When I got home after been out shopping I panicked as I had lost my door key to get into my house. I searched where I could to no effort and knowing how well rated Roland Security are I went straight there for help. The locksmith was called and within minutes arrived and in a few more minutes had dealt with my door keyhole and all was well. The whole process was so well done,the locksmith was pleasant,efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a locking towbar that had got gunked up and I couldn't get the key in to remove it. Roland Security could not have been more helpful and managed to get it in fine....and did not charge. Very pleased.
Absolutely brilliant service! My front door and lock were jammed this morning and I was effectively locked out even though I had the key. Within 5 minutes of calling, a super friendly guy turned up and fixed it in the space of a minute. He saw how stressed I was (it was a new door that I didn't want getting damaged) AND saw my total relief when he fixed it, that he waived any charge and just left! So not only did he have the door working again, within 10 minutes of me phoning, he was just incredibly kind and generous too. Amazing! Thank you again :)

I've only had two keys cut, so I can only comment on the Father & Son who were so helpful on the phone and at the shop. So on that experience I would recommend them anytime.
Very efficient service when I was locked out. Touchwood still had my car keys. Drove to their office and a locksmith was dispatched immediately. Was back in home within 10 mins of arrival. Would recommend

The lock on a large roof box was stuck, two days before a holiday. Within minutes, Roland Security had identified the type of key and cut new ones. Had a front door that wouldn't lock properly, and they were able to come out for first thing the next day. A tricky problem but all sorted quickly and everything explained in detail along the way. I needed some keys cut. This firm did them while I waited, were slightly cheaper that the competition and the keys worked perfectly.
Just bought a standard 3 lever lock, absolutely staggered at the price. I think I've just invested in the business so I'm waiting for my share certificate to arrive in the post. Won't be going there again in a hurry.
