He was polite, professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, including that the door had not been installed correctly when the house was originally built. It was really helpful to have everything explained clearly rather than just having the problem fixed without understanding the cause. The repair itself was completed within around 20 minutes of him arriving and the door is now working perfectly again. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend Radu to anyone needing a locksmith or door repair specialist. Fast response, excellent workmanship and great customer service. Thank you again!

I recently had the pleasure of using Radu’s locksmith services, and I honestly could not recommend him highly enough. He came out with less than one hour’s notice, which was incredibly impressive. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, honest, and clearly very experienced in his trade. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and while fixing the issue with my locked doors, he also took the time to adjust my windows and doors to make everything work properly again. On top of that, he gave me some priceless advice on how to improve the security of my home, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned an issue with my bathroom window that I could not close properly. Radu quickly identified the problem, ordered the required parts, and returned the following day to complete the repair. Everything was done to a very high standard and for a fair price. To be honest, Radu made my day. It is refreshing to see that there are still independent contractors out there who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Radu to anyone who has issues with locks, doors, or windows.

MOORTOWN Friday March 20th Have been̈ having problems with front door lock sticking and not locking so looked for locksmith that could come out soon. Looked at a number of locksmiths in Leeds. Found this page, and looked at all the reviews, which were eally positive. So phone RADU who was at another client's premises. Said that he would be at our house within the hour. True to his word, he turned up on time. After checking the locksmiths and door, I was told that I did not n̈eed a whole new locking mechanism just a new barrel and some adjustments. He also installed a mechanism on an internal door that was missing. Radu repaired the front door lock, without having to replace all the parts, which made the cost lower. So very impressed with this business as well as RAadu who was prompt and very polite. Would recommend without any doubts. Thank you so much.

Top marks! Radu came out within 20 mins, knew exactly what to do. The lock had to be replaced and it is honestly better than the job the joiner did!!

Today I urgently need a Locksmith after contacting 3 other companies but they were busy. I searched google and found Locksmith Leeds. within half an hour my problem was solved. A speedy service with care. Thank you very much I shall recommend your service to others.

Thank you so much, Radu! We recently had an issue with our locks and Radu came out straight away and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. I’m incredibly grateful for his help. Radu has been looking after me and my family for over 8 years now, and he has never let us down. He’s trustworthy, professional, and truly goes above and beyond every time. You can count on him completely – a genuinely honest and reliable locksmith.

Amazing service. Efficient, polite and arrived very quickly. Price seemed fair too. Would definitely recommend.

Radu is a lifesaver! Very professional and personable. Came over swiftly and realigned my door when another tradesman messed around with it (unasked) and left it unable to lock. Put me at ease in a stressful situation and while I’ve never had to use a locksmith before, I found it very reasonably priced for such a quick turnaround. Thanks again!

EXCELLENT, PROMPT, VALUE-FOR-MONEY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE My car lock was problematic. No access was possible at all. I called Radu and he turned up on time. Radu offers a service that is top notch and over and beyond customer expectations. Thanks, Radu, for your brilliant service.

Called at 15.45 and he was round to sort the issue (New Mechanism) within the hour. Not only did he fix the issue but he took the time to educate me as to why cut happened and how to avoid it in the future. I was really grateful and the price was very reasonable too. The locksmith Radu was outstanding, he was very helpful and efficient. The price he provided was the cheapest quote from about 6 different locksmiths. He had good knowledge and gave me all the different options available to me, allowing me to make the best decision.

Arrived super quickly and was fair priced. Super informative and explained away all my options, whilst being transparent and open. It turned out the whole mechanism was at fault and so after some extensive works- it was quickly resolved. Confirmed the warranty for 12 months too. Couldn't be happier.Highly reccomended

I called so many other “emergency 24hr” locksmiths that didn’t answer and I’m so glad they didn’t because then I contacted Radu and he said he’d arrived in 20mins which he did. Very fast and easy service, really nice and genuine guy too which makes a huge difference and stands out. Had to save his number because he’s the only guy I’d call for any lock/door issues! Very reasonable price seeing as it was late at night when I called out of hours. Don’t bother with any other locksmiths trust me, I’ve had to use them for different properties and business and Radu stands from them all.

Excellent service! Radu arrived promptly and was able to replace my lock for less than the maximum quote. A locksmith had come out before him and after initially quoting £79 he decided it was £160 just for labour. So glad that I decided to explore my options. Ready initially spent ages just trying to release the lock to avoid additional cost which I thought was very fair of him. I’m so happy with his work I’ve asked for an additional quote and have kept the card to pass onto friends if they get locked out.

Radu came within minutes of me contacting him, he was very calm and professional, explained everything in great detail, 100% will recommend him

Very efficient and professional tradesman. Good advice given and explained how to register keys online and benefits. Fair pricing and happy to recommend. AM - Leeds

Excellent service. Got locked out as I lost my key, Radu came within 1 hr and sorted everything nice and smooth. Definitely recommend this company!

Very efficient and good job. Gradually went above and beyond to fix another issue that wasn't part of his job. Very professional. I certainly recommend this company

Amazing service. Quick. Arrived in 5 mins. Did an amazing job. Thanks. Will be using again if needed

Great service and very friendly. Within an hour of contacting Radu he checked the lock via a picture on WhatsApp and within another hour or so he dropped by and it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this service.

I was trapped inside my apartment for a few hours as the lock broke I couldn’t get out. Radu arrived within an hour of my call and managed to open the door within minutes. Not only that but when I asked him to change locks and mentioned I’m only renting and will try to get reimbursed by the estate agents for the service, he advised I’m better off waiting and asking them to send their own locksmith who will confirm the issue. I’m so grateful, because at the time I was extremely stressed and just wanted to get it sorted, but Radu was honest and showed a lot of integrity, when he could easily do what I asked him to do and not worry whether I’ll be able to get the money back afterwards. I’m incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone in the future - not only for his locksmith magic but more importantly honesty and integrity.

Excellent work as always, very polite on time and extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

What a superstar Radu is.... rang him today as my door has been blocked for the last two days, and in less than two hours, he showed up and sorted it then and there , in a blink of an eye. Would recommend him to anyone!

Not the first time Radu is coming to our rescue. First for our patio door and now for the front. Always giving all available options, not trying to up sale anything. Couldn't thank him enough for the five stars service provided 🙏

Radu was amazing! I was locked inside the house today (Sunday), and after contacting him, he arrived in less than half an hour and resolved the problem efficiently and quickly. I recommend his service 100%. Thank you so much!

Great service. Quick and efficient with charges made clear upfront. Would recommend.

Radu was great ! Came in on Friday night to help out. Kindly gain access and helped me in my flat. And on top of that all with a bright smile 😁

Radu is fantastic. He has been out to solve multiple issues for me and my family over the years. The most recent was this morning when I couldn’t unlock my front door as the locking mechanism was no longer retracting properly. Fortunately he was just finishing up a job and came straight over - didn’t sound at all phased on the phone and arrived when he said he would. Quick look, simple fix (rather him than me!). He had all the kit to hand and fixed it there and then. Absolute superstar as always. Would highly recommend, every time.

Fast working, and quick response!

First class service, emergency call out was made, he arrived in 1 hour. Explained how he could fix the lock and gave me 2 options in price. Cracked on with the job, completed it fast and clean. Couldn’t recommend him more! Excellent

Excellent service, came out quickly as promised and resolved the door lock issue very quickly. Highly recommended.

MobileLS are our “go to” locksmith for all our door lock repairs. Very responsive and quick to attend, their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended

Within 1hr if getting in touch with MOBILES- LOCKSMITHS, Rado, the locksmith, turned up. He resolved my issues very professionally and kept me informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it.... giving away his trade secrets lol. I honestly 100% recommend Rado and the company, very professional individual with great customer service. Highly recommended.

Very quick to respond, very polite and professional! Got the job done perfectly and very good price! Would definitely recommend

He had a smile on his face and we are more than happy with him! If ever needed dont hesitate to call Rada and you can be sure to be in good hands🙂

Radu arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He diagnosed the problem with the lock told us clearly our alternatives, did not try to “upsell” but gave us the information we needed to choose what to do. He replaced our lock quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use him again.

Twice now in nearly ten years you've saved our bacon...with frustrated customers waiting outside and us stressed, Radu who served us both times calmed the situation down with his friendly manner and quick work to get us back in business. Heartily recommend this business for your business if you ever need a good locksmith 👍

Excellent, friendly and professional service from Radu. He arrived ahead of the time I was initially given. He was very polite, professional, friendly and jovial. He replaced our door locks and patio door locks. He was very efficient and ensured we were satisfied with the work when completed. Will always recommend Radu's locksmith service to anyone. Thanks again Radu.

Great service

Very reliable and trustworthy and affordable prices

Very good locksmith quick fix would definitely recommend him 👍🏻

Great service , 5 star review !

Radu was not only a lifesaver, he was also just a really cool guy. Would recommend, 10/10. Though preferably, remember your keys before closing the door behind you.

I couldn't recommend this service enough!! We lost our keys on bank holiday and we was met by the locksmith 20 mins after we called at 8am on bank holiday, he has since been back to install new locks a day after I called to arrange and was around my working hours. An amazing and friendly service and also super affordable. Over the moon with our experience.

Fantastic brilliant person and did the job very happy. And will use him again and also recommend him

Came in as quickly as possible. Door was fixes in no time.

My friend called him as I had fallen asleep in his car and he couldn't find my key, the company apparently has no call out charge. When I woke up, the locksmith had arrived and I gave my friend my key, he charged us £150.00 for a call out charge, I am only just on the outskirts of Leeds and it was only 10.00pm so not unsociable hours. Absolutely unbelievable to do that.

Amazing service from Radu at MobileLS. Half price of other companies, and coming out within 20 min. The mechanism failed on the front door, Radu knew exactly what the problem was and sorted on spot. Will definitely use again if any other lock problem. Thank you!

Great service. Arrived within 30 minutes to help with a broken lock on an evening. All locks and housing changed with no problem. Lovely, friendly and speedy service and a great price. Highly recommend.
