Our lock got jammed and we all got locked out. Fortunately, within 50 minutes of calling Lockstar we had not only got back into our flat but also had our lock replaced, fantastic service by Cristian. Also provided an invoice speedily upon request. Would absolutely recommend in a pinch if you’re in the Selly Oak area!

My main door lock needed a barrel replacement. The technician came over and fixed it within 10 minutes which was great but I was shocked at how condescending & rude he was for no reason. Threw the existing barrel and new packaging for me to clean up after. If someone's giving you business, pls do them the courtesy of being polite and cleaning up before leaving! Won't do business with them again.

Replaced standard barrels with more superior anti snap lock barrels to my two front doors today, along with two barrels to rear doors. Fitter Friendly and knowledgeable, and adjusted dropped doors for better fit. Very good service.

Daylight Robbery! They spent around 10 minutes just taking the broken barrel out of my lock and then charged me £270 for this, a complete rip off! If I wanted the whole lock changed (which would have been the proper job) they quoted me £600. Avoid at all costs!
