Birmingham Secure Locksmith

Lost my keys to bedroom and required door to opened and locks replacing. Before contacting, I tried various other companies and people, who all charged well above what the job is worth. But Birmingham Secure Locksmith charged a VERY VERY VERY reasonable price. Clearly knew what he was doing and did a very efficient and clean job. Incredibly professional. Hassle free. And would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. This is now my go to locksmith. Thank you again

Have used locksmith services by Usman on a few occasions. Excellent customer service and fast response times. Always comes through when needed—reliable, professional, and highly recommended!

Fast, very well done, reasonable price, reliable. These are all my comments about the work he did for me..Thank you👏👏👏

Unfortunately locked my car with no keys. Usman came to save the day! Top service and great prices!

I have used this service on several occasions, as I unfortunately tend to misplace my keys. Each and every time, this gentleman has delivered an exceptional level of service and reliability. In late March 2023, I experienced a break-in at my home. The police and paramedics attended, and it was around 3:30am when I contacted him in a state of distress, as the intruder had taken both my front and back door keys. Despite the early hours, he answered my call immediately and came out to change the locks for me without hesitation. This truly demonstrates how dependable he is, no matter the time of day or night. I have always relied on his services and will continue to do so. I have also recommended him to my friends and family, who now use his services as well. A truly trustworthy and reliable service 5 stars. Myra

Exceptional service from a true professional. Prompt, precise, and exactly what you'd expect from someone who really knows their craft. Highly recommended.

Amazing brother who was polite and respectful. Was able to come out to my mums house at short notice and paid attention to detail. Fair price and number is saved in my phone for all future needs. JazakhAllah Khair.

Very speedy, arrived within 20 minutes and worked in the pouring rain, while I took shelter. Opened my front door without damage quickly for very good price.

Great job done by Usman, even fixed a door for us free of charge whilst he was here. Defo recommend him. This is not the fist time we have used him either.

I don’t usually leave reviews but i wanted to say i was really happy with the service. He turned up on time, was friendly and professional, and got everything sorted quickly without any hassle. The price was very reasonable too, especially for how good the work was. It’s nice to find someone reliable who doesn’t overcharge. Overall id definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith and will be using his service again if ever needed!

Used several times - including keys left in the boot car autoclocked outside work. House keys lost and spare key inside. Then ofcourse the best one left my car keys in the car whilst outside the house with all keys in the car. Each time came out immediately dealt with the problem swiftly with no damage or no hefty prices. Best of the best. No rip off prices. Reliable and affordable and fast. UNBEATABLE!! Best in the uk 100%

Unprofessional and rude. The guy had a snarky attitude towards us and trying to charge £150 just to open a lock. Wouldn't recommend. We got quoted £40 else where. Would not recommend 0/10

Best service you can ask for, quick response, calm, collective and professional.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.

My mom had locked herself out of her house. Came quickly as promised - service was friendly and efficient at a great price. Would highly recommend.

Came out same day, was professional. Reasonable price. Highly recommend. The locksmith new exactly what he was doing. He replaced the broken gearbox on my upvc door. Re-aligned the whole door. It opens and closes as new.

Arrived on time, very quick and efficient job and charged very reasonably

Really grateful to Birmingham Secure Locksmith. Was locked out of my property and they came in after agreeing time and date on the phone. Thanks for all your efforts

5 minutes in and out cheap service, arrived in no time. 100% reccomend to everyone searching for a reliable and trusty locksmith!👊🏽

Very quick, very efficient, very cheap...best money spent

Around 6 months ago I called this locksmith to open my house door as I ended up locked out, it was obvious he was in bed asleep but he made his way to me in 30 mins and got me in to my house, the price was cheaper than everyone else. Since then I've called him over to change my house locks aswell as do some repairs at my parents house. He's always on time and his prices are cheaper than everyone else. The works seems good too, no problems with anything yet and hopefully it stays that way

Really good service, my car key was inside the car and got locked out spare key was in Scotland and i was in Birmingham, brother came within 25mims and fixed it within 15m. Highly recommend

Needed my locks replaced as I had lost my keys at 11.30pm he came very quickly replaced my lock Thank-you quick service

Visited Google to find a locksmith for a close relative who lives in the Birmingham area. This is the one I came across and opted for after seeing the reviews. I can confirm from my own experience that most of these reviews are fake as my experience with Usman was not like anything like the aforementioned reviews. He gave me a guide price, time and date on when he'll come and kept me waiting all day. After the day had surpassed he then sent me a message stating he lost track of time and wanted to come another time. No apologies or anything and not even a phonecall to explain himself. I opted to get another locksmith as I had to head back out of Brum so had to pay extra to get the job done. The job this other person did was brilliant and they came down within 30mins. Shop around people and don't fall for these suspicious 5 star immaculate reviews. Many are from friends and family and the rest are fake accounts.

Brilliant service by Usman. He came in and fitted 5 new locks for me. Did a professional job and was very polite. Would definitely recommend him for any locksmith job.

Locked myself out of my house and they arrived super quickly and I was back inside within a few minutes! Great service thank you so much

I got home late evening to my flat and my lock snapped upon turning the key. Mohammed turned up within 10 minutes of me phoning him, managed to free my keys and open the door within an minute, and then installed a new barrel within another minute. He also realised the lock was actually different to the type he had quoted me on the phone and let me know immediately, reducing the cost by around £30. Thoroughly professional, transparent and very reasonably priced especially considering it was a late callout. Would use again and recommend to others.

We needed the lock replacing in our conservatory and Mohammed was professional from start to end, when we rang he actually talked us through pricing unlike many places who told us they would let us know on the job. He kept in touch and arrived on the day we agreed and finished the job within half an hour, would definitely contact again in future.

Very warm and friendly guy a gentleman. Would recommend this service 2 all.

Callout response was excellent regardless of time, attention is paid to the elderly at a time of insecurity. Birmingham Secure Locksmith were out and had the lock replaced in no time at all. Excellent and reliable!

What a great guy. Highly recommended. He beat all quotes I was given by other locksmiths. Arrived at my property on time. 10/10

This guy beat every quote I recieved over the phone by almost half, he came out in the middle of the night and got me in to my car within 15 mins, he then upgraded my house locks to more secure ones a few weeks later again beating every other quote I recieved he has definitely become my go to locksmith and this is coming from a car trader and landlord who has dealt with sorts of tradesman regularly. Genuine guy, really friendly and always happy to give advice over the phone, give him a call, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent service came in 20 mins early in the morning would highly recommend
