Have to say someone who actually took time to investigate properly all the issues I was having and not come in and run off. They investigated so well went round checked front and back. Then gave me the issues and solutions. They did an excellent job so good. And they were very reasonable priced. They went the extra mile and fixed other areas whilst they were there free of charge. In fact whilst they were up on the ladders they fixed my pipes, tiles and other areas free. They even offered to come back and fix some plastering and panels free. Absolutely awesome. They were even available out of hours to contact / great service - thank you Fahim and Sam

I contcted Monsterkil Pests Control and dealt with the receptionist, Teffanie. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t positiveI was kept on hold for a long time and later found that I’d been overcharged compared to other companies. I decided to hire another pest control service afterward, which provided the same treatment for about half the price and much better service overall. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Monsterkil it felt unprofessional and super overpriced. Shifting the blame to clients instead of owning up to mistakes really says a lot about how your sales team operates. Professionalism means taking responsibility, not passing it around. Maybe start by teaching your reception team the basics of sales and customer servicethat’s where professionalism begins.
i got in contact with monsterkil as i was having issues with mice in my garden. steph was very professional over the phone and very knowledgeable about mice issues, and she had no problem booking me in. sam, the head technician, sorted the issue in the garden swiftly and again was very knowledgeable and professional, informing me of future steps to take to prevent the issue in the future. overall id highly recommend monsterkil pest control

Called yesterday to get a squirrel out the kitchen vent. They sent Fahim over this morning who was absolutely great. Knew his stuff and took the time to get the squirrel out and essentially fixing the problem and advising on prevention methods. Great service and we are happy and relaxed with the outcome.

Short term and long term advised was given after treatment and followed it through, never since the problem since. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

After the first visit I felt so much more at ease and then of course after the second visit to check the traps etc and to hear everything was working I felt good. After Sam, Giuseppe and Shakil did the internal and external proofing I could finally have a restful sleep and not have to worry about anything. He was very detailed about what needs to be done and what outcomes to expect and he made sure that we’re at ease. Communication was brilliant and every step of the process was flawless. booked for a service after seeing reviews 5star and £540 spent but did not work for me a single week , and i complained bed bugs are back again they said we will do again but will charge again ? i refused if it didn’t work for a week after spending £540 why to believe again so i was very disappointed and tried a recommended powered from ebay £10 for a month and half and problem was solved after. so in won't recommend.👎🏻
I was so relieved at and reassured by the service I received from Monsterkil! I discovered carpet beetles in my room and was very worried. I called Monsterkil and Steph was lovely from the off, responding to the photos I sent through after our call within the hour and explaining what the bugs were. She was able to offer me an appointment that same day! Sai and Guissepi arrived in good time to deliver the removal treatment, and were more than happy to answer my many questions, doing everything they could to put my mind at ease! They emphasised how a good customer experience is very important, and you could really see that in the approach they took. Thank you Monsterkil!

The company has great customer service. I was having a rodent problem and Sam came for treatment. He was very patient and explained all the procedures. The infestation was sorted out in 3 visits. The customer service from Jibriil was exemplary when he visited today to follow up on a mouse problem! He went above and beyond the "call of duty" and was extremely thorough with his investigations. His manners were impeccable and although he was clearly stretched for time he ensured that I was 100% happy with the service received.

Had a mice infestation and was absolutely driving me crazy, phoned monsterkil & a technician was able to come out straight away. The technician (Sam) did an outstanding job whilst also being very knowledgeable. We saw a decrease in rodent activity in less than a month and they’ve completely gone now so happy days :)

Had a very ugly rat problem even though we still do as we found yesterday. These guys are Very helpful especially on the last visit. Dave and his colleague gave me some very helpful information in terms of what steps to take to prevent future rat problems. Dave is really good guy and Sam knows his stuff. I also want to give a shout out to Stephanie who was always on the other side of the phone. She is just an exceptional person and cares about her customers and understands the stress of having rats in your house. Even though the problem is not entirely solved and I killed another rat yesterday after 3 visits from them. I still think these guys are good at what they do. 100% recommend these guys Iz

I contacted Monsterkil late last night after a sighting of a mouse in my kitchen. The person on the end of the phone was understanding and booked me in for an appointment first thing in the morning. I can't rate this company highly enough. Sam if you read this - thank you again for going above and beyond when I was distressed re bed bugs! I phoned 3 other top rated companies and all just told me to book a treatment. But I wanted to be sure if I had bed bugs first, and Sam also wanted to see a sign of them before fumigation. Turned out I didn't have an infestation. He also really helped to calm me down and gave me lots of advice. I WhatsApped them a few times with queries. The reassurance was invaluable, he really wants to help and welcomed questions. I seem to have bad luck with pests and now have an excellent pest control company in my phone contacts!
Great company, the teams were amazing and very friendly, great service, very thorough with what they did, very knowledgeable, Got rid of my rats infestation, disinfect/ removal of dropping and block minor holes, fitted a one way drain cover system. Recommended this company to my daughter, they have done a good job getting rid of the wasp and ant infestation. Not only were they super professional, efficient and effective in their work in removing the droppings and conducting visits but they put us at ease and gave us copious amounts of useful advice moving forwards. What’s more, they were in regular contact with us through different platforms and it was really easy to ask any questions and receive answers back quickly. I had a rats in my basement, which was now running around in the Wall cavity of my extension. Don't normally write reviews but this time I feel as though I must. A gentleman by the name of Shamll spoke to me on the phone had a lot of patience and time to explain to me what the process is then he attended my property extremely professional very friendly made me feel as though they’re not just there for the money do the job and go but take real pride in care in the work spent a lot longer than normal trying to find potential access points By the second visit he caught a rat( it was bloody huge). I listen to his recommendations about blocking up holes haven’t had a problem since well done Monsterkil. And they’re cheaper than all the other companies out there as well.

They had amazing customer service, the man named Shamil who came over was very polite, understanding and willing to do the best job to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend monsterkil pest control. Very professional, cheap compared to other companies that we looked into. Since they have been around to treat our rodents problems and proofing that we were told to do, we had no other issues.
