Mike realigned the gutter in an area that would improve the rainwater flow, as well as fabricating a chicken wire pigeon roost deterrent! The paint finish is absolutely amazing, and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. Mike delivered exactly what he promised, high quality workmanship, a rare commodity in this modern era, unfortunately. Mike and his team have just completed exterior renovation of our window and door frames. What a fantastic job! Each frame has been stripped, resin repaired where required and then undercoated twice and given three top coats. There were four painters, one an apprentice, Mikes last apprentice and a colleague. All properly qualified and Mike continued supervising and checking the work as it progressed. The attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism were second to none and we are really pleased. Making great use of the good weather the team arrived promptly at 8.30 each morning and worked most evenings past 7.30pm. We'll definitely be calling on Mike and the team for the internal decorating as well and I highly recommend Mike Poole for all your decorating needs.

We had our bedroom decorated by Mike and it is fantastic Mike was very professional and kept to all the rules of covid he locked himself away cleaned up with antibacterial wipes in bathroom and bought his own drink I would definitely recommend Mike Poole thanks Mike .
Mike did a good job of painting my bedside table. He sanded, primed, painted with chalk paint and then varnished. I provided the materials and Mike the labour which worked well for me to keep the cost down and I got to keep the leftovers. I was kept upto date with progress with regular messages and photos and the project was completed speedily. Pleased with the end result and would recommend.

My second time using Mike and as last time the quality of his (and his teams) work was extremely high and reasonably priced. I like the fact that the quote given is very detailed and so everybody is comfortable with exactly what is required. He is very prompt and professional and makes sure your house is looked after during the work. All flooring and furniture is covered and everything is properly cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn't consider using anybody else now for any decorating work I need doing. Highly recommended!
