We are really pleased with our bathroom renovation from Ivan and his team. It is exactly how we envisaged with advice gratefully received from Ivan on choosing the right products. The job was started on the date agreed. Kostadin worked so hard each day and did a fantastic job especially with the biggest part of the job tiling the walls and floor. We would definitely recommend Ivan to others and if we need work done in our home we would again ask Ivan to manage it. Ivan was really nice to deal with and responsive to all our queries. We had confidence if anything was wrong it would have been resolved.
I discussed my bathroom renovation with Ivan and paid a £600 deposit to book a start date. However, there was poor communication on several occasions and two days before the start I checked to confirm but was told there was a two-week delay. I had organised everything around this date – my work, storage of the bathroom furniture, etc., so this was really inconvenient. I understand there are sometimes delays, and I'm happy to work with that if there is good communication and a sense that we're working together. But I became very concerned, especially because I'd had similar issues in 2024 with really bad builders, and I could not risk the same problems happening again. I felt I could not rely on Ivan, so I cancelled and lost my deposit. I get the impression Ivan might be very busy - maybe too many other jobs going at the same time. It will help that I've cancelled as he will gain back some time on his next jobs, so he won't lose out financially – it’s me, the client who loses financially. But I could not risk my renovations being rushed by Ivan playing catch-up on his delays, which is what happened to me last year with the other builders.
I used Ivan for a whole house renovation in Coulsdon. He is a great guy which made the whole process (even when issues came up) really pleasant. He is super calm and deals with any snags professionally. Unfortunately some of his workers try to take too many shortcuts and the finish of some of the work is not very good. Ivan should supervise more closely.
Ivan and the IGD team looked after our extension, remodel, and landscaping. We are delighted with our beautiful 'new' home. Their commitment was impressive, working 7.30am to 5/6pm every day, without fail and were quiet, clean and courteous. They finished the job early and we came in under budget, including some recommendations on suppliers who were far cheaper than we'd budgeted for. Ivan and his team were patient, diligent and professional. They are absolutely first class and I could not recommend them more highly.
I’ve hired IGD Building Services to completely renovate our bathrooms and install a new oak front porch. Ivan and his team are highly skilled and professional. They completed the project on time, meeting all of our specifications. Our bathrooms now look brand new, and the front porch adds a welcoming touch to our home. Ivan and his team refurbished my bathroom back in November and they did a brilliant job. As mentioned by others Ivan is a great communicator and all work was done to a very high standard. As a result of some defective tiles a number of them started to show hairline cracks recently. I contacted Ivan and he promptly arranged for someone to assess and rectify the problem with the defective tiles. This tricky isolated work was again done to perfection without negatively impacting any other areas of my new bathroom. I am so happy to have found Ivan and his team and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used Ivan and team. I'm very happy with results on both projects and strongly recommend IGD Building Services. The first project was changing our downstairs layout to extend and renovate our kitchen, hallways and utility area (along with Ace Kitchens). This required steel goal posts and quite some technical building work, which was handled very well. This time around Ivan with Kostadin renovated both our upstairs bathrooms. Ivan provided all the support to help us project manage and source the right materials cost-effectively. Ivan is always very responsive and helpful when we have questions. Kostadin is an exacting craftsman who plastered, cut and laid the tiles, and flooring with both an eye for detail and thinking about the overall design (he used to be a stone-mason). We have a pet and Kostadin was careful to always keep the front door closed when he went to get materials, plus he laid protector on the floor and carpets. Kostadin works as quietly as possible and tidies up each day. He put in the hours to ensure both bathrooms were finished exactly on time as promised, on budget and to a high standard. In my experience, IGD Building Services are a very professional company in all aspects, which is why I rate them 5/5 stars.
We just had our bathroom completely renovated by Ivan and his team and we are delighted with the results! When I first went out to contractors for them to come round, have a look and quote Ivan was by far the most responsive and engaging. Ivan took the time to come round and advise on fittings and fixture quality / our design and really helped us finalise our choices. He was very quick to return his quotation and it was very fairly priced compared to the others we eventually got back from other contractors. We moved out for a couple of weeks whilst the works took place and we felt more than confident that Ivan and his team would look after our home which they did. I popped back a few times to check the works and everything was left clean and tidy each night. The communal areas to our property where also kept very clean and tidy just like I had asked. Ivan kept me updated throughout the installation and performed a handover on site once the works had been completed. We absolutely love our new bathroom and are so pleased with the finish Ivan and the team have left us with. We want to thank IGD Building Services for giving us our dream bathroom! I will be recommending them to family and friends for any future building works.

Excellent work from Ivan and his team, doing a lot of cosmetic work, plus new WC and working with another contractor on basement. Incredibly hard working, tidy, polite, very happy to have them in the house the whole time. Well priced for quality work. Any problems and Ivan sorted them immediately. And didn't cut corners when some jobs were taking longer than anticipated. Had v good subcontractors for wallpaper and joinery. Very happy with end result and would highly recommend.

We have just completed a revamp of two bathrooms using the services of IGD Building Surrey. We are delighted with the results which exceeded our expectations. We used Ivan and his team to complete some odd jobs around the house like replacing our faulty Hot Tap water in the kitchen, providing electricity to our garage and connecting our American Fridge/Freezer to the water supply. This is the 3rd time we have used IGD Construction and plan to use them for any future work. No job is too small for them. We converted a 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow on a hill into a 4 bed 2 bathroom dormer conversion more than doubling the current footprint. Consultations were transparent and well thought through providing good explanation for complicated matters. The works were carried out to a high standard, on time and on budget. The most re-assuring is the after build care. If there was ever a problem it was never an issue to come and check or fix snags. Will certainly use the services again and recommend to family and friends.

Our garden floods in the winter and it needed an urgent make over so we hired IGD building to do the following work for us: Raising the level of the garden - To stop flooding Installation of new fences on both sides Installation of new composite decking Building a brand new garden office/gym with skylight, shower and WC facilities Installation of new artificial grass Installation of new outdoor lighting and electric plugs Raising the level of the garage floor Installation of new drainage and electrics to garden office We are very delighted with our new garden. It looks lovely and is a complate transformation from our previous garden. We have 4 young children and everything was done to ensure their saftey while the work was being carried out, neadless to say they are enjoying every minute of the new garden. The garden office and showe roomr was built to an impecable standard, we are actively using it as it has become a multi-functional space for our family. We were consulted at every stage of the work. Ivan and his team were amazing from start to finish. They are very professsional, friendly and provide a very high standard of work. We had IGD remodel our bathroom when we bought our first house - we were really pleased with the quality of the work. Ivan and his team worked to the promised timescales and were professional in their approach and trustworthy. Therefore we had IGD back a few months later to remodel our kitchen completely - which involved the removal of tiles on the walls, replastering the walls, tiling the floors, incorporating fitted appliances and incorporating a dishwasher etc. The kitchen we ordered was flat packed so they had to assemble all of the units . We are very happy with how the kitchen turned out. Last week we had IGD round again to fix new facia boards and to carry out some other repairs to the exterior of our house. I think the fact that we keep going back to IGD is a testament to the level of service they offer . We would definitely recommend this business

IGD Building Services Limited built a a made to measure Garden Shade as per my specification with solid concrete foundation and floor with Solid wood panels and pitched Roof. Excellent work, we are very happy with it. They also painted internal walls and external wooden windows. Refurbished shower room with new Tiles, new Door and Shower. Also refurbished Family Bathroom with new Suite. new Tiles, new Electric Shower and new Flooring. All work has been carried out to a very high standard. I give them 5 Stars. They are very professional. I highly recommend them..
