This was my first visit from Jimi at All-Gone Pest Control. A charming man who put me at ease immediately that he could remove the terrible invasion of ants in our house in their hundreds! Jimi very quickly found the nests where the ants were coming from and how they were getting into our house. He sprayed the necessary ant killer outside where needed and we had 'sticky pads' placed indoors at strategic places. I cannot recommend Jimi highly enough for any sort of pest control. We haven't seen any ants anywhere following his excellent work.

They were brilliant ! As soon as they were contacted they came within 3 days and tackled my wasp nest next to the front door . It was a very active wasp nest and the first spray helped for the next few days , unfortunately a few wasps started to come in and out of the hole , but Contacted the guys and they came out in very quick time to get it sprayed again . I called All-Gone pest Control and spoke with a very polite gentleman called Jimi. I had told him that I was allergic to wasps and that I had some coming into the kitchen as well as going through an old pipe hole. Jimi, despite it being late came round and made sure all was safe for me. The wasps turned out to be honey bees! Jimi was extremely helpful and gave me a number of a beekeeper as we both didn't want to cause them any harm. Jimi's help didn't stop there though as he also went into my loft to investigate a possible rat situation, which he confirmed and put some treatment down. His kindness was staggering as he didn't charge me for his help, he even sat and had a cuppa and a chat after where he listened to my current difficulties which ended in a friendly hug and some encouraging words. Thank you so much Jimi for your kindness, I will definitely be using you again and not for the fact you were so kind by not taking a payment, but because of who you are as a person and that it reflects in how much care you put into your work and your customers.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

I initally used All-Gone Pest Control after finding a mouse in my lounge. Paul arranged to visit my house, he was polite and arrived on time. We discussed the problem and he advised me of the next step. Thankfully after Paul checking the property and laying traps and bait, and the mice have now gone. This happened over three visits, each time Paul arrived when he said he would, always treated my property with respect. I had previously contacted a different pest control company but wasn't impressed with the service. Paul also advised that he and his colleague did also carry out garage and property clearances as I was advising how hard it was to get reliable people, I arranged for them to clear my late dad's garage, they arrived on time, they work very well together and are hard workers. Paul came over to our place as I had a rat in me kitchen !!! Within 10 mins he found the hole in the wall under the cupboard that the little sod had chewed and the entry point into the house from the outside as well. Set some traps out put down some poison and let nature take its cause… within a week our little furry friend was dead. The service was excellent and Paul was a really lovely chap with a great sense of humour to top it off and chill the wife out 😂 Would definitely use them if any of the furrys mates decided to take residence again.
