Our house is tile-hung at the first floor which provides plenty of gaps underneath for wasps to access, which means every year without fail we need to call out pest control. This year we had 2 wasp and 1 hornets nest. Called out James who did a great job. The hornets nest was particularly tricky located at the top of the apex of the house, and requiring James to suit up for protection. Would definitely recommend James and will be calling him out no doubt next year.

I truly recommend James and his services. He is reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My poor mum started to get mice coming into her bungalow. It was a few days after my late father passed away and she was distraught and scared and had isolated herself in one room. I called James and he came out pretty much straight away. He was friendly and importantly as honest as the day is long. A lot of bigger companies may have played on her vulnerability and tried to take advantage or upsell products she didn’t need. James treated my mum with respect throughout the process explaining everything to her and allaying her fears. James sorted the problem and restored my faith in human nature. It’s not just about doing the job, which he did brilliantly, it’s also about recognising someone for the way they handle people. Kindness goes a long way and this young man has it in buckets. And those pesky mice….. gone 😁

James/Pearl’s Pest Control has provided the best service we could possibly ask for. He started with hearing our concerns and queries with our mice problem - always understanding and catering to my mums’ and sisters’ fear of mice. Then he went through the process methodically, checking where the activity was by setting traps and looking for entry points. He has come back multiple times and has mentioned he won’t be done until himself and the members of the household are happy that the problem has been eliminated. James is even coming back next week for the 4th time I believe to cement the tunnel where they are getting in - but before he’s doing this, he has made sure that activity is minimal so none get left in the house. James is a lovely and honest guy with loads of experience and expertise. I could not recommend him more! We will definitely be coming back to him with any more pest problems - but I hope not😂 The best service and an even better person!

1st class pest control service. I have used other providers in the past, and no one until now has managed to get on top of my rat infestation. James is polite, friendly and very professional. He spent time working out where the rats were entering and fitted gates on the drains. He also blocked up a fairly large hole under my kitchen units, which previous pest controllers had failed to notice. I felt he was highly competent and knew exactly what needed to be done and the cost of the work was very reasonable. I would highly recommended.

I emailed james late on the Thursday evening he called me back immediately and was here the next day. He was very pleasant knew exactly what he was doing and whilst eradicating the flies he also found a wasp nest and dealt with that too a 5 star experience . He also cleared up thousands of dead flies! Would highly recommend him

I called James at 7pm for a emergency bug infestation which affected multiple rooms in my property, I was most worried about my daughters room which James completely understood and was able to be at my home within the hour. Very quick service ~ I heard scampering around above me in my bedroom one morning and found James on Google who came out the next day and calmed me down and explained everything to me. My rat problem turned out to be a squirrel issue. He explained what he needed to do and showed me and then got on with the job plus helped make the house unattractive for little creatures in the future. Flea treatment needed after several attempts using over the counter products, called James and have to say fantastic from the start to finish, booked me a date (Saturday morning) , turned up on time, talked me through the process of the required treatment and the different stages of the flea cycle, booked me for a second visit (all included in the price). Not worth using over the counter products - well worth the call to James - highly recommend!!

Friendly guy who I met in Reigate town when he popped into our office on the high street. Moth problem seems to have disappeared which is ultimately what we needed. James takes care to detail for example he turned over our dog bowl to protect it from any chemicals during treatment on his own accord. Very reasonably priced and for a good service.
