Turner key

Grant at Turner Key did a super job at our village hall, updating damaged locks on our notice boards, for a very reasonable price. A really professional job by a very competent, customer-first operator. Ten out of Ten. Will use them again.

Sorted it straight away. Very friendly and reliable! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you:))

Called up on a Sunday morning for entry into my flat after a self inflicted problem arose. Grant came out in super quick time and was pleasant and professional. Due to a problematic lock, Grant went above and beyond contacting business associates to facilitate entry into my property by getting keys cut that day. Very impressed with the service I received at very short notice, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic locksmith and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend his services.

Brilliant service this evening. Quick to respond and come fix the issue with clear communication throughout. Highly recommend!

The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy locksmith. Thank you for the excellent service!

Fantastic service from Grant. Our front door wouldn't close or lock the evening before we left for holiday. Grant arrived promptly and took his time to figure out the issue and rectified it without the need for new parts etc. This was fantastic as we needed it fixed that evening and Grant undertook the repair with skill and professionalism. Will be using Grant for any future needs.

Very happy with the service provided. Polite, professional, and quick to help. Everything was handled smoothly.

Grant did a fantastic job fixing our window lock and sorting a few other issues for us. He was quick to respond, professional throughout, and completed everything to a really high standard. Friendly, reliable, and clearly knows his trade. Would definitely recommend Grant to anyone needing window or lock repairs!

Polite professional and very fair price Highly recommended

There's been an awful lot of bad press about rogue locksmiths recently on TV , but I've been lucky to find a fantastic one. Grant fitted a new Union 5 lever lock to my garage side door to replace a defunct one. He had to chisel out a fair bit in the door to make the new one fit but did a fantastic job. Took him about an hour. When he told me the price i had to question it. Far too cheap, the lock is nearly £40 on line. I had to force him to take more. Lovely chap who takes pride in his work.

I contacted Turner Key as I’ve got a few windows that wouldn’t open, he came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and changed the gearboxes on 3 windows which all failed and fell to pieces as they was removed, new gearboxes was fitted and windows now open and close like new, respectful, professional, and great price for the work he did. Highly recommended . Thank you

Turner Key provided a fast professional response with excellent communication skills, they got me the best price they could on parts and charged the same price they had quoted and were very respectful of my home. Excellent service, can’t fault 10/10. Would certainly recommend them!
