Neil Byrne Locksmith Leeds

The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors. Great communication right from the beginning, Neil was very friendly, polite, prompt and was considerate of our property when fixing the locks. Highly recommend.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Neil provided fantastic service picking our lock and cutting additional keys when we'd locked ourselves out. He came promptly, didn't take long to work, and charged a reasonable price. Could not fault him one bit, would recommend him to everyone

Neil helped us as our key was getting stuck in the lock and not moving (on the outside), so risking us getting locked out. Neil came out really quickly, and resolved the issue quickly and it hasn't re-occured. Thanks again for your help.

Neil came round to replace our Yale lock on our front door. Job was done to a high quality and we feel much more secure in our home

I was locked inside my house and I am so glad I rang Neil. He patiently listened, came on time, helped me resolve the issue. He showed high professionalism and provided helpful advice. Thank you so much Neil, I definitely recommend his locksmith services.

Great service, rapid response and sorted my lock issue quickly.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Was originally recommended by another trades man Dave 👍

Spoke to Neil to explain the problem today he was very helpful went to my daughters house within a couple of hours lock replaced excellent service, my daughter even said what a nice man! Top level service from the guy! Highly recommend!

Fast, reliable service. Reasonably priced and helpful.

Neil Byrne is one of my Best Friends and He is Brilliant at what He Does for People who know Him ok From Lee James Horner

Couldn't find this place, the maps took to a street near Elland Road, but no sign if this place. Wasted my time. I,very changed this review because of your comment, when I visited your website it showed a shop front, hence I drove down to your place expecting a shop. Perhaps you should remove the image used and not make people think there is an actual shop as the image certainly made me think it was a shop and not a mobile service.

Neil helped me out when my bike lock wouldn't open. It was fastened up outside work, and I needed it back! He was there in 10 minutes and though the lock was well and truly jammed, he cut it off for me. Such a nice guy - a real pleasure to deal with.

Very professional, polite and prompt, I would definitely recommend this tradesman, gave me assurance and peace of mind

Excellent service, prompt and friendly, sorted our door locking problem! Feels like a new door!

Really helpful quick and a fair price! Thanks for your help!

Great service and competitive price. Would certainly use again.

Neil not only sorted my lock out but did a lot to help my elderly neighbour out too, nothing was a problem. He was lovely, helpful did a great job for us both with a smile on his face. Highly recommended.

Great locksmith. Did a brilliant job. The door is working the best it ever has. Professional great service. Would recommend.

I phoned Neil to explain my patio door handle had broken and the door was locked shut, as it was not urgent we agreed Neil would come at 9:00 the following morning. He was there on the dot and fixed the issue straight away. Not only that he completely serviced and adjusted the locking mechanisms, they now feel like new doors. Great friendly professional service.

Can't praise him highly enough. Came out same day, gave good and honest advice and did a great job for me. Followed all the necessary distancing and hygiene rules to top it all! Excellent all round! Thankyou .

Great service and fair prices. Niel was quick to answer my call, and very quick to come out and fit my new lock. He told me my options, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was working smoothly - he didn't just change the lock and go, he took the time to lubricate the parts of the door and get the stiff, squeaky doorknob working well again. He takes card payments so that was really convenient. Definitely recommend him!

Phoned Neil on Saturday after being let down by someone else after 4 hours of waiting. He was round the corner and came round pretty much straight away. He was great, no fuss, no hassle, just did the job quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend him. Neil, sorry I didn't kill the teabag for you, I didn't know!

I left a voicemail with Neil Sunday evening...he messaged me within 30 minutes, my door lock was fixed by 10 am the next day...fast, reliable & friendly service.

I'm over the moon with the service from Neil. Fast response, no messing about got the job done and a great price. Absolute life saver thank you 😃

Neil came out straight away. Very professional, the job wasn't an easy one but he kept on it until it was done. Fair pricing too. He was a really nice guy, down to earth and honest. Definitely use him again and would recommend him.

Neil at NBL is an excellent locksmith. I’m a locksmith myself but on the auto side. When I needed the security upgrading on my home I called Neil because he’s local. He carried out an excellent job replacing all the locks in my home. Very friendly and professional.

Neil came round on a Sunday as our front door had stuck in the locked position and we couldn't close. He was utterly professional and very well priced. I would recommend Neil for any lock issues

Excellent, speedy and efficient service. Rang the job through and was with me in 30 minutes. All sorted and a 5 star job done all under 2 hours from when I first called. So helpful and didnt rip me off. Definitely a 5 star rating from me 👍

I've used Neil twice now, after phoning around because I'd lost my keys Neil Came and changed my lock, He was very professional and very clean. I got Neil to come back and change all my other locks in the house and he even gave me three spare keys for the locks which he cut in his van. The best thing about NBL was the cost, he was by far the cheapest and most important was the quality of the locks they are superb ( none of that made in china tin crap ) I would highly recommend Neil in fact a few of my friends are having there locks changed by Neil because of what I have told them.

Really nice guy, professional and best prices, had to use NBL twice now and the second time he came over to unlock my door even though he had football practice, so very grateful! Best for students as everywhere else charges atlas 80 quid when I have enquired.
