We had Gabriel to change some locks when we first moved in, his service and his friendly and professional attitude is amazing. Then we called him again for my father in law’s house as he had to change his lock urgently, and Gabriel came within 1 hour! Again, it was done with no delay at all. We just contacted him last night wondering he could pop in today to upgrade our locks, he quickly replied and came to us on time. It was again, definitely a joy to have him working around the house and of course did a brilliant job, did not charge any extra for one of the messy doors, it took a while to get that done. More than that, he cleaned and tidied all our doors, no mark or dirts left anywhere. And not just changing locks, he has given us some very useful advice. Thank you very much. Will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Visited their website before initial enquiry about lock change. Gave me a range of quotes and ended up chargin me. the high end. The job was ok but for the price of £250+ it should've been a lot better especially after paying cash and not recieving a receipt. My door doesn't lock securely from the outside like it used to before, but still does half the job. Hence why the lose 2 stars. They're still better than most, but there's better ones out there. I won't be using them in future but that's not out of spite, I'd rather go where I can get my moneys worth.

I contacted DGM Locksmiths to change my old lock to a Yale 3-Star high-security cylinder, and the service was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, including the security benefits of the 3-Star rating. The lock was fitted professionally and works smoothly. The door now feels much more secure with anti-snap, anti-drill, and anti-bump protection in place. Fast, clean, and reliable service with honest pricing. I’d highly recommend DGM Locksmiths to anyone looking for a Yale 3-Star lock upgrade or a professional lock change.

Excellent service from DGM Locksmiths. I was locked out and they arrived quickly, opened the door without any damage, and the price was exactly as quoted. Very professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommended.

LONG READ BUT WORTH IT....One weekend, evening I called Garby when I had an emergency! My toddler had shut the door and locked it when his father had just opened the door to throw the garbage out. Initially, his father called the fire service. They arrived and didn't want to do "damage to the handle," so they were drilling the lock. We were there for what felt like a lifetime (20 mins). I googled local emergency locksmith as the wait was just heart-wrenching for, and also, my toddler hates the drilling sound. As a mother, I had to remain calm, but my heart was racing 1000bpm. Garcys company came up as the first contact. I gave him the address, and he put it into the sat nav. I was mixing up my words out of panic and frustration. He said he was 20 minutes away, and I told him he was too far and left it. I called other numbers; the locksmiths that answered were on other jobs. Garby called back and said he is on the way and is 10 minutes away at this point, so he had already made way while it was calling around. He got to us, and at this point, the fire service were still drilling the lock even though they had all the tools on them. Garby had his picking tools and used the fire services tools to break the lock and handle. LITERALLY GOT IN WITHIN 3 MINUTES! Thankfully, my son was far away from the door. He must have ran to hide under the duvet cover when he heard the drilling noise by the fire service for the past 45 minutes! I was annoyed that the fire service didn't just break the lock within 3 mins. We wouldn't have had to wait a whole hour. Garby confirmed they had all the tools to do so! So, learn from experience guys call Garby, explain the situation, and make sure he is out with all his tools. If your child is in distress, YES call the fire service. They'll only break the lock if the child is in distress. Garby was a God send that dark evening. Honestly, he is the most kindest, sweetest gentleman. He is honest and trustworthy, Very rare these days. I have saved his number, and I have shared his number with friends and family. This is an experience I will always remember for life. I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you did that evening, and God bless you and your family!

very good services, well doneI’

The service was amazing. They really went above and beyond and tried to not change the lock in order to not charge me any extra. The job was very complicated due to the high security lock installed on my door. But at the end the job was done, I was so relieved to get back into my apartment and the guy performing the job explained to me everything about the technical details. Highly recommended!

Brilliant work, very professional, came on the same day when I messaged. Thank you.

Title: Outstanding Locksmith Service by Gabriel: Expertise and Affordable Solutions Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Gabriel, a highly skilled locksmith who replaced the outdated locks on my doors. Gabriel's service was exceptional in every aspect. Despite encountering a minor challenge with the new lock being slightly larger than the old one, Gabriel's expertise shone through as he adeptly resolved the issue and securely installed the new lock. His attention to detail and problem-solving abilities were impressive. One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was Gabriel's reasonable pricing. Considering the quality of his work and the efficiency with which he completed the job, I found his charges to be more than fair. It's refreshing to find a locksmith who provides top-notch service without exorbitant costs. Throughout the entire process, Gabriel maintained excellent communication, patiently explaining the steps he took and addressing any questions I had. His professional yet friendly approach made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel for any locksmith needs. His expertise, ability to overcome challenges, and reasonable pricing make him a standout choice in his field. Had to have my door lock changed and Dgmlocksmiths was very responsive and arrived very quick. He was friendly and polite and charged a reasonable price for the quality of the job. I was very pleased with the outcome and his attitude. Definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Very reliable, credible and professional services. Used him for my home and he did everything perfect.

I had a problem with my home front door. I got home late and discovered the problem very late at night. I didn't realise how late it was at the time. I called expecting to get an answer machine. The phone was picked up, I received good advice. I didn't really believe that he would actually come to the house the next day - a Sunday - at 9am as promised...he did !!! Friendly person, knowledgeable, very helpful and did a really good job. I never felt cheated - in fact he went out of his way to make it clear that he's entirely honourable and trying to save his customers money. I would 100% call him again and I will definitely recommend to friends, family and coworkers. Very reasonable cost. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
