. We took a chance with Catlin plumbing as I came across an advert in a local magazine. So glad I did, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent, every enquiry/ query was met with a swift response, and we didn’t have to wait weeks for the work to be carried out. The plumbers that came on each occasion were excellent and very obliging. We are very happy with the work.

We used Catlin Plumbing for a small job regarding a bathroom tap. During their work they found a completely unexpected issue with the supply to that tap. However they investigated this and cleared the supply locally such that the function of the tap was fully restored. This was done quickly and without any question. We were very pleased with all of their work and the prompt and diligent attention of their tradesmen.

Caitlin Plumbing responded to my request very promptly and ordered the necessary replacement tap. They gave me a time for the next day and the young gentleman arrived right on time and worked quickly and neatly. Caitlin Plumbing have always been very efficient, friendly and prompt.

We used Catlin Plumbing & Heating to replace an old radiator with a new anthracite vertical radiator with matching valves. We sourced the radiator and passed the details to Ross who promptly provided a competitive quote to supply and fit. Fitting was carried out by Tom and Dan who arrived on time. They were efficient and respectful of our home and left the place clean and tidy. Would recommend and would certainly use again in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish, quoted for a new boiler, made a great recommendation on what to go for and provided a detailed quote. We asked the guys to replace the pump for the underfloor heating and could not be happier about the work done. Technically very able and totally professional at a very fair price. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The Team did an excellent job in fixing a number of plumbing repairs I required. The price was competitive and the communication from booking to completion was seamless. We are very pleased with our new bath and the way it was fitted. All done professionally, removing the old bath and installing the new one without disturbing the existing surroundings. Everything left clean and pristine in the bathroom afterwards. Ollie and Dan did an excellent job.
Our 20 year old boiler broke down again on a Wednesday and Ross came out that morning to inspect and advise a new boiler was needed due to lack of parts for the old one. Amazingly he arranged to have the work done on Thursday so that we were not without heating for more than one day. Big thanks to Catlin P&H for excellent service.

Had new replacement gas boiler, hot water cylinder installed and a few radiators change. The Ollie & the team arrived on time, install went well, except there was a partial blockage in one of the pipes. They located it and replaced the blocked section. They then flush the system through of a few hours. All working well . The cleaned up after themselves and took all the old parts away. I was very pleased with the installation and the work ethics of the team. I would highly recommend Catlin

I emailed Catlin Plumbing and Heating on Monday morning with a small shower problem, a loose and leaking connector. I got a reply within an hour and my repair was done just after lunchtime the same day. They are reliable, and always come when they say they're going to. They always reply to emails and phone calls, and very often can fit you in the same or next day if it's a small job. I would thoroughly recommend this company as it's very hard to find good, trustworthy tradesmen these days. They're top of my list for plumbers! Communication is excellent too. Five stars from me! Amazing service from start to finish. Arrived on time and completed the work as requested, leaving the area spotless. Communication was clear before, during and after the event with absolute willingness to answer any questions i have for further future work. To follow on to this review, I have since used Ross and team for additional, significant replacement works to replace the Gravity fed water tank and replaced with pressurised system, new radiators and installation of a HIVE system. What seemed to be a fairly simple repair to our very elderly lavatory cistern turned a little more complex and resulted in the replacement of the cistern for which we were very grateful. Throughout they were efficient and very responsive to our needs so everything was fixed in a timely and friendly manner.
I had no hot water or heating and Ross Catlin was brilliant in getting us warm in time for Christmas. They were extremely busy but found time to help us. Would definitely recommend them. Great team 👍

Asked about replacing an old power shower, Catlin suggested a new shower that would suffice without requiring any changes to the bathroom itself. The unit was fitted quickly with little or no disruption such that there were no signs work had taken place.The team were friendly, informative and very professional. A great and prompt service. Our shower mixer tap stopped working in the mornkng. I contacted Catlin Plumbing, by 1500hrs the same day, they had replaced the mixer taps. It was very prompt and a great service
Catlin Plumbing and Heating were easy to contact, swift to arrive for a site visit and came up with sensible solutions to our central heating refurbishment that including a new boiler, replacement radiators and significant replumbing. Whilst on site all the team were quiet, tidy, personable, considerate, knowledgeable and had a splendid attention to detail, even on the bits you can’t see. We have used them in the past and we would not go anywhere else, so highly recommended. The finished project is brilliant!

Excellent installation of Vaillant Boiler and Gledhill Hot water Storage cylinder, followed by Chemical Power Flush. All completed in a day. Very professional. Very competent. Very happy with the result. The team were friendly, happy to answer all questions, and made us feel totally comfortable with their installation.

We returned from holiday to the news our boiler was not providing hot water. Ross came the day we alerted him to issue and established due to age of boiler it was best replaced. Initial arrangement was made for replacement to be arranged in a week but then this was advanced due to a cancellation so new boiler was installed and we enjoyed hot water again. Good service responsive to our situation
I had an annoying water leak which Caitlin Plumbing were able to fix very promptly and with minimal fuss. All the water was mopped up by them and the kitchen floor left clean and dry. I would highly recommend Caitlin Plumbing.

Have to shout out the whole team, Ross, Ollie, Ty, Nat and Dan who supplied, installed, amended piping on all radiators including disposable of old ones in my home. Not only did Ross provide a competitive quote promptly after Nat had measured up whilst they were fixing my shower, but they were able to book me in within 3 weeks of me accepting originally offered end of Feb and told it could be all done in 1 day! Other quotes were offering dates in July!! Which I really appreciate due to having recently had a baby. All the team arrived promptly after a text message was sent to say how far away they were and started working asap. I left them in my home for the day whilst I was out (don’t worry left them mugs, biscuits, tea and coffee) due to have a little baby. Ross communicated throughout the day with a minor change and let me know when they were done. Came back 7 hours later and it was like we never had workmen step into the house, they left it completely spotless probably cleaner than went they arrived. Showed me all the work they had done, how to use the new radiators, set my boiler and thermostat properly. I only have positive things to say about the services provided by all the team. Extremely efficient. I would 100% be recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks. Word of mouth works as they were commended to me by a friend! Will be booking them in for Hive and a brand new bathroom in the future!

I had an annual boiler service. I've never had one before. It was an eyeopener. It took 40 minutes during which every aspect of the boiler operation was checked and filters cleaned. The condensate system was removed and thoroughly checked before re-installation. The external flu was checked, as was the operation of the smart meter. It was a thoroughly professional job expertly carried out and I was surprised that the bill was so far below a previous quote of £120.

Niall and his team completely re-furbished and re-modelled our kitchen. Original quote was adjusted by us on a number of occasions however Niall was really helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted in our new kitchen. All work agreed beforehand and invoice at the end was as expected. The lads worked incredibly hard, very polite and really tidy. The work they have done was excellent and i would highly recommend them for new kitchens
Hired this company to fix the wobbly back to wall toilet that was not sitting flush against the panel. Had a young chap visit who was surprised to find no leak on bathroom floor until removing the back panel to discover toilet had been leaking but was hidden underneath. Plumber advised he resolved the leak, used packers and silicone to stop wobbly toilet. Two weeks later we discovered sinking dips in our bathroom floor, removed the vinyl, chipboard floor was wet, moist and bowing. Water marks coming from toilet, flush and waste pipe leaking. Will never use this company again, do not recommend.

Since my last post Niall has followed up very promptly and it appears there has been a mix up somehow. I am satisfied the issue has now been settled.
We recently had two bathrooms and a cloakroom ripped out and refitted. Niall and the team were very efficient, tidy and informative and we are very pleased with the end result and would use them again.
Niall and his team did an excellent job tiling our kitchen and breakfast room, re-tiling an en-suite, and fitting some full wall bathroom mirrors. The team were very polite, turned up on time, and were flexible when supplies were delayed. The team took care to keep the work area tidy, and cleaned up the entire area before they finished. Niall and his team are second to none. They have done numerous jobs for me, complete bathroom refit, tiled floors, underfloor heating and a new hot water tank.
