Great and prompt service. Brian went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in full working order. Would highly recommend.

Brian came out and I asked him how much he wanted for a 30 second job and he said £75 and literally all he done was open the handle which was a little sticky... I challenged him on it because it seemed ridiculous and he said it should be more because it was a call out charge despite him saying he had a job over this way and the website stating the following : I am delighted to confirm: We do not charge a call out fee I appreciate him coming out to me but that is terrible customer service and professionalism, I don't even know how he could ask for that whilst keeping a straight face... I would avoid and get your business elsewhere, really dissapointed especially when he tried to say he can take my lock apart to try and justify moving the handle....

Arrived on time and did the job to spec (installing a smart lock and keypad), and reasonably priced too. Would strongly recommend.

I cannot recommend Brian enough. After a late night call when I could not lock my orangery door, Brian was here in 20 mins. Solved the problem. I will definitely be using him again if I needed a locksmith.

Our old front door Mechanism packed in late Saturday afternoon, meaning we couldn't lock our front door. Brian managed to come out at short notice and put a temporary fix in place to secure the door, while he tried to source the specialised replacement parts. All back up and running first thing Monday morning. Thanks again Brian

Brian replaced a 45 years old main door lock mechanism for me. It was a difficult job which included identifying the best solution, sourcing the parts and then installing the lock mechanism itself. I found him punctual, professional and patient under pressure. He visited to assess the mechanism, ordered it by himself after sourcing and then came as agreed to install the mechanism. He found a few challenges during the installation which he overcame with patience and professionalism. The price was reasonable and quality of work was perfect. Highly recommended.

His skill was evident; he had the door open efficiently and without causing any damage to the locks whatsoever. The price was fair and exactly as quoted, with no hidden surprises.
