Brilliant support and care with honest assessment of the situation. It was very late on a Friday night and he came and was open about my lock and the support offered to help get a positive outcome without destroying my door. The aftercare once finally in, was appreciated. Really made a difference in a stressful evening. After numerous calls to supposed ‘24/7’ locksmiths - this was a welcome save.
