Called up on a Sunday morning for entry into my flat after a self inflicted problem arose. Grant came out in super quick time and was pleasant and professional. Due to a problematic lock, Grant went above and beyond contacting business associates to facilitate entry into my property by getting keys cut that day. Very impressed with the service I received at very short notice, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service from Grant. Our front door wouldn't close or lock the evening before we left for holiday. Grant arrived promptly and took his time to figure out the issue and rectified it without the need for new parts etc. This was fantastic as we needed it fixed that evening and Grant undertook the repair with skill and professionalism. There's been an awful lot of bad press about rogue locksmiths recently on TV , but I've been lucky to find a fantastic one. Grant fitted a new Union 5 lever lock to my garage side door to replace a defunct one. He had to chisel out a fair bit in the door to make the new one fit but did a fantastic job. Took him about an hour. When he told me the price i had to question it. Far too cheap, the lock is nearly £40 on line. I had to force him to take more. Lovely chap who takes pride in his work.
I contacted Turner Key as I’ve got a few windows that wouldn’t open, he came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and changed the gearboxes on 3 windows which all failed and fell to pieces as they was removed, new gearboxes was fitted and windows now open and close like new, respectful, professional, and great price for the work he did. Highly recommended . Thank you
