Super quick, came out with an hours notice to fix our front door. Really nice to talk to and sort out a solution that best suits the customer. Really happy with the service.

Paul came today to fix our door lock as it was broken. He was absolutely fantastic. Profesional, punctual , kind, patient ( eventhough I asked him a lot of questions) with a lovely personality as well. He also changed the door lock thumb for which I am so grateful as the keys did not work properly for a long time. Now feels like heaven. Another thing was that he came in time ,in fact earlier which I am trully grateful. Many times I had to wait for other companies or it was cancelled. I highly recommend him and his company.

After calling them to help my nan who had locked herself out they arrived within 15 min and opened the door straight away. The man was really caring and made sure all was ok before leaving would highly recommend

Really good service. Mended the lock for my 90 year old dad. And put more security on the doors so that the doors cannot be opened from the outside. Came out the same day ordered the parts and came back on the day they said they would. Would recommend 100%. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Friendly and professional.

Service was excellent. Aaron was great and we really couldn't fault the work - it was done very quickly and efficiently. We'd definitely recommend this service to others and wouldn't hesitate to use you guys again, so thank you!

The locksmith arrived quickly and got the lock out of trailer hitch with ease and I was still able to fit new lock in position ..thanks for a great job

Lost a key so needed a new lock fitting asap for security. This company were extremely helpful and responsive. Cost almost have the price to another local company recently quoted, and even fixed the spring inside the handle, which had broken and which the competitor had not quoted for. There are lots of spares and handle working fine. Keys seem a lot skinny, but hopefully they’ll stand the test of time for the constant use, wear and tear of our main door. Overall satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Accidentally locked myself out before leaving for work. Locksmith came within 45 minutes and opened my front door within a minute. Excellent service reasonably priced especially given it was early on a Saturday morning will definitely use again but hopefully I don't have to in the nicest way
