After many years we decided to change our tired old kitchen. We had. Shop around the usual kitchen retailers & by chance went into Caro. We are so glad we did Michael from start to finish understood what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble even when we changed a few things in the design. Another plus for us, was everything is manufactured locally, excellent quality, including using a local stonemason for the work surfaces. The aftercare, from delivery to liaising with our chosen installation company was excellent. Extremely supportive with any queries, I really doubt we’d get such a personal service had we gone with a more well known provider. Would highly recommend.

After being recommended to Caro design we booked an appointment with Greg who from start to finish ran this project smoothly and professionally. Our kitchen is very high standard and quality. The fitters that installed it and the electricians were all brilliant and trustworthy and left our house clean and tidy each day whilst working . Eatons fitted the worktops and equally the work was done to perfection. Thank you all so much .

Absolutely 1st class, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dan was very patient from the start. I walked into the showroom totally overwhelmed, and not even sure of what I really wanted. Dan talked me through options - explained everything and made the whole process so much easier. He visited for site measurements- twice due to a rethink on my behalf and supplied revised plans. He also made a final measurement check before the units went into production. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were addressed with my fitter quickly. I would highly recommend Caro Design- they are not the run of the mill kitchen suppliers- they offer a far more personalised expert service. My experience of working with Caro Kitchen Design and specifically Dan was very good. He provided a good design and was easy to work with. What an excellent project! From welcoming showroom visits, and courteous site surveys; through patient design adjustments, to agreed order tweaks - each part of the process was conducted very professionally and with personal interest. Fantastic planning for our fabulous kitchen, we could not be happier with the quality off the build and the professionalism of the installation. We had a problem with the closure mechanism on one of our drawers 4 years after installation - I let Greg know and without quibble a man arrived and fixed the issue and checked all the other similar mechanisms. I really cannot recommend Caro Kitchen Design enough, the whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy and we ended up with a kitchen that we absolutely love. From the initial discussion with Greg at the showroom, then the home visit and design walk through Greg really took the time to understand what we wanted and how we actually use the kitchen. He suggested a complete change from our own design and the final product has lived up to our expectations. Beautiful top quality kitchen and superb service from Caro Design. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and I couldn't be happier. Greg was super helpful, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention patient when I changed my minds on some of the finer details several times! There was no pressure or hard sell, just attentive and professional service. I was presented with numerous options, together with advice on each one and then I was given plenty of time to make my choices. Greg was easily reachable to answer all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Now that the kitchen has been installed, I am absolutely delighted. It is even better than I imagined and it is clear that the kitchen is of a superb quality and the layout is a great design. I am delighted that I chose Caro Design and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I was recommended to use Carodesign by my builder. Greg Elson has been excellent. Greg came out and looked at where the new kitchen was to be situated asked lots of questions I am so impressed how he totally saw my vision and managed to get everything I wanted in a very awkward space . He made the whole process from start to finish stress free His knowledge and expertise have been very professional and over and above. Greg has been on site many times during the process, and I am delighted with the result. Full 5 stars well deserved.

Michael was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were recommended to use Caro from our builder and it was the best choice we made on our full Reno. We had limited space for our kitchen and needed to make every inch count, Michael put together the plan and it was perfection. The product breakdown, material colours, worktops were all laid out so nicely for us to pick and choose what we wanted and to work within our budget. 10/10 and the only place we will be going to for the future. Would recommend to everyone!
After two disappointing consultations regarding our cold, dark L-shaped kitchen, I was finally introduced to Greg from Caro Designs. From the very start, Greg took the time to truly understand our wish list and the vision we had for our home. Greg’s design approach was nothing short of inspirational. He presented creative solutions that we hadn’t even considered—from a stunning new skylight and innovative under plinth heating to integrating a corner larder, a signature coffee bar, and a beautifully designed seating area. His clever vision reimagined our kitchen entirely, turning what was once uninspiring into an inviting space full of character. Caro Designs offers a beautiful range of kitchens, finished in the most stunning colours, with the advantage of all being made locally. They even ordered all new appliances at the most competitive price. What truly set Greg apart was his commitment throughout the entire process. He remained actively involved, coordinating with our builders and swiftly addressing minor snagging issues. At one point, he even visited the factory on his day off to ensure that our curved pantry shelving was exactly as envisioned. This level of dedication removed much of the stress typically associated with remodelling. Thanks to Greg’s leadership and the ongoing support from Caro Designs, our new kitchen has transformed into a bright, warm, and stylish heart of our home. After experiencing an issue with a previous supplier, I was on a tight two-week deadline to find a new kitchen. Michael was amazing—he came over immediately to assess the space and offered fantastic ideas that were even better than what I had envisioned. We decided to push back the installation to allow more time for the finishing touches, because, let's be honest, a kitchen shouldn’t be rushed! I’m beyond thrilled with the result. Would 100% recommend Caro Design for a new kitchen. We have just finished a whole house refurb and I have been speaking to Greg about the kitchen and utility room for almost 4 years now, back and forth with different designs and different locations within the house. During this time Greg has been more than helpful, always replying promptly, adding new ideas into the mix, never losing his patience with my ever changing mind! The kitchen itself is of the highest quality, it looks beautiful and we are so happy with how it is working for us. When putting the job out for tender I did a like for like price comparison with other suppliers, both chains and independents, Caro was comparable to them all but the quality is definitely better than some of the well known chains. The Caro recommended fitter (Jamie at Confidence Group) was also fantastic - superb attention to detail. All in all we are super happy, would recommend any day of the week.
Our kitchen fitter recommended Greg to us and we are so glad that he did. We have had a complete redesign of our kitchen diner. Greg thoughtfully took on board all of our ideas but rather than just giving us what we thought we wanted, he challenged us to see the full potential of the space. The final design he has created is perfect, maximising the light and views of the garden. The kitchen units and appliances are excellent and I'm sure will be long lasting. Caro design were recommended to us by a kitchen fitter and the reasons why, beyond the quality of the cabinetry soon became clear to us. Michael was great. A more helpful, patient, knowledgeable and amiable designer you’d struggle to find. We started the process a good 5 months before the kitchen was ordered and fitted, changed the design and layout numerous times. Michael was really helpful and not afraid to suggest that we may be a little wayward with our ideas. The team as a whole were always on hand immediately, prompt with responses and courteous and friendly. Once ordered the cabinets came in good time, along with appliances we purchased from Caro and the kitchen fitters were pleased with the thought that had gone in to the manufacture, which made their job that bit easier. The project required our entire existing kitchen being removed, leaving a blank canvass to create a functional and ergonomic working place. After approaching Caro Design to re-imagine our kitchen we consider ourselves fortunate to be introduced to designer Greg Elson. He was very thorough assessing our needs and preferences. Throughout the process of planning he gave us impartial advice and was knowledgable about the functionality and appearance of units and appliances. He ably adapted to our responses with good suggestions proffered. Greg was very patient during the process of iteration as we worked through the options for the layout and look of the design. Samples were readily lent for us to judge colours, even so we found it difficult to project some aspects into a hypothetical kitchen. One aspect of the service that influenced us in selecting Caro Design was the unit and worktop manufacturing is arranged with local companies. This proved an advantage as minor damage to a fascia during installation by contractors was readily replaced quickly. The worktop was handled by a local firm who were exceptional with their service and care on installation. The company, Eaton Stonemasons Ltd, made their contribution an art form and engineering excellence in equal measure. We were provided with a clear chart for the installation sequence by contractors, Confidence Group. The scheduled finish date of 24 November only overran a small amount to the 7 December. After using the kitchen for a while, we are extremely satisfied with the result produced by Caro Design. It has fulfilled our aims of practicality and appearance. We are particularly impressed by the way the design has created more space around the kitchen units and appliances. In fact a neighbour visited us after the installation and thought the room had been extended, such was the aura of space conveyed by the design.

All the way through - including post installation minor ‘tidy- ups’ - they have been pragmatic and extremely customer focussed. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and utility room or the service the Caro Design have provided. From our initial meeting right through to design, build and resolving follow up questions nothing has been too much trouble. We dealt with Greg from the start and he helped guide us through the process and came up with suggestions and ideas we wouldn't have even considered. When we had a mid-build panic (heights of cupboards, don't ask...!) and left him a stressed message in the evening he got back to us within about 15 minutes, reassured us and was with us the following morning talking through options (and didn't even gloat when we stuck with exactly what he had designed!). We've had a great experience and are love being in our new kitchen.

We recently re-fitted our utility room and after visiting several showrooms we decided on Caro Designs. The job was quite small as far a kitchens go but everyone at the company were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, the quality is excellent and everything was delivered on time, what more could we require?

We went to Greg at Caro Design after having dealt with numerous competitors and having either astronomical quotes including fitting or getting quotes and wondering where on earth our money was going. With Greg the process from start to finish was effortless. The design process was something we had not encountered before, especially with someone with a wealth of knowledge in this field. We had a presentation and options to choose from to fit our budget and we were able to mix both designs up and settle on something we knew was going to be great. Greg recommended fitters and a plumber to do majority of the works and they were fantastic, they were always punctual friendly and proffessional. Overall we cannot fault our kitchen, Greg at Caro Design and everyone else involved. If you want a kitchen that is well worth the money and incredible service to boot then I would look no further.

Some of his ideas we adopted and some of ours we stuck with and developed. Either way Greg was quick to respond to my countless emails and our changing of ideas back and forth. I always think a good gauge of a company is how they handle things when they go slightly wrong as much as when they go right. Due to no fault of Caro Design there were a couple of issues in manufacture and Greg was quick to respond and seemed as keen as we were to rectify the issues in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Carodesign enough! It's been an absolute pleasure from start to finish!I I am totally in love with my new Kitchen the quality is second to none! Director Richard's design was everything and more and his service was amazing. The price was also very competitive against Howdens/Wren/B&Q/Magnets but the outcome is far superior and they incorporated everything and more that I wanted where the others could not!
