I can't rate James highly enough. He replaced all our locks on moving in to a new house and fixed all the sticky/stiff doors and mechanisms. Great communication, arrived on time, personable and clear with explanations and options. His rates were also very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Highly recommend James. Nothing was an issue for him, he came out initially just to check what parts he needed and then we arranged a time for him to come back with the parts. He didnt mess around, there was a slight issue with the window alignment but he made some additional changes and recommended a possible furture fix. No pressure to do it immediatly and he explained everything he did & would want to do in detail. Very trusting person.

James came out quickly when our lock broke. The door wasn’t possible to mend due to its age but James Was able to come up with a fix to tied us over. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us different options to choose from. Would highly recommend
