Patrick arrived at our property around 22:30 on a call out from our insurance company. Our main entrance door had developed a fault with the lock and it could not be locked and secured. Within no time he identified the issue that required a new gear box. Twenty minutes later all was fixed. Patrick was highly professional, diligent and explained all as he went along. There was no mess to clean up and I am happy to recommend him as a cracking locksmith.

Outstanding service from a truly skilled professional, Patrick. He came to fix a cracked glass in my door but went above and beyond by also repairing the door lock, leaving everything in perfect working order. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The quality of the job was excellent, and his professionalism really stood out. I’m extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend his services.
Patrick was terrific, didn't just fix my problem and get me into my house at short notice, but paid close attention to detail, fixing little things that most people would've walked away from. Could tell hes a man who takes pride in making sure everyone he works with is happy. Fantastic Service by Whitchurch Locksmith Just wanted to say that I had to call ACE locksmiths of 14 Berehill out today (Sunday) to gain access to my sisters flat after she had fallen unconscious and been out of contact for 40 hours. They came out really quickly drilled the lock and then fitted a new lock for zero charge. Jackie the lady I spoke to on the phone understood the urgency of the situation and was calm and efficient in getting Patrick out to make entry. While ambulance crew were dealing with my sister he calmly fitted the lock and disappeared telling my brother there was no charge. After the ambulance left, my brother and I went to their business address only to be told by Jackie if Patrick said it was free then it’s free. I just can’t thank them enough for their community spirit and and excellent response. If you need a locksmith in the Whitchurch area I can thoroughly recommend. Not because they were free, but because they gave an excellent service at a time when we were expecting the worst news.
Thank you Ryan so much for sorting out my front door that has been out of use for 3 weeks all over Christmas and new year due to being let down by a previous engineer not even bothering to get out a screwdriver. Fingers crossed it lasts.
A very professional, friendly and efficient service. I rang on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Jacqui who was very helpful. I was kept up to date with an ETA and Patrick arrived when expected. He quickly diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was really impressed with Ryan’s professionalism and attitude. I had two doors that needed alignment; he assessed the situation calmly, quickly identified the issues and fixed them efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch him at work, as he was clearly very skilled and took real care in what he was doing. He was also extremely helpful and patient, answering all my questions and offering useful advice. His colleague Jacqui, who coordinated the appointment, was very helpful too – even though they were clearly very busy, she kept me informed as much as she could and made the whole process smooth. Overall, an excellent service from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and the team to others.

Super service!! Can’t rate them enough. Called up for an emergency to board up my window after an accidental breakage. Jacqui gave me an accurate ETA. Patrick attended well within the time given and had us secure very quickly. Hopefully won’t need to use them again but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Reasonable price too.
Can't recommend them enough, have done multiple jobs for us and wouldn't use anyone else. Always keep you up to date on a ETA as well as going the extra mile when they need to, always recommend when people need a locksmith as I know they can be trusted and do a great job.
